This store is a gem. The manager Angel is tremendously knowledgeable about printers and cartridges. She spent a ton of time with me and I am forever grateful. She solved my printing problems for a lot less $$$ than I had planned. She will not sell you more than you need nor recommend products she knows aren’t right for your situation. They have a wonderful selection of barely used, fully-tested, warranted printers for sale which come with full toner cartridges. For many, this is going to be a better solution than repairing your old printer or buying very expensive toner/drum assemblies. Do not buy toner on eBay, even if in the original manufacturer’s packaging. It could be 10 or more years old. The toner itself may be fine but other components in the cartridge can and do deteriorate with time and improper storage. (And don’t even think about an inkjet here in Vegas. You know that dry skin, dry lips, dried out bread products problem we have here in the desert? What do you think is happening to your ink?) Thank you Angel, you are awesome!

I found this store Cartridge World and they have a huge selection of ink and i dont have to disappoint my husband. I am a hero at my house and las vegas kitchen and bath on eastern and silverado. My husband and I went there this morning. Because, we are having problems with the printer. Angel was helping me. She was so kind and patient. It takes her about twenty five minutes of her times. Can’t say enough good things about Cartridge World! Angel fixed my printer same day! Upon pick up she really took her time to explain not only what went wrong but how to use the features and settings of my printer and the necessary steps to prevent the printer heads from clogging again. This company is the only one Ive found in Las Vegas Valley that will refill Brother brand ink cartridges! That alone is worthy of my praise. Their prices are great, service is extraordinary, and they WILL answer your questions! For the cost of two new black cartridges, I bought two refilled black cartridges, as well as one each of magenta, cyan, and yellow! No complaints whatsoever! Well...maybe that its a bit of drive to get there from where I live, but with the money I save, I can afford the gas.

I have been getting my cartridges for both Canon & HP printers here for several years. Prices and quality have been excellent. Recently, an older large format printer needed service. This shop got the printer back in service for a very reasonable price and the repairs were completed on time and as promised. The service here is excellent from both a personal and technical perspective.

We have purchased cartridges for our printers at this store for several years now and have been extremely impressed with the customer service we also receive. Highly recommend this place for their customer service. I was even able to bring my printer in for them to help diagnose the problem. If your thinking about buying toner off of Amazon, dont do it. Go to Cartridge World, it will save you a lot of headache as the cheap Amazon toners did not print anywhere near the same as what Cartridge World carries. Learned the hard way that not all toner is the same.

I only go to this CW location on Eastern for my ink cartridge refills. Always friendly, helpful and the prices are half of what you pay for a new cartridge. Also they quality check their cartridges so I never have a problem. I have had bad service or substandard quality at some other refill locations, but never here. Open 7 days a week, so if I need a cartridge I can always get one. Highly recommend.

I rarely write reviews, but I am compelled to because I cannot live without my local cartridge world! I am a primary school teacher, so I require a lot of ink cartridge refills for my printer. I have been going to this location for the past couple of years and the prices are unparalleled. They have literally saved me hundreds of dollars on printer ink. The ink is of a good quality and the cartridges last a long time. I am usually helped by Nancy who is kind, courteous, and EXTREMELY efficient. I am always in and out of there within five minutes. Plus, I get free cartridges with a punch card and regularly receive coupons. I would travel across town if I moved for their excellent service!

If youre not buying your ink cartridges here, youre wasting money. I have found the personal here to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Plus there warranty there cartridges.

Ive found the prices to be fair and the ink lasts about as long as competitor cartridges that Ive purchased in the past. I visit this location almost weekly...yes, do a lot of printing.I am thankful that they are close and a fast drive away.Have had a couple of mishaps with wrong cartridge models and opened cartridge packaging, but they are always apologetic about the situation.I will continue to visit them until I find a cheaper alternative.

Wonderful store! It was a pleasure to meet Angel, she had a great understanding of my needs and made sure my wife and I felt like her number one priority. I brought in an old non-working inkjet printer, which Angel gladly took to recycle for me. I then informed her we were looking for a laser printer, but had minimal needs. Not a problem, we were shown an inexpensive model around $100. No upselling was even attempted. We felt like we had just bought a $1000 printer the way we were treated! And we were given a nice reusable bag to carry our new printer out! This experience alone was enough to merit a 5 star rating, but wait, there’s more!I received a phone call a few days later from Cartridge World informing that before they sent my old inkjet away to recycle, they decided to try to fix it. And they got it working! They asked if I was interested in picking it back up, free of charge? Of course! I picked up my old printer and was given advice on caring for inkjet in this dry environment.Such a refreshing place to go to, I wish the best for Cartridge World. This was one of the most positive customer service experiences of my life, please visit them if you have any printing needs!

Some people may say that buy on internet is cheaper, but for me, I need to see the real store and the people who actually selling me the items. We mail out an average of 20,000 pieces of News You Can Use news letters a month and have tried other recycled places in the past. The other places would have bad print heads and the printer would get messed up. They would not even offer to exchange it. With Cartridge World we have very few problems and when we have, they exchange for a replacement no problem!. This is now our only place to get our ink. The staff is friendly and always have a smile!
