I originally called to have a tv repaired which was done quickly. During a conversation with Scott, I decided to purchase a larger screen Samsung tv. He delivered an LG. I have been unhappy with the quality of this tv for months now. I have tried on several occasions to return this tv within the one year warranty and can not get any response from them. I’m at the point where I just want this tv removed from my apartment, but I can’t get anyone to return my call or acknowledge my emails. I would not with all honesty 100% recommend anyone purchasing a tv from them, but having a tv repaired would be ok.

Just moved to south Florida and we hired them to do the smart home electronics in our home. He priced match and was even cheaper on some things from Bestbuy Costco. Plus they did some home A/V that big box stores don’t carry. Savant system and complete home audio. His team did amazing and I can always reach him if I have a question. Just want to start by saying Chris was very professional from the moment he walked into my home. I have a 65 inch Vizio that the screen was turning black and all you could here was the audio after it being on for 15 minutes.I explained to Chris that it would stay on longer in certain picture modes. He new right away that the problem was a backlight issue that has become very common with tvs. I had the the picture mode in vivid which had the backlight at 100%. He changed the picture mode to standard which would turn off the backlight. He told me that to repair the problem would be around $350.00 or he could bypass the problem for $200.00. I said to him that I rather not spend the money to repair with televisions being so inexpensive now and days. None the less I really appreciated his honesty and payed for the service call. The TV has been working fine since he left it in standard mode and so far so good. Surprisingly Chris gave me a courtesy call the following day to see if the TV was still working. Now thats an old school quality that some businesses can learn from. On just Chriss customer service, honesty, knowledge and professionalism I will not hesitate to recommend Perfect Television & Electronics to anyone who may ask.

They go above and beyond to make sure everything is right. Scott and his team setup our entire 6000sq ft home from TV and home audio to security cameras and smart home. Post install has been nothing but fantastic. Money well spent when everything works like it should.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. A guy answered the phone as if I was calling him personally. Professionalism is everything for me and I asked him to announced who and where I’m calling as he should have and the guy gave me MAJOR attitude on the phone.Once I asked the question about the pricing on fixed screens he immediately said “TOO EXPENSIVE, ITS NOT WORTH IT” like seriously? Who are you to tell me what’s too expensive for me or not. Just completely threw me off and he was very rude. I also think he was just upset because I made him acknowledge his unprofessionalism. Didn’t like that all. They should work on their attitudes and professionalism because they’re automatically giving future customers a bad taste in their mouths from the jump!

On the morning of 2/24 I called Perfect TV and Electronics in Lauderdale Lakes to request a service tech to look at my HDTV that wasn’t working. Spoke with Chris who set me up for service call the next day. At 5 PM I received call from the business saying a tech could come out at 6 to look at TV. Upon arrival it literally took 5 minutes to solve the problem. Scott knew exactly what the issue was. I recommend this business to anyone who has need of electronics issue. What a great experience. Our TV just died while watching the week before last and it wouldnt turn back on. It was just two years old so we began looking at repair shops. I stopped by another shop in Margate and the gentleman gave me a quote of $350. At that price it was just smarter to buy another television. I thought, maybe Ill just try one more shop so I loaded the 55 into our car and drove it to Perfect Television and Electronics. The person there couldnt have been nicer and helped me get the tv out of the car and said he would be able to give me an idea of the problem in a day or two. I got a call that evening and he was able to diagnose the problem and even test it out with a spare part that they had in stock. Their huge inventory allowed them to diagnose the problem adequately before ordering the part. I was given the exact price, they ordered the part and the tv was ready in a week. After the new part was installed the even tested it for another day to make sure it wasnt faulty. The technician even made some suggestions on the backlight setting for better viewing, better efficiency, and ideas for a new surge protector. I almost forgot the price was $150.00 less with a better diagnosis, quicker turnaround and better overall customer service. We have the tv set up now and it is working perfectly.Dont waste your time like I did going to more than one repair shop - Just call these guys and let them figure out the problem. They are experienced, honest and dependable.

We called them to quote us on a security camera setup for our home in pompano beach. They were very thorough and answered all our questions. We ended up doing 8 cameras. All the wires were hidden and they were clean. They provided us with an app for monitoring and playback. Post install has been perfect as well. Perfect TV is, well, perfect. Quick, responsive, user-friendly, honest, and skilled. When our TV and related components got fried by a nearby lightening strike, Scott responded within 10 minutes of my email contact, showed up the next day, fixed our TV (which no one else I contacted raised as a possibility, their interest being inclined toward selling us an entirely new system), and organized our whole entertainment set-up. All for less than what we would have spent had we (needlessly, as it turned out) replaced the television. These are the ONLY folks we will call going forward.

This is my second experience with Scott from Perfect TV. The first time was a repair on my 65 flat screen. He came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered the parts and was back the same week to complete the repair. I just used him again this week for a new 75 flat screen and new AVR purchase and installation. Again, he came out quickly and completed the installation with no problems. They are extremely knowledgeable, very fair priced and do a very professional job that looks great. I have already referred him to 2 people I work with.

Great experience with Perfect Tv. I called yesterday for service and they were able to come within 1 hour on a Saturday. Service call fee was more than fair. I was willing to pay much more due to last minute and a Saturday lol. But they came to the rescue. I had family in town and our main tv went out. The technician diagnosed in literally 2 minutes. Went to the shop to get the board we needed. Fixed the tv and put it back on the wall for us. I’m going to have them back next month to setup a Savant automation control system as well and do some ceilings speakers throughout my home. We didn’t know they did that type of work, but we are very excited we found them. Lower quotes than any local A/V company I’ve called and Best Buy. I’ll post an update if I have any further issues but I doubt it. Super friendly and answered all our questions!

Had Scott come out and redo my home theater room. He’s done work for us before. Always on time and fair. But communication is what I’m most happy with. He calls, he text, everything to keep me in the loop. They updated my theater room. The sound and picture couldn’t be any better now. 4K projector. I called and spoke to Chris and was pleasantly happy that Chris was willing to let me talk and he give me a rough idea of how much the TV would cost to repair since I kind of knew what was wrong with the TV in advance. I called 3D HD, and the guy on the phone was extremely rude. He wasnt even willing to let me talk as he kept saying he doesnt give any type of prices over the phone. I also called M Stransky TV repair and although he was willing to listen, he kept telling me my TV was a pain to work on and no matter what he wasnt willing to repair my TV for less than $300. Then I came across Perfect Television, and not only were they very polite, they came by my house within an hour and fixed my TV for less than $200. The technician Scott was very honest and courteous, and mentioned Perfect Television & Electronics is a family run business, so they definitely won me over. Ill definitely be going to them from now on for not only my television needs, but also my general electronic repairs in the future! We were referred to Perfect Tv by a family member here in Boca West. Scott came and updated our non working home theater in our family room and added a new surround sound system to our master bedroom. Custom remotes were programmed for our new system. Everything works flawlessly. The sound is amazing and we only have 1 remote to work all our devices. Last thing he did was expand our WiFi. We don’t have anymore dead spots in our home. Perfect Tv was referred to us by a family member and we are so happy they did. Our Sony 70 4K broke down today. We called and spoke to Chris and he had a tech at our home in 2 hours. The technician was on time and called before he came. He quickly diagnosed the issue to a bad connection. 15 minutes later, our TV was working again and it only cost us the service call. Hard to find honest business these days but Im glad these guys know what they are doing. Dont hesitate to call them. They also sell Tvs and do basic to custom home theater installs, which I will be calling them for in the near future.

Absolutely would refer this company to friends and family. My 70 sharp stopped working. So I googled tv repair. Found these guys and called. A gentleman by the name of Chris picked up on 1st ring and sent a tech to my house the same day. A tech by the name of Scott showed up promptly at scheduled time and actually repaired tv on site within an hour or so. I was charged a fair price and best of all I could watch the game that night! What a relief! I then spoke to Scott about purchasing and installing a surround sound system for this tv. He made a few recommendations and was back in a week with a new receiver and on wall speaker set up. He installed everything in 3 hours with no wires showing. I love these guys. A+++++++ They just earned a customer for life.

I could not have been more pleased with their service. Our samsung plasma tv (about a 8-9 yr old model) all of a sudden one day did not turn on. Made a clicking noise put then turns off. We called Perfect tv repair today for our Samsung tv. Our tv was only 2 years old but broke today. We called them this morning and they came out this afternoon. The technician was on time and diagnosed the problem to a bad circuit board. Luckily their shop had the part in stock and our tv is back to life. Repair price was great as well, we were expecting it to cost more actually. We will definitely keep them for future work.

These people basically stole my tv. They originally picked my TV up for repair on 8/21/15 and have not returned it as of 12/5/15. I have called over 10 times and always get some bs answer that some guy scott is working on that one. ive asked for the owner or manger, and get no one or any answers. I have tried to level with them and explain that i just want my tv fixed and back but no one has ever called me back. Im the last person that would write a review like this, but they have given me no choice. My tv is a 70 sharp that is not even 3 years old. Now I have to get a lawyer involved because they wont even answer the phone. Ive been in business for a while and cannot even comprehend how these people think this is ok. I guess theyre hoping Ill just go away, Im sure someone is enjoying my tv somewhere.

My 2 year old 75 samsung tv broke today. I found perfect tv on google and they were able to come the same day. The technician found a defective part inside the tv. He went back to the shop to pick up the part and fixed my tv the same day. Now i can watch the NBA finals. Great service, great pricing! The repair was much cheaper than i expected.
