I am writing on behalf of The Ashley Bauer Team at Guild Mortgage. Our experience from start to finish was excellent. Jason was professional and handled every detail with our move in a timely, friendly manner. Our move was fairly simply as we just moved down the hall in our building to a bigger suit. We also had to have some cubicles taken down and put back up and Jason was able to recommend someone and handled that all. The day of the move Jason made sure all the pieces were in place and it was so seamless. He helped take the stress out of the move. The guys that should up to move us were professional and made sure our items made it safely. Very happy with everything. Thanks!!

Please avoid this place, they are highly unprofessional and neglectful. I hired them to move me from Las Vegas, Nevada to Michigan and I really regret it. Multiple items were broken by them, they did not reassemble everything they took apart as they were supposed to do and left trash everywhere. They also did not wear any boot covers and tracked snow, ice, and salt into my home all over the floors damaging them. This was during the pandemic before the vaccine was wildly available and they refused to wear any masks. Two of the movers got into a political argument with each other and started screaming obscenities are each other. They did not bring everything into the house either because they said, it was taking too long and just left. I tried to resolve these issues with the management for months, but they refused to call me back and sent me to a mediation company, the mediation company would only address broken items and not the rest so that went nowhere. Finally after 5 months the management offered me a $150 refund out of the almost $8000 they charged me but asked me to sign a form that would bar me from leaving any reviews or any negative actions which included reporting them to federal, state and city authorities for refusing to follow the mask mandates. I refused their paltry refund because I was not going to sign that form as what they did was dangerous and unethical, and I feel people should know before doing business with them.

I had just had a terrible experience with Empire Movers and Interstate Moving Services in a move from Reno to FL.I contacted Triple 7 for my move from Las Vegas to RI and the experience, price, communication was the absolute best I have ever had for a cross country move. They were professional, communication was second to none from both Michael and Brittany.The movers came as scheduled, worked professionally and efficiently and protected my furniture very well.I highly recommend this company you will not be disappointed.Jim W.

Israel and his crew moved a 2 bedroom house to a second floor condo in less than 3.5 hours. Nothing was broken, everything was reassembled. They were super efficient, clean, and polite. Relatively affordable as well. I would hire them again for a local move for sure.

Triple 7 movers because the company I previously hired had terrible reviews after I had booked them. I was able to schedule my move with just twos days left to leave the apartment I was in.

Im happy I could find such reliable and caring movers. Even though it was raining while unloading, the movers didnt do any big mess and actually left my new very clean. They wore boot covers, placed mats to protect the floor and wore masks and gloves to prevent spread of COVID. Also, important items I need on almost a daily basis werent packed on the day of the move so the movers packed them and I was surprised how neatly labeled they were so I could quickly find what I need immediately. Thats beyond professional, very caring movers.

If I could give this review a 0, I would. I hired 3 men for a move. At first, it started to go quickly. Then only 1 guy was taking 1 box at a time. I had everything boxed up, wrapped and ready. I was told by Jason they would have blankets for items. They didn’t want to take any paintings which were canvas paintings and easy to transport. I had a small glass cabinet as well which I had to leave behind because I had shrink wrap and not bubble wrap. A blanket could have been wrapped around it with no issue. The total cost ended up being nearly doubled what the estimate was. Several items were damaged. Scrapes on my furniture, broken wheels off a cabinet, my washer started leaking after the move. I emailed the office and called but they did nothing to try to resolve the situation. No call back and they did not reply to my email. I had boxes organized, shrink wrapped the sofa, etc. the boxes could have been stacked but instead they only had one guy taking 1 box at a time to the elevator. I didn’t have a dining set or any large pieces of furniture. My sofa was taken apart and wrapped, I had folded my mattress and had the plastic cover. This company made my move so stressful. On top of the cost, several items were damaged. I’ll never use this company again

They were very professional, arrived early, took very good care of our stuff. Wrapped everything carefully. They were efficient and I think their prices are very reasonable. They put everything back together and made sure I was happy before they left. Highly recommend!

Triple 7 Movers were amazing! Our house was a mess. They didnt complain. Got everything moved so quickly to our new upstairs unit and it was so hot! They were all very pleasant and we will use them again should the need arise. Hopefully with less of a mess next time! Thank you for all your help!

Stay away from them at all costs. Just moved from Vegas to Miami. Quote went up on moving day even though I sold all the biggest items on the quote. They’ll sneak in material charges that aren’t needed (putting items already in boxes in their own boxes and charging you). Literally the most expensive item that was moved and weighs 140lbs was damaged somehow. Took over 30 days to arrive. Just an overall bad experience.

Excellent move! They called ahead, were early and were respectful of my furniture and myself. Wonderful gentleman who did a very speedy loading of the truck and a very quick offload at the new home. Laid down runners to protect the flooring and were very careful of the door moldings. I labeled the large furniture with post it notes and everything ended up in the correct room. They were nice enough to ask if there was any confusion as to placement. I would definitely hire Triple 7 again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (BROKEN FLATSCREEN TV)! We decided to use this company for our LOCAL move in April of 2021, but this company is anything but professional and will break your furniture because they want to finish quickly. The first red flag was when they arrived with three men and only one had on a face mask. I found this extremely careless considering we are in a global pandemic. The youngest mover was very unprofessional and started flipping through and reading the pages of my mothers calendar (???) as soon as he got inside the house. He also stared and laughed at me which made me uncomfortable. As they were moving our furniture they were constantly laughing and goofing off, and they broke our TV in the process. I witnessed one of the moves sit our 60 INCH TV ON ITs SIDE and LEAN ON IT as he waited for the other movers to help. Im not a professional so I figured they knew what they were doing setting it on its side. My mother even purchased a $25 TV box to ensure it was transported safely, but they broke it before even getting it in the box. As I now understand it, the TV should have NEVER left its upright position let alone be leaned on. In the pictures I included, you can see the bad pixelation and crack on the side where they had it propped up on. They were careless and wanted to do a rush job so they could be done for the day. Not to mention they called early to ask if they could come earlier than our scheduled time so that they could be done even earlier (we declined). Im baffled at how we only moved 20 minutes away and they managed to break our 60 inch flatscreen TV. We didnt uncover the broken TV until after we got settled of course, but by then there was nothing we could do. After talking to JASON about the issue, he showed no compassion or empathy and said he would call us back after putting us on hold for a while to get to the customer service department. We didnt get a call back... A claim is worthless at this point and wont give us a fraction of the money the TV cost. We even inquired about additional insurance before the move but they made it seem like it would take a while to get our stuff looked at and we were in a rush to move so we had to go without. They also nickel and dime you for their cheap moving supplies. They used an ironing board taped to a dolly to move our boxes...does that sound like quality to you? My mother being the kind person she is even gave the movers a tip, obviously before knowing about the TV. They did not deserve half of what we paid. All in all this company is SHODDY and doesnt care about quality service. GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!

I wish I could give zero. We moved to nc 15 days ago. According what they said there is a 21 days policy to move our stuff. My husband talked to guy who is responding last 5 days, said that our boxes will be here on August 27 th. He said that 21 days policy includes only week days not weekends. And also what he said there is still no truck driver yet. Not sure If I ever recommend this company any of my friends.

Triple 7 movers got the job done fast and efficient. I appreciate the hard work especially Jose! He came a bit earlier than we agreed on but him and his team were fast and efficient. I had a few items that got a bit of damage but it’s to be expected when moving a lot of items. Jose and his team took the time to make sure all my needs were met and even helped put my furniture in the right spot. I will admit it’s a little bit pricey but I’d rather pay for a job well done! I would highly recommend triple 7 movers to anyone I know who needs to move and I will most definitely be using Triple 7 movers for the next time I move.

This is the second time we used Triple 7 movers. Both times Israel was our foreman. Israel and his men was fast, efficient and packed our belongings with care. The price was reasonable for the amount of time and work involved. If you need a mover dont hesitate to call Triple 7. They did their very best to relieve the stress of moving.

This is the WORST MOVING company to use - if i could give ZERO stars I would - I used this company to help me move and during the process they misplaced one of my boxes (which happened to be an important box with my Passport and other items) - when I notified the driver he was less than concerned and showed no sympathy.Not to mention when the 3 movers they sent only seemed like 2 as one of the movers asked to use my restroom and it wasnt to relieve himself of #1 - he was in the bathroom for about 15 - 20 minutes before he came out.. This was within the first 30 minutes of their initial arrival.Fast forward a year later and Im getting ready to relocate and I get a call from the same moving company, asking if I would need their moving help again - I used this opportunity to share my frustration with the previous experience I had and the manager of WHOEVER called didnt even acknowledge my lost items or share any insight to how they could resolve the issue.LONG STORY SHORT - if you would like to enjoy your moving experience AVOID this company is only in business for financial gain not for customer service or their customer needs!In response to the owners reply: My move was June 3, 2020 under the name Senio & someone from the company called me and verified this as well when they tried to gain my business for a second year.As you can see I received a call from your company the day I wrote this review in this photo!

My 74 year old husband and I hired Triple 7 Movers to move us from Las Vegas to Tallahassee Florida back in late August. They stored our home until we let them know where to move it. Instead of Triple 7 Movers bringing our home to us, they hired a long haul driver, who in turn hired two young men from job corps to help him unload our belongings to storage in Tallahassee. They damaged items right in front of us as they were taking them off the truck. They spilled things in driveway of Ft. Knox Storage and left them laying there. Boxes were crushed. AND, because they arrived with only an hour before Ft. Knox Storage closes they rushed and we were not given a form to check things in as they raced them by to the elevator. Now we learn that NOTHING will be reimbursed to us because we did not check things in as they were coming off the truck. Some things were damaged in the storage unit as they dropped them, knocked them over, slid them along concrete. This is just one photo showing how things were crammed into one of our two storage units. I have since spoken with Richard at Triple 7 Movers who said he had to talk with his boss, and that was quite a few days ago...have heard NOTHING back from him. One day Im told the boss had to leave early...maybe now he is on vacation. Shaking my head. We have waited this long to even get our list of damages to Triple 7 (we were told we had a year to do so) because my husband had major cancer surgery on October 1 and is still in long term care, where he will continue to reside. Beware of hiring if you are moving long distance from Las Vegas.

My mom recently used these people to move her from Nevada to another state. Not only do they not answer their phones but they don’t return messages nor does management get back to you when a problem arises..Michael was who my mom dealt with and he was friendly at first until he sealed the deal then he can never be reached and doesn’t return messages then plays dumb if on the off chance you do get ahold of him. They quote you one price then charge $1000 more than the estimate, my mom paid for labor that was never received when she got to her new state and the icing on the cake?? These low life’s STOLE thousands of dollars in belongings out of my moms bins, some of which had sentimental value that she can never get back. They also damaged furniture. RUN DONT WALK FROM THIS TRASH MOVING COMPANY.

Extremely reliable, on time and very fast. I will always use their services. This is the 2nd time I’ve used theirs services and love the consistency.

This company was entirely unhelpful and almost put in me in an absolutely terrible situation. I went through the entire booking process online and completed my reservation. I never received anything from them concerning the booking so I attempted to call their number a total of 7 times, not once did I receive a response. They asked to leave a message, so I left a message TWO separate times, and not once did I receive a callback. After digging for a DIFFERENT number than the one listed, I finally got in touch with someone who said they would hand my name to the person in charge immediately and Id receive a call from them. An hour and a half went by and nothing, so I called back and FINALLY got in touch with the person in charge. Not only did he tell me that I had no booking with them (even though I received visual confirmation on the website), but he also insinuated it was my fault and that I was misremembering. All this occurred the day BEFORE my move, so now I had to attempt to find a moving company on extremely short notice, and I had to call 13 different companies in order to find someone. Theres hundreds of other moving companies in Vegas - go with one who answers their phone/gets back to customers and actually wants your business.

This company is outstanding. Front office staff to the crew who do the moving. They are careful, fast, friendly and kind. I have used them x2.

In early November 2020, Triple 7 packed up our house in Las Vegas and moved us to Greenville, SC (2000+ miles away)! They did a great job and were great with communication and showed up when they said they would. We were very pleased with how they packed our valuables and actually the stuff they packed did NOT get broken, and the some of the things we packed ourselves DID! We should have left it to the professionals! There were a few minor casualties, but nothing major. For such a long and complicated move, I think they did an outstanding job, and their staff was friendly and efficient! I would highly recommend them!

If I could rate 10 stars, i would! It really was my lucky day when I picked Triple 7 to help me with a very rough move! The guys were thorough, communicative, and eager to take care of me. They wrapped up my furniture and treated my stuff like it was their own. Previous movers from a different company wouldn’t even take my heavy leather couch upstairs because the angle was rough but these guys weren’t going to be stopped by anything. Truly amazing and recommend to anyone!

Got ripped offThey quoted me $360.00, and then charged me $467.00 because they had to wait in the truck an extra 15 minutes while PODS fixed their crane, and they gave me a couple of flimsy boxes which werent needed.They charge DOUBLE their time for transportation time. So an extra 15 minutes of doing nothing cost me $60.00!!!!Stuff ended up broken and smashed because they did not pack my items in the PODS box correctly. When I asked on the of workers to be careful because they were slamming boxes his reply was, No speak English.I now have an antique chair and a picnic basket that was from my grandparents smashed and damaged beyond repair because of this.Im not happy at all. Please dont use them.

We got Triple 7 movers to move all our stuff in storage. They arrived on time and we did a walk through of all the stuff they’re gonna take to the storage. We have a 2-story house and they finished in 5 hours (from house to storage). They have packing supplies to offer for an extra charge and I’m glad they have it because some of our stuff needed to be packed. They treated our stuff like their own. Sefran and his team did an amazing job! 10/10! We’re gonna hire them again for when we move to our new house.

They will LIE LIE and LIE some more. Please for all that is good in this world, RECORD EVERY conversation you have with them.Based on my experience and the experiences of others I’ve read so far, this is how their scam works:1. Jason calls and emails customers to schedule the move. I was spam emailed almost every day. 2. Jason quotes the customer FAR below what they will actually charge AND will tell the customer the one hour window for the movers to arrive 3. The movers arrive whenever they show up, and if it’s outside the window they’ll tell the customer the customer was wrong and were given a 4 hour window 4. The movers will find a way to extend the time or get more money from the customer 5. when the customer complains, the business ignores all contact or dismisses the customer. 6. Or if they do contact the customer (like in my situation filing complaint to BBB) they blame the fraud to “clerical errors” or say the initial quote Jason gave me is just an estimate....and will offer a slap in the face refund (less than what they stole in the first place) under the condition that the negative review is taken down. I wonder how many people have been bullied into taking their review down to get their refund back?They are slick used car salesmen and have NO integrity. MILITARY MEMBERS BEWARE

Crew of three arrived on time (early actually) and started right away. They stayed busy all day and didnt waste any time hanging out at the truck or taking long breaks. They had great communication and put everything where it should go. I have done 10+ self moves, this is the first time I used a moving company. They exceeded my expectations. Highest recommendation from me.

Dont use this company. They grossly underestimated the cost of my move and I ended up paying over twice what the original estimate was. They will not let me speak with management and I havent heard back from them regarding my complaint. It seems that most of the negative reviews stem from Jason Blaine and he is the salesman that underestimated my moving costs. However, I have to say that the team that completed my move was great. They worked their butts off to get me moved. They were very nice and considerate.

Crispin and his team did a fine job moving us from our high rise to the burbs. The local move was low stress and they worked fast. It was a full 9-hour day and I feel like it would have taken longer without Crispin’s leadership. He took all of my demands in good humor and complimented my home which made me feel good. On a personal note, tip your crew for bustin’ butt and feed them a hearty lunch. It makes the day go smoothly.

They were very efficient and accommodating which was great since they are paid by the hour. They wasted no time and the whole move took about one and a half hours less than anticipated.

This moving company is the absolute best I have ever had. I am second generation military and as a result have had dozens of moves over the course of my lifetime. This company was positively incredible. I just had my moms piano and several other items including a 180 year old trunk. Not only was everything wrapped and packaged, even the piano, but the other items were as well. The items I contracted with 777 movers made it over 2000 miles without a scratch. The cargo didnt have much monetary value but was priceless in my family history. The care that was afforded my move, the respect that was shown to the importance to me, the careful, treatment of the piano, and the packaging of 100 year old glass was something Ive never seen before. I would recommend and rehire them again to move the most valuable of my personal items. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They deserv it.

Do not use these crooks.They overcharge. Yhey are seriously late delivering and if they store your stuff they will syeal it. Dont use themI wouldnt let them move an old garden hose again.

The gentleman that answers the calls at the Las Vegas location is aggressive and so disrespectful. I let him know I was absolutely OK with the $300 minimum to move just one sofa from an apartment to my home and he had to MANSPLAIN to me that it was a requirement for them to send 3 men. I was trying to be helpful to his company and politely let him know to not waste a staff member on such a small move and he was so condescending and rude. Happy I found a different company to work with. I called WARRENS HOMEWORK for movers in vegas. They are so kind on the phone. Same prices but at least you don’t have to deal with such an aggressively rude customer service representative! Can’t imagine dealing with them if something went wrong during a full home move. GO ELSEWHERE!

They continue to call me from blocked numbers after I have repeatedly asked to be taken off the call list (which I never wanted to be signed up for). Unprofessional and intrusive.

3 guys pulled up & never introduced themselves. We let them in the apartment and they were standing around as if they were lost.Guy in charged ask us how long it would take & we told him 2 to 3 hours thats what Jason quoted us. He then tells us it will take 4 to 5 hours & begins to debate and argue with my fiance. If you knew why ask? Through the move they were slow. I ask Jason specifically will they charge extra if I add these extra items to the pick up and he told me no. When I ask the guy in charge to put the table on he said it would cost extra. If this was already in the price why are they charging me extra! I was completely disrespected by the manager and belittled. Like I was lying about the things that happened as if I were a child! Never again

Ive used them several times and so have members of my family. Wonderful customer service and the movers are always friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Maybe the worse experience of my life. This “family owned” business can’t even tell me where my delivery truck is. All I get is excuses and the blame game has gotten out of hand. I misplaced my trust with them and now we are without recourse as to how to even respond. If you need an out of state moving courier go with a reputable company that knows what they are doing. We don’t have a clue when to see our furniture and no one is wanting to tell us. Then we fear the condition it will arrive in. It reported to be in transit now for10 days. Can only imagine what we will see if and when it shows. Be warned.

Triple 7 movers of Las Vegas ghosted me today. I scheduled my move more than a week ago. I reserved it with a credit card. They were supposed to arrive between 7 and 8am. I got a rent call the day before. Then I got a call from a woman in their office at 830am the day of move saying the movers went to another job and skipped me. She had no idea when new movers would be scheduled. She said she would call back. Nothing yet. I took two days off to box and move half my belongings across town. Left scratching my head.

Im not sure how their moving services are, but their customer service is a joke. I reached out via 3rd party and Jason responded with a quote. I found a better price elsewhere and didnt respond back. Then Jason calls to follow up and I tell him I went with another company he just hangs up without a word.Im sure your prices wont ever beat others but now here is another reason to never use your company!

I moved to Las Vegas and didnt have the energy to unload my 26 truck myself - I got in touch with Triple 7 and they sent 3 guys same day to unload the truck for me. Cost was very reasonable and they were extremely efficient and fast. Would absolutely hire them again!

I went with this company because the salesman, Jason assured me that my furniture would be delivered safely. This should have been an easy move since I was only moving about 10 pieces of furniture down 4 houses on the same street. The experience was a nightmare. Movers were removing the blankets used to protect my furniture while still in the truck and moved them inside unwrapped and unprotected. Sure enough, damage was done to one of my most expensive pieces! Im far from rich so seeing something I saved up for get dented and scratched was so disheartening. The foreman said the moving company would repair it. He kept saying trust me and from that point on he made the movers carry the rest of the furniture wrapped as it should have been. Their job is to protect the items and ensure they are delivered from point A to B safely. I then discovered that a leather ottoman had been scrapped on the wall and the paint (cheap leather) had scraped off on the wall. There was a long visible line on the newly painted wall! These guys worked hard but its obvious they are hired as labor but they do not practice the techniques Ive seen other movers use to effectively move large items. Its one lead guy and two young guys that just dont have that experience I assumed a professional moving company would have. Then, when I called the company to inform them to see how this would get rectified they were closed. I also wondered why I did not get any paperwork or even a bill of lading. I signed nothing as most companies have you do. I left a detailed message both on the phone and through email with no response addressing the issues but what I did get later that night was about 8 separate emails with documents that had only been given to me AFTER the move with my FORGED signature releasing the company of ALL liability. I was NOT given ANY of this paperwork before the move, just an email with the quote. How can a company sign legal documents with your name that youve never were given after they cause damage?? The fore man knew they were being unprofessional because after they completed the move the fore man pulled my boyfriend to the side and told him he would only charge for 2 hours since they messed up. My boyfriend wanted to be kind so he paid the movers without knowing the original quote for 2 hours but I later found out they charged him almost twice that!! He also verified that he didnt sign a nothing other than for the credit card. They gave no paperwork. Post edit: If you need to file a claim for damages but get no response from Triple 7 I suggest you post your unfavorable, honest review because it was only after I did so that they made the attempt to contact me. SMH

Super professional. Really good at what they do they packed my storage so perfectly. Jason, I think the manager or sales associate?.... Was so helpful and answered my million questions. he was honest about any charges that may come up and I was never up charged for anything that I did not expect. They will be my go-to for every move and I will recommend them to everyone.

I received a quote from Jason who kept in contact with my when trying to get my business. I have used this company before and had Eric as a team leader but the guy I had today was no Eric. I asked for my final total and he calculated almost double the quoted price from Jason. I spoke with Jason who hung up the phone and would not return my phone calls or emails. I simply wanted him to review the final charges to ensure they were valid. This was my punishment for questioning their charges. My items looked like they were thrown in my storage unit. There is a crack in my daughters furniture and I cringe to think what other damage there may be to my items. Beware, dont question them or you will most definitely pay for it.

These moving men did a good job packing us up and getting us moved in time. We moved cross country and it was a great moving experience. We got a pretty good price while also getting fast delivery to our new home. The movers were real nice to us especially the head guy who explained the whole moving and payment process to us. Customer service kept us updated every step of the way with delivery etas. Great job Triple 7 Movers, you guys rock!

LATE 30 days AND LOST HALF MY STUFF. UNTRUSTWORTHY and TERRIBLE MOVING EXPERIENCE.I took a month before my items arrived despite a contract that stated delivery within 14 days. Nobody knew where the truck was for several days after I called and complained. Half my stuff was lost and it seems like they didn’t even know they were supposed to deliver my stuff.

I hired triple 7 to move things from our storage unit to our new home. My tool box was one of the items in the storage and key was left in the front of the tool box. I go to find out after they leave I opened up my tool box to get some tools and my brand new Milwaukee power tool that was in the case zipped up was missing! Case and charger still in tool box, but tool missing! I called and now they won’t return our calls or answer us back.This company is shady and has thief’s working for them, be very careful.

I hired 777 movers to move my parents from their old house to their new one. They were getting the keys to their new house on the same day they had to give the keys for their old house. They had to be out on Oct. 31st and there were no other options. When I setup the move on Oct. 8th, I explained to them that I was paying for my parents move and that I didnt know how much stuff they actually had to move. I gave them the size of the house and I expected them to send someone out ahead of time to do a recon of the job before giving me a quote. They told me not to worry, they will take care of everything. They also said that items that werent packed, they would pack up which I knew ahead of time would be extra cost. Two days prior to the move date, 777 calls me and asks if they could move the date to Nov. 1st. I explained to them that this was not possible given the above circumstances. They said ok, see you on the 31st. On the moving day, the movers didnt show until around 1:30 pm which I felt was strange since there was a whole house that needed to be moved. Once the movers got to the house they said that they couldnt finish the job on that day. They stated they would need 2 trucks (they only sent 1) and 16 hours of work to include some packing. The crew said that their boss wasnt going to allow them to work that long so they would have to reschedule a 2nd truck on another day. Again, as I stated above, this wasnt an option as my folks had to be out of the old house on that day. Once I heard this news, I tried to call 777 to speak to someone there, miraculously, no one would answer the phone. This angered me even more as the movers were able to get ahold of their boss with no problems, but I the customer couldnt speak to anyone. Thank goodness for U-Haul as they were able to rent me a full size truck that same night. I picked up a few guys to help and we had to complete the job ourselves. I hired 777 to do a job and I had to complete it. Needless to say, I will never hire them again and I urge anyone who reads this to find another company.

I have heard many shocking moving stories from many of my friends. But luckily my knowledge about a mover named Triple 7 Movers was marvelous. I appreciated the way they completed the total process. They came and walked around the entire apartment and then began working. They were quite helpful. I got many important suggestions from them. And one more thing I must say you guys that Triple 7 Movers had very reasonable pricing. I love this mover and strongly recommend them.

Do NOT use them! One box of dishes was shattered, it was obviously dropped, and the other box of dishes is missing completely! On top of that they over charged me! I called to get the overcharged corrected I was told they would get back to me now theyre ignoring my phone calls and refusing to return messages.

Moved a complex away I got Israel, Alan, and Jose they were all super fast and VERY CAREFUL with my stuff. It took them about 40 minutes to move everything and the entire thing took no longer than an hour and a half. Very good I would recommend them.

Short story: There was a lack of honest, transparent communication resulting in having no idea when our belongings would arrive and surprise fees. Additionally, there was property damage.Long story:At the very beginning the movers came an hour late to pick up our belongings. There was poor communication between the salesrep and the actual movers, meaning that the list the mover had did not match the list we had given to the representative. This resulted in a sudden price increase. This was the first of many miscommunications.Once they had our belongings, we were never given an explicit planned date of arrival. The salesrep had told us that our belongings would arrive within 14 days. The movers told us that it could take up to 21 days. Nobody told us that when the company used the word “days” they refer to “business days.” It was in the contact, but in incredibly fine print. The company eventually broke said contract, and got our belongings to us almost 2 weeks after their contractual deadline. In total, we waited 41 days.Whenever we tried to call the company, the answering machine was often filled so we could not leave a message. In order to talk with the distribution representative we had to call the sales rep and get transferred over. During the entire time whenever we called we were told that our belongings were scheduled for “next week.“ We had asked to receive 72 hours notice of when our belongings arrived because the building we moved into requires us to reserve the elevator. They never called.The company did not inform the driver about the low hanging telephone wires and overground train stations in the city we moved to. As such he was not aware that he needed to transfer our belongings from the large truck to a smaller shuttle. This resulted in the driver getting into an accident, a last minute additional $500 owed on our end to pay for the shuttle, and our belongings finally arriving 5 hours after we had anticipated.Once we had our belongings, one box was missing that had over $200 worth of belongings in addition to sentimental objects and several furniture items were damaged (an antique Hoosier, two white desks, and a bed frame). We had paid for the movers to reassemble all of our furniture upon arrival. However by time that was possible it was 11 PM and everybody was tired. They did assemble one bed frame and did so incorrectly so that the following morning we had undo their work and reassemble it. Additionally, there were missing screws and bolts that were necessary to reassemble our furniture pieces, and those that weren’t missing weren’t labeled. While the fault of any damage to packed goods is ours, several of the boxes were severely torn and dented. Because all of our belongings had been inside a storage warehouse for 41 days, many items now smell musty and moldy. The amount of dust on everything has made it hard to breathe inside the house.I am furious. If I could use a negative rating I would. We were NOT lucky with Triple 7 movers.

Ive never written an online review in my life but felt that after my experience this past weekend that it would be a disservice not to for this great company. The entire process was smooth, efficient, headache free on the planning end. The movers were the most professional, skilled, careful, friendly and fast moving help I have ever had. The teamwork and great demeanor on a Sunday morning early was truly inspiring. I cannot give this company a higher recommendation.

I would like to take the time to say Triple 7 is a professional moving company. First it was Michael that contacted me and never made me feel pushed or anything. Secondly Greg came in person to give me an estimate arriving with business cards and was dressed with the company attire. He won me over being that I was frightened not knowing anyone in Vegas. Again, no pressure. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. I believe the foreman was Roberto was on top if things. Very polite crew and it was such a relief.
