Ice cream was good sevice was ok

Worst one yet! They have one price advertised on their board then they charge you more at the register (which I pretty sure is ILLEGAL)...their response “well that’s not the price now”. Keep in mind this was after not having bananas, whip cream, pralines ‘n’ cream nor rainbow sherbet. Despite the price being on their pricing board the manager on duty would not honor the price...I asked for my card back and left her and the ice cream at the window

,12/27/19 10pm drive through experience- go into an empty drive through. Ask the girl on the com if they have certain basic flavors. Rocky road, cherry, something with dark chocolate. They didnt have them which is fine I was certain to make the experience work . She tells us to drive around to let the other cars order. We explained there was no other car in line. She replied with well youre taking my time. It was a very rude response considering we are literally the only costumers around. We didnt order and wouldnt want stick around with service like that. We just moved to the area, definitely wont be going back.

Working in the customer service industry and being a consumer as well; I understand the importance of speaking/acknowledging a customer within 20 seconds of them walking in especially when it isnt busy.This location on multiple occasions havent been able to do so. My recent experience it was a mother and teenage daughter being helped; I walked in, no one greets me. I stuck around for about 2 mins. Another employees comes out sees me waiting, I wasnt acknowledged either. It almost felt as if I was either irrelevant as a customer or because is it a bother that I came in 30 mins before they closed? Its only ice cream.I just went to Publix instead next door.

There never busy I have called 10 times because they did put my ice cream I paid for in bag I’m mad and no one is answering. I paid for it and I didn’t receive what I paid for

Its a late/early morning ice cream run. I asked for a single scoop rocky road on a cone. I felt like the quantity was more than enough. But I did ask for the chocolate brownie first and they didnt have it. But over all the lady let me take my time and look over the menu in the drive thru. And she was nice at the window. So yeah!

Was told, Youre taking up my time trying to order ice cream at the drive-thru. 😮 No thanks.

Off the chain, the young man that took care of us tonight did an excellent job.

I luv all there milkshakes and smoothies.

Only 1 person working the front on a Sunday afternoon. Wait time was long. Dont know what the girls in the back were doing.

The food is good. Love the all day breakfast.

Customer service suck service slow huge spider in drive thru when I advised the young man. He told me he was not an exterminator.and keep mumbling under his breath very rude before I could get my order I was offered someone else order.waited 20 minutes

Waffle cone did not taste very fresh

I went to Baskin Robins ordered a shake in the drivethrew and when I got to the window the worker put a note saying sorry running a late night and I waited 10 min honk the horn and nothing !!!! Rude terrible service theres no excuse for taking my order and not filling it !! Two workers cant tell me they both had to use the bathroom no excuse !!! Open 24 hrs Ive been there before and it was good service but today was uncalled for.

They did not have available what has been heavily advertised on television. Also, the girl didnt even know what we were talking about, with images posted all around her.

Waited over 10 min while the lady served multiple drive-thru customer...mean while my ice cream turned milkshake...what a horrible service!!!! Ice cream is soft enough for her to leave it outside for such a long time....never again!!!!!!!!!

Place is ok, ice cream is great but employee was a bit rude and not very patient or nice.

Cheese on breakfast sandwiches is never melted.

I love Baskin Robbins but this location never seems to have anuthing in stock. I go to order a banana split they dont have bananas, i order a oreo layered sundae they dont have oreos wtf??? Im never going back to that location!

24 hour drive thru, yet noone answered. Drove around the building and saw the employ on their phone.

Only drive thru is 24 hours. And Didnt have all the flavors.

Whats the point of being open 24 hours if I cant get a shake at 12:30am?
