Honey!!! When I tell you this is my first and LAST time in this store 🤦 everything was out of order. Snacks in the front by some if the storage bowls. They had boxes & metal pull carts in EVERY isle. The store is A MESS! A dangerous mess. This is why I usually pass both my local stores to shop at University & Oakland. Stocked, organized, and not a hazard. Its really a shame.

The last time I visited this Dollar Tree - 18 months ago, the place looked great.Its horrible now!When was the last time the floors were deep cleaned?The parking lot is pitched dark! I think thats against the law.

Filthy. Merchandise all over the floor. Very unorganized. No one could help find basic items.

This store really sucks. The staff were not helpful at all..and as they were re-stocking, I almost tripped over some empty boxes that were left in the aisle that I was on. I ended up leaving the store and decided to shop somewhere else where my hard earned dollars would be appreciated.

Staff was wonderful easy to talk to and helpful. Cant beat the prices here. Bought 40 10 x 8 frames for business signs paid less then on line. Ty

Great store for inexpensive food items and they have a nice assortment of 4th of July supplies also.

Ive visited this store serval times in the last few months... Each visit was in worse condition than the first. Nothing is put in a designated spot, everything is everywhere including on the floor. Today it took me 10 minutes to find 4 packs of transfer stickers because they were all just placed together at the bottom of a shelf. Each isle is an accident waiting to happen! The fridge had a Brown dry substance at the bottom of it🤢... At the front of the store theres a hand written note in bold red letters telling the employees not to leave their go backs at the front...Well honey ...THE ENTIRE STORE IS A GO-BACK!!!!

Of all the stores Ive visited. This one in particular has just about everything they sell in others and much more. Fully stocked and with impressive customer service. Extreme respect for the personnel working here. Thanks

Literally they have all the little goodies and nice supplies that you need. Best of all, sooooo affordable!!

Load up on Hallmark cards. Either 2 for $1 or a $1 each. Fall holiday cards.

Why should we have to pay for carts, if we cant even use it to bring our things to the car??? I would never understand that. Also, the store is a bit messy and unorganized.

It was very disorganized and dirty. I got what I wanted but I had to dig through the merchandise. That wont keep me from going there thou.

This store is extremely dirty. The manager Ineka was very unprofessional in handling my issue of money with candle wax on it. They have no actual way of determining if money is real like the markers or even a reader just their eyes and apparently how it feels. The cashier barely spoke English and proceeded to give me the wrong change after I paid her with a $50 bill. All these ppl unemployed and these are the workers that you hired??!! Shame on you!

Nice store with a larger selection of merchandise. Clean and well stocked. Cashier was very polite and friendly. Was a busy day. They had 3 check out lanes open. Moved along pretty well. The best part is that you know everything is $ 1.00 or less. Parking was ample but the store was very busy. You can also park in the adjoining lot for Auto Zone with no issues.

Got to the counter seems like this cashier was havung a bad day...Horrible didnot even great the customers..The cashier packed my bag and put my food and body soap together.. when I saw that everyth9ng was in one bag.. I put the. Again down and ask if she could separate them...couldnt believe it she said I AM NOT SEPARATING ANYTHING YOU DIDNT HAVE TO THROW THE BAG DOWN.. One of the best stock Dollar trees in fort Lauderdale. Even during the pandemic, they seem to have a lot of stuff.

Ive never actually spent time browsing thru a dollar tree store before, but let me say, this will be my new fav shopping spot on a dime. I know Im late but they have a little of everything you need for a $1. Will definitely be my go to spot anytime Im near a dollar tree location.

They have a lot of candies and snacks. I bought eyelashes and lipgloss.

Honestly, my fav location is off University. Only come to this one if I need a few things. The other if want to take my time and enjoy my shopping experience. They always have one line open despite the fact there are employees walking around. The employees arent always friendly.

Always has the little things u forget about from trash bags to foods. I livs on Dollar Tree :)

This is the most unorganized/messy Dollar Tree Ive been to. I feel like every time I go, they are unpacking boxes. 8am, unpacking. 1pm, unpacking. 7pm, unpacking. So there is nothing that I need in view. I have to reach around boxes to get to things. Get it together!!!!

Everything I needed, I found quickly. The cashier who cashed me out did so professionally and expeditiously while the line grew. Her coworker, who was merchandising, was on her cell phone at the time. She did come to help but only after my cashier picked up the p.a. system.

Not the greatest, but much better actitud and customer service than many other Dollar Tree.

They have frozen food here and other cold items like eggs, cheese and bread and canned or box foods if you dont want to go to a big grocery store. They have the usual stuff like cleaning supplies, books, toys and toiletries. Craft stuff is sparce, however the store is close and convenient.

All Dollar Trees are about the same. I think this one is a bit bigger and cleaner than some that Ive been to.What I like about going to Dollar Tree over the other dollar stores is that there is nothing in the store that is more than a dollar. Most of them just use the name to draw you in and then charge regular prices for stuff.I went here looking for stuff to decorate a sweater for an ugly Christmas sweater contest. I hit the jackpot. That being said, they have some really cute holiday things, too. They also have a wide variety of whatever you might need from candy to storage bins. If youre looking for a quick place to shop, this is a good choice.

I have no problem going to the dollar Tree stores over the years, I lives pretty to the on Oakland and 31st ave.The reception there is really good, nice black girls working there.

The produce was fresh and the selection was pretty good! I will definitely be back.

I was calling the attention of this dreadlocks employee who was chatting with another employee in the back office to assist me find some products and he refused to assist me. He said he was busy. I ended up leaving without buying those products because the store is so disorganized.

Need more support at the registers.

They have a hiring sign but I asked one of the workers and she rudely said no we aint hiring then mind u this was last week Monday she said they had gotten their shipments today. That is why there where so many boxes laying around.I have worked in previous stores before today is Tuesday December 19. Its been 9 days and half the shelves are empty and the boxes are the same still nasty attitude young lady

This dollar tree was a lifesaver for our vacation couple weeks ago it was the only one we found with a freezer section in the oakland park area loved it

I am a business owner in the area and frequent this location. Its usually unorganized and messy in certain isles. I kind of expect that but this one Sunday I went there, their cashier Showona, however you spell it was absolutely DISGUSTING! She got upset because she clearly didnt hear when I answered her question about me having or not having my debit card in the debit reader. Mind you all I said to her was No, I did not put my card in yet. She was rolling her eyes, popping her neck and screaming how I needed Jesus. But clearly she did, because when I left she told me she hopes I get hit by a car. All of this because she wanted to go talk on her cell phone. She shouldnt even be working in this community. I contacted Dollar Tree without a response. I will NOT shop this location and I will ALWAYS let people know about this incident. Absolutely disgusting. She needs to apologize to my son and I. People like her dont deserve a job. Im sure she wont be there long. Thank you Dollar Tree for hiring decent humans. NOT!

Today the store was cluttered. Normally its pretty clean . The cashier that waited on me was an islander and didnt understand English very well.

Terrible experience. Absolutely bad, I highly recommend Corporate to do secret shopping here. The staff need thorough training on how to treat customers. If I come to this locatiom it will only be out of convenience, otherwise I DO NOT like this store. Unfortunately, on the evening I patroned which was Saturday, 3/24/2018, approximately 9:00pm EST. The cashier at register #1 lost her patience, conducted unprofessional and vile behavior. This is how the scene transpired. While I was standing in line, a customer in front of me had a young daughter that was touching multiple items. The mother was distracted by her child, at the sametime she was trying to do an electronic payment. The cashier kept reminding the mom to complete the payment. After the mother and child left, the cashier went on a swearing rant and began venting her frustation about the mothers Haitain Nationality. As a customer, I was disgusted by the employee, whom did not wear a name tag. I myself, had my own 9 year old child with me. My child heard every bit of profanity spewing out of this employees mouth. I get it that the customers distraction was annoying but the vulgar animosity should not be presented in front of other customers. Keep the biterness outside of the workplace!!! Hopefully, periodical and mandatory training can be done to avoid any other patron from witnessing unprofessional behavior.
