I have used Crown Trophy 3 times so far. Once I ordered a trophy once. The other 2 times I ordered items for my nonprofit. I was impressed about the quality each time. We ordered beautiful plaques the first time. The last time we ordered medals. Initially, I was told that our logo would not fit on the medal. I was pleasantly surprised when our logo was on the medal when I went to pick up the order!! It looked great and everyone said the same thing. I am definitely a fan of Crown Trophy and a returning customer. They have been patient and professional each time I interacted with them!

Crown Trophy went above and beyond to replace a trophy for my niece. They were very quick to respond to emails and communicated great with us. They shipped it to us super fast and we could not be more pleased. They even accommodated our special request. Awesome customer service and great company. I have been using Crown Trophy for years and really love their professional service and the high quality materials they sell. You would be really surprised how reasonably priced they are! When I graduated college I ordered two plaques and when I recieved them in the mail it was literally just a sticker with typing on it next to my picture. The company was going nickle and dime me to make it into a more formal, decent plaque so I decided to try Crown Trophy.
