I recently had my hood worked on and and I swear my vehicle looks amazing 👏🏿....The only thing negative I can say is they are booked a month ahead but my vehicle came back absolutely better than expected and they look as if they detailed and vacuum out my truck which is awesome...I highly recommend Butlers collision

Been awhile but went to pick up my Silverado from a front bumper hit and new bumper was facing the ground!When I asked why it looked worse then wrecked bumper they said I needed all new braces in the front and would be a extra 450$ to make right. Well I climb under it there in the parking lot to find perfect braces and a slot for adjusting where that bolt was just hand tight in both side. I got a wrench held the bumper up and repaired it right there total of maybe two minutes and tried to get someone to come look but was told there bent up it’s wrote down not fixable. but they couldn’t show me cause they wasn’t even a slight bend at all.Poor service very poor.No telling how many people they get with this same stuff.

They were very easy and pleasant to deal with on the phone. Very fast service. They kept me informed on every step. I didnt have to wait and wonder if my vehicle was being worked on. And the best surprise... They had washed and detailed my vehicle when I got it back!

Butlers is the only choice for our family when it comes to auto body repair. The staff is great, and the cost has always been very reasonable.

On Friday July 20 my family and I were traveling down I 59 heading from North Miss on our way to Hattiesburg when our van broke down at mile marker 106. I called *HP on my cell phone and they gave me 3 phone numbers of towing companies in the area. I called the first number and it was Butler Collision Center in Laurel. I sure am glad That I called them first. Mr Butler and his daughter and their staff took amazing care of us. They towed the van to their shop, tried to find out what was wrong with it and when they couldnt they towed it to the Honda dealer in Hattiesburg. They tried to find us a rental car but none were available anywhere, but they made sure that we got a ride to our hotel in Hattiesburg. They went way out of their way to help strangers out and my family and I are very grateful to them. In todays world they are a rare find. Good Christian people who help others in need.This is a long post(sorry) but if you need a tow or collision repair in the Laurel,Ms area they would be the one to call.
