System was down on Friday afternoon, One lady was on the phone and the other two sitting down behind the counter. One of the lady that was sitting down stood up as if they were about to attend me but the lady on the phone told me at that moment that the system was down.I asked if they’re open on Saturday, the lady on the phone didn’t answer me but the lady who stood up told me yes and gave me the time.I have a feeling the system wasn’t down. Since the lady who stood up seemed she wanted to help me. So I have my suspicion on the lady on her cell phone running this thing and not wanting to do actual work.I get this feeling because I read the reviews on here first. This was my second time going, the first time I didn’t have no issues. But that Friday I did, and today Wednesday I went since I didn’t go that Saturday and guess what, system is down again. I guess in the afternoon is their break time and I should try in the mornings? I don’t know, but since this place has a bad rating I’m assuming things will be like this.Being a first time parent is hard enough and then you have to deal with this kind of stuff.I wish someone else could manage this place and replace all the staff. This is getting ridiculous and I only been there three times.
Been waiting in line for 1hr and the line is still not not moving. Its Saturday so most likely its going to be busy but this is ridiculous. Get more people to work then. EXTREMELY SLOW !
This wic store is terrible, every-time i get yogurt and milk for my kid there it’s always expired pass three days. Like they don’t give a damn about your kid safety or health, they just wanna make the money.I wish i could give 0 stars

Fruit ALWAYS has mold. Cuban older lady has been working there for years and is miserable and rude. Always talking nasty in Spanish about the customers thinking we don’t understand what she’s saying. She complains about everything and everyone even her coworker calling her lazy. She needs to go . I will not be returning . Also address is incorrect- it’s in the same plaza as the WIC office.
Worst customer service. Not helpful at all. Incompetent workers in the “supposed” lab, as well as the supervisor. All of them in that office act as if they’re doing you a favor and speak to you as if you’re a moron. Just because someone is on WIC doesn’t mean they’re not educated. Sometimes circumstances are out of your control. I dread coming to this one and am switching offices. Wait time is eh’ depending on what time you go and what you’re there for. Ex: arrived at 9:30am and was out of there at 11:40am
They are very helpful in making sure you have the information and help you need.
Me I tried to look for it but I don’t see it I looked up the address it’s not there is this an invisible store or am I just missing something can y’all tell me where this is exactly located because I’ve tried looking for 1000 times and no luck and I’ve called and no answer please I need help thank you
Love this place i have one right next to my house and this is the only one that is open on weekends but its ok i enjoy seeing the ladys here all very nice and always quick
GPS is not accurate, drove around for half an hour and never found the place, called and there was no answer

Time waiting there isnt too bad. It all depends on why are going to ur appointment. 45 mins to 1.5 hrs is what i know. It used to be hours every time it has gotten better this pregnancy
Worse custumer service. I went there and an afro-american front desk was so lazy that did not want to help me until i knocked on the supervisor door. Then another woman yelled at me saying that they were closing in 15 min when they are supposed to work until late in the afternoon. They posted on the door we are on a meeting when in reality they all had left to go to eat together. Terrible! They think that just because we need WIC, they can treat us as they want and they can yell at us. I am also planing to file a formal complaint. The only nice person who really helped me was a woman from Colombia. Above all. I dont recommend this place and i would please ask the authorities to do something with this kind of people that dont have manners.
Help or front desk wonderful and my wic case worker was wonderful ....now the supervisor and nurse responsible for vaccine or floride treatment horribly and unprofessional...
Woman at the front desk made it difficult for me to tranfer my WIC case from Dade to Broward County. As a WIC representative dealing with the public I would expect her customer service ettiquete to be much more than what it was. She not only needed to speak with her supervisor when she clearly became flustered when I challenged her on why I needed to go back to my Miami she became irate and sent me to see her supervisor.Supervisor proceeded to question me on why I wanted a transfer between counties.All she could say is that they were looking for my best interest because transferring my case so many times can flag me.I didnt bother to ask what that meant.End result supervisor transferred my case.I shouldnt have to insist and subject myself to persistently requesting that my case be transferred. I know that any state government agency can not deny my request for assistance if I step into their office. Always read the final print. The next part that got me was I remained well mannered. Proceeded to say please and thank you after the woman at the front desk checked me in in which she could not reciprocate the same. Disgusted at this womans poor demeanor. I can not see myself returning here. Flag or not.
