Talk about unprofessional at its finest. To put a 24hr store in a local neighborhood, only to have the employees create their own hours of operation. This is why I attend city council meetings. If management or corporate wont fix this. They will be gone soon, and if you know, there was a Denys here before this. Once the service got poor they had to go. Count your days.

Pretty average standard of customer service in the store. Most of the employees (Specially the counter staff are pretty rude). Been here a few times.

An employee wouldnt let me in at 6 am he said the store was closed. Today is Friday march 9th and people are pulling up and being turned away because he wont unlock the door. Terrible service and terrible customer service. I thought 7 eleven was 24 hours. Im complaining to corporate taking a screenshot of this and emailing it to headquarters. He refuses to open the door.

I had to pay $1.06 for a soda that cost .79 other ppl got the soda for .79 but not me

There is always one person working at night 10pm with the doors locked. closed sign on the doorAnd no employee in site not to mention this is a everyday thing at night all the time .me as a former employer for the company I’ll have to say this is absolutely unprofessional

Cashier was excellent in communication

This is the worst store 2 and 3 times a night they close the store but it says open 24 hours customer service is horrible very ridiculous they need better staff they deserve no stars I only put one cause they make you thats the only way to post something which is not right

Used the ATM around 2pm someone withdrew $300 from my account @ 6:49pm. Scanner has to be on ATM....probably one of the staff who works there won’t be surprised 😡😡😡

This door is always closed at night supposed to be a 24-hour I just got in contact with management and theyre saying that they will take care of the problem they did come to my Aid and I appreciate them

Rude cashiers and horrible customer service. I ask one question, and I received a bunch of attitude in return. Sent a complaint to Customer Relations. If the workers dont know how to talk to people politely, they should find else where to work. Because customer service is about helping and assisting people.

Busy store. There were a couple of people hanging around outside. They store clean and the service was fast.

Bad stay dirty, cold coffee, staff very rude, have new workers every third week so im always late cause they dont know anything manager lazy i herad her threatened customer cause her husband work for lauderhill police taking money from ppl burn up my pizza 4 times slurp machine never ready one flavor
