They created a custom size box, packed a delicate instrument and reinforced the box with rigid wall lining and popcorn filler. quickly. Then fedex came by and scooped up my parcel. There is ample staff to process you in and out fast. Bring your well mannered pet inside .

I have used Box Bros a number of times. They do a good job. Most of my boxes are custom made. The young man who makes the boxes, is both professional and helpful. I recommend Box Bros to anyone who needs boxes and shipping materials.

I run a side business where I need to pack and ship things often. These guys always have the right materials and expert input for any type of shipping job you need to do. Theyve got quantity discounts for those of us shipping multiple of the same item, which is nice. I would highly recommend stopping in here and supporting local business over buying from big box vendors. Prices are competitive, if not lower.

Wide inventory and efficient service.

Purchased a bulk order over the phone. Boxes were received at local warehouse. When I arrived in town I realized the boxes were not the boxes we needed.Attempted to contact company and advise we did not need the product. Company took 3 weeks to return our call to rectify return. Brandy who states she is a store owner charged us a 45% restocking fee. This information was not on invoice nor listed on website. Brandy stated it is posted in the store. Advised Brandy the order was completed over the phone and never told to us during conversation nor in writing. The company refused to adjust the restocking fee. No compassion was shown due to her knowing that this information was never told to is a customers who was placing an online order. What baffles me is that the company process over the phone orders but don’t provide store policies over the phone. She stated had you came in you would have seen the policy. Advised her I stayed 2000 miles away coming into the office was not an option.

I have shipped with Box Bros twice--once a guitar and today an amp. Each time the service was excellent. The packing was perfect. No complaints whatsoever. I will continue to use Box Bros for all large item shipping.

Clean and helpful service but their boxes are priced too high. Go to Home Depot and purchase heavy duty boxes for $1.48 each. Four different sizes available. Yes Box Brothers has a bigger selection. So if you dont mind paying extra then be my guest. 😃. Happy Thanksgiving.

I had an expensive item to ship. Because it was so heavy, they had it picked up for me. They did an amazing job of packing and shipping it. It arrived as promised, in perfect condition! They also packed some other items for me that I brought into the store. I stayed and observed how they all worked together to insure my items were packed safely. Two perfect experiences. SOOOOO AWESOME! Skip going to UPS, USPS, or FedEx if you have an important package that you want packed and shipped in a timely manner. There was no wait, the manager himself measured my item, and personally packed it himself. He said I didnt even have to wait there while he packed it, since I already had a label. It took less than 10 minutes. I waited at FedEx for 30 minutes without even an acknowledgement. Left and was so happy I went to Box Brothers instead.

I own my own small art business and ship a lot of odd sized packages. My first experience at Box Brothers was great. Jacob & Marlin helped cut a box to fit my packaging needs perfectly & even threw in a little extra bubble wrap. I will definitely be back & plan on doing all my packaging business with Box Brothers. They really made what is usually a pain for me so easy.

I had to mail (2) oversized checks and was concerned that they would break. Jacob helped me out and took care of everything. He recommended how I should package it the most cost effective and safe way. Had to ship one of my projects @deviant.twine which is the board full of nails barely secured to the wood and very easily damaged. These guys boxed it up made it bulletproof and it made it to Portland perfectly intact. Worth every penny. Cant wait to send out the next one.

Wow these guy had everything. I have a garage full of tools and equipment over the years and needed some packing supplies. I was blown away at the selection of boxes and materials. They even made a custom reinforced insulated box for a few expensive items.It really saved me time with organization and money with trying to hunt all of this down.

We use them for all of our local mailing and parcels. They are under new ownership and have a great supply of mailing packing and shipping supplies local in store.
