Prices and section are decent at this location. However, count your items before you leave and question the prices they charge you. They have a habit of charging you twice for items if you are not paying attention. And since there are no price tags they will charge you what they want if its not written in permanent marker on the item.

I Am a creative director and I use thrift stores religiously for set building, Photshoots, Props etc and I always find something.

Just watched a video of two employees protecting teenage girls being harassed in the store by an older man, these women need a raise no doubt!

Truly a super store both in staff and in size. It is Well organized clean and everything is marked with an accurate reasonable price. They have furniture as well, mostly in decent repair. I would say that this place is a full success and an exemplary Goodwill.

I was visiting family members in Ft Lauderdale... decided to drop by the local Goodwill. At the door no one was present to check my tempture upon entering the store. I wanted wash my hand, after touching the door- asked the lady at the counter for the to store rest room. She stated.. We lost the key So, I wasnt pleased with the reply & will not revisit.

Great to find some deals.... some are even unopened.

Excellent customer service, mark/shaun i think was so patient & professional...i will be back, they got deals on the tag, so remember to check the tags 1st. Lol

I just have to say Ive never felt more welcome in my entire life thanks to the store manager Mr.Ricky Clark. Amazing customer service very happy to help and answer any questions I had and even personally checked me out. Best by far of the other goodwills around!

Usually well organized..but I had an experience today..after the items were cashed..I was waiting for it to be packed, only to find out that they have no bag and o will have to pay for a bag to get the items in. I have been shopping there for years but I was never told that one has to pay for bags to pack the items..whats the policy on that

Discovered a new honey hole and no its not easy to find...and no, Im not going to share a lot about this one because I want to keep it on the DL! I will say that any local knows that not every South Florida goodwill is created equal. Different locations are good for different things. This one was especially good for professional and evening/party wear...which is saying a lot for a Goodwill. Under renovation and AC not working real well so go early or at night or you will pass out.

Excellent day. Found some great items for mom and ecen had a couch and love seat she loved for $50. They had items you really shouldnt find at a GW but hey, what do I know. Great staff and tremendously helpful.

Bought 2 DVD players, got them home and neither worked. Only had them for 30 minutes and when I called the store they said they could only give me store credit, so if want superior customer service, continue to go to other thrift stores, because this dump does not refund your hard earn dollars, that we work for.I rate this store a -2 ( minus 2 ).

Cleanest Goodwill i have ever been in. Smells fresh, this goodwill didnt smell like old clothes at all. Plus found some good bargins.

Its labeled super goodwill but it didnt have much there, it was overall very clean and nicely organized which was very nice, they also have new mattresses never used before

I visited this store all of the employees were super nice except the manager she constantly rushed us to get out of the store lying about the closing time telling us the store closed at 8:55 instead of 9pm

Terrible management and service. Found some good pieces but unfortunately I went home empty handed. One of my items, a lizClaiborne sweater was missing the tag, it had a stain on the shoulder and usually I would not even bother with buying it but I liked it and thought maybe it would come out. It was on the womans knit rack for $5, reached to check out lady telling me ist 8, i told and showed her the rack i got it from and I asked her is there anything off for the stain and she says ridley no and while Im standing there walks away to chit chat with another customer. I was gonna go ahead and get it anyways but then had second thought because of the stain, and her abrupt dismissalOf me. I ask for a manager, she calls for Jose who never comes. Then this other lady who arrogantly comes to me asking did I need help, shes manager too. I said yes and explained to her about the sweater, she comes up with every excuse as to why the item is priced higher then whats it suppose to be even though I show her others from the same rack, similar brand l that are not only less but half off if marked at 8. Considering the stain most goodwill, salvation army, and other used good stores would have been glad to sell it. It wasnt really the price that upset me but the way I was treated and the callousness of how I was handled. I shop and donate to many goodwill and other used goods store, but now that I see how you treat people and Jack your prices up I will think twice before stepping in another one of your stores, not only as a customer but also a donater.
