I placed an order with them and was told my order would take a week longer than initially confirmed. So in order to accommodate I rescheduled my flight and came down when my order was confirmed to be done and ready for pick up. Upon my arrival I was told to pull into Bay 13 so my items could be loaded into my vehicle which I did. However, 20 mins or so after I left I received a call stating they had given me someone else’s order which was a super inconvenience because I had a maid coming to set my home up. Then we arranged for a drop off however I’ve moved to a new development and the address is not yet on Maps, Google Maps etc which I explained prior to them sending a rep. Out for delivery and which is why I opted to pick up from the warehouse to begin with. However, when the rep was sent, she got lost when using her GPS as again you cannot locate my home using any GPS, which was told and is why I preferred to pick up from the warehouse and/or give the two streets I’m on to meet the rep. So I had a run around for about 30 mins to an hr. In addition, the driver’s phone was dying. When I finally got everything the maid was sitting at my house for an hr. waiting. Although everyone was friendly and I eventually got my items, it was a huge mistake and even an even bigger obstacle trying to get my things and give them the other parties order. My friend uses this place for her business and wants me to give them another chance because she knows people personally within this company but my experience to date is they are unorganized.

Disappointed in their customer service response time. No response to phone messages and a week to answer an email.
