Its 820a and they havent yet opened. Like the other reviews, this staff is usually pretty salty. I only come here for Amazon returns. I go up the street to the FedEx on Russell for any printing and shipping needs. This ups is less than a mile from me, but Ill still go up the street for anything other than Amazon returns.Hopefully this business will be put soon and we can get a business that actually is interested in serving the community.Just went to the UPS store on Windmill and Bermuda. Ita 827a now and I already have the receipt for my package. Both staff members were clean and nice. They got a good chuckle about the info I told them about this Eastern location and they said they hear that every now and then.Windmill location has plenty of inventory and the lights all work, so save yourself the negativity and go to the windmill location, its really close.

Second time coming between 8:30-9 am and this place isn’t open, even though it says they open at 8 on the door. Probably a front for a money laundering operation. It’s the only logical explanation for why they don’t care about customer service.

Everytime I used to go here the man was always rude. I went today, a diff person & nice but fax machine broke, store has gotten completely bare, not much left & looks to be closing? Go to Windmill, nice & friendlier.

Terrible service, I arrived close to their closing time and was chased out 5 mins before closing. The guy works there gave me a 50% higher quote than other location. Glad he chased me out and I had to go to a different location got accurate measurement and much better rates. Won’t go back there ever.

Im giving it 1 star, only because my amazon return was quick and simple. But I also needed to print a couple of files. I asked if they had wifi, cause my coverage can be spotty at times. Nope. A shipping, printing, business doesnt offer wifi?! Ok. Fortunately I was able to download the file, 2 pages, And then was asked how many copies? Asked for a price. .25 cents per. So I requested 4. Asked to look over the prints, then told thatll be 7$ When I questioned the 700% increase from 3 minutes ago, was told that was for the paper only.

Normally Ive had no issues with this place returning Amazon products I no longer wanted, but this time was different. Per Amazons return policy you are allowed to choose the option to return through a ups store and they will pack it and ship it for free as long as you have the qr code Amazon provided you. However, when I went to the ups store, the associate said he cannot take it without being in a box because the owner simply doesnt want to take it that way. He then asked me to buy a box from them for $6. This is just a case of the owner being unfair and not following Amazons return rules. Go elsewhere

Dropped off a prepaid box that was already packaged with label already printed. They charged me for the one piece of tape 1.50. When I offered to buy the roll of tape they had sold out. The clerk was very unpleasant I would find a different ups location. There are so many.

Tried to charge me $2.50 for tape for a *FREE* AMAZON RETURN THAT SAID DO NOT BOX! I even brought a box and if not they probably would have tried to charge me for that as well! Ive never had this occur and is against UPS/Amazon agreement. Ill DEFINITELY be reporting their business practice to both UPS and Amazon until I get a response! AVOID THIS LOCATION!

I wanted to call the store manager and tell them how well their employee handled a very hateful customer today. The employee was a young woman with dark hair, but I didnt get her name. A customer came in, refusing to wear a mask, and the employee very politely explained to her that we all have to wear masks now, per the governor. The customer was rude, vulgar, and told her to go back to her own country. She used the f word numerous times. She said she didnt need to wear a mask to protect the employee because she shouldnt be in this country, anyway. The employee was calm and polite at all times. I apologized to the employee for the rude womans actions and words. I thought I had recorded the encounter, but, unfortunately, I didnt get it, after all. No one should be treated the way this young woman was today. Again, she stayed polite and calm throughout the entire ordeal. Her manager needs to know that.

I was told by the employee that the manager said to charge FREE AMAZON RETURN packings. So, not the employees fault. He said that the shipping is free, but not the packing. I dont think the manager knows that the shipping AND packing is free for Amazon fullfilled items. I am sharing a screenshot where it says that both are free for reference. Ive never had a problem at other UPS Stores, just this one. While I will not come back, I will try to reach out to UPS Store customer service to prevent future issues with others.

Sadly this is my closest UPS store thats walking distance. :( 3 bucks plus taxes to print ONE label while other locations charge 10 cents per page...Ill be so happy when my own printer gets to me.

DO NOT COME HERE! Owners are cheap and will over price you on everything. I came to print ONE page out, and they told me it was $6.25. I’ve been here before and paid less for 5 pages. Drove to the UPS store on Pecos and they charged me $.44. Completely out of my way but rather make the drive than come here again.

I had an amazon return that I already printed the label and had it as I received it and they tried selling me a $25 guitar shipping box so it wouldn’t get damaged. I said idc if it’s damaged I received it damaged with missing parts and amazon said if I print the label it’s good to go at any ups location. You can tel the owner is shady because the worker is a nervous bad salesman who looks like he’s forced to up sell because he calls his boss for the most basic things. I would highly unreccomend this facility they need to go under at this franchisee

They wanted to charge me $3 + tax to use a computer to make a 1 page label print out. When I did not agree to pay the fee, they told me to exit the store because they were closing up shop. When we exited the store, they hurriedly locked the door and closed the gate to the service counter. This was 20 minutes before closing time. How is this UPS store still in business after how they treat customers? This will be my first and last time using this location. They have no sense of customer service!!

I often mail packages. This place doesnt have much of a handle on what to do, where to ship, or how to ship. They over charge for packaging, tape, and anything they can.In the current Covid situation, their posted opening time is now 930am, but I didnt see them unlock their doors until almost 11. If I could rate zero, I would.

I went to return a package that amazon told me that i dont need neither box or label and she did not accept it and wanted to charge me for a box and the tape worst experience ever

Worst UPS experience. They make any reason to not accept your Amazon returns and theyll make you feel stupid for thinking they would.Commenting on my above post, I came back with a box and now they want to charge me for tape to mail an Amazon return. Literally the worst UPS store Ive ever been to. This location is double thumbs down. Drive out of your way and go to a different location. Bad, bad, bad customer service.

I will not go here again. I brought in a package that was to be returned to Amazon. The Amazon instructions say bring in the package to any UPS store, and they will PACK IT and ship it for free. The man in the UPS store said I had to pay $2.50 for a piece of tape on the box. I asked why the instructions say pack and ship for free, but he wants to charge me $2.50 for tape; he said that is their policy. I went to another UPS store, that did not charge me at all, and gave me the box back and said they didnt need the box. I am also letting Amazon know about this. Note to previous reviewer Greg Mock: most people are only complaining about bogus charges, and added fees that other UPS stores do not charge. I have seen other reviews stating the same thing, and the manager answers the tape fee is our policy, but again I dont understand how they can charge the extra fee when Amazon states ...any UPS store will PACK IT and ship it for free!!

Went to have a document notarized at 515pm said our friend was on the way to sign as a witness. The old man working says its going to take to much time and we can come back at 8 am. They disnt close till 6 pm. Our friend arrived at 518pm he still refused to notarize the documents because he would have to put it in a log and it would take to much time. He then pointed to a sign saying he refuses service to anyone and to not come back. Anyone that has a sign like that must often have issues with customers. It was the worst experience at any store i have ever had. I honestly felt embarrassed for the way the employee was acting and the way he treats customers. Please avoid this place at all costs. No wonder yelp also has an overall 1 star.

I’ve read the reviews. Complaints about pricing and giving a bad review is pretty lame. The price is the price, pay it or go somewhere else. Pretty simple. I’ve always received good service. They know what they’re doing and are professional.

I was there at 8:55am this morning and saw that the store was supposed to be open at 9am. I waited out in front of the store until 9:15am and no one ever opened it. Very unprofessional and shady. Will not be going back and I use UPS all the time. I have been much more impressed by other locations.

Do not use this store unless you like to throw away your money and love rude people! The owner (works there because he is too cheap to hire help) up charges for everything! I took a prepaid Amazon very small box to be returned and he tried to charge me $1.62 to put a piece of tepe across the box and refused to take the return label because it wasnt trimmed down. Asked to use scissors and he told me I could buy some! What a jerk! Told me if I didnt like it to go somewhere else. Took my box and departed. Called UPS and found out he is violation of Amazon/UPS return shipping agreement. filed a complain with UPS and Amazon!

Three times I always ship to the same address and they always do everything different . I should be on file, I give my phone number and, I should have my information there . Only once one employee took care of me . Just now, I was in line, of course he skipped me . I didnt say a word .Ps I will never use this place ever .

Horrible place they dont accept Amazon packages, Amazon says no box is needed no label and they want to charge for all this and the lousy treatment, horrible location, goes against the policies of other ups.HORRIBLE
