I have been in the automotive business for 25 years and have to say I am truly impressed with my recent car purchase. It was quick everything handled efficiently and very professional. Samuel was my salesperson. Samuel is very patient and very helpful. He knows the cars very well. He was already off of work and came back to deliver my car to me which I appreciate. I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a used vehicle.

I purchased my first car here and I don’t think I could’ve have a better experience! Samuel was so helpful and was able to get me approved for financing without a co-signer in minutes after my credit union decided to be funny. He also helped me with my car insurance and we were able to get everything done within a day. Once I was in my vehicle, my tire pressure light came on and Samuel was diligent in putting air in it but once we realized there was a slow leak in the tire he replaced it for me as a courtesy. I’m extremely happy with my first car purchase and will definitely recommend KB Auto Group to everyone, especially first time car buyers! Thank you Samuel!!

What a great family dealership. We have shopped for used cars before and it is always been a hassle. The last time we bought a used car they tried to charge us $950 to detail the car which was basically washing it! During this search I had called around at a few places in Virginia which wanted to charge $750 for detailing plus $750 for dealer fees! So outrageous! And since Im in Maryland I would have had to still go to MVA and deal with that hassle plus getting it through inspection which they would not guarantee. So why am I spending $1,500?!?!So imagine my pleasant surprise when I came across this small dealership who actually had the truck I wanted to see. Not only was it priced fairly but they dont charge all those ridiculous fees. It was truly a pleasure doing business with this family run business and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I almost never write reviews after working with Samuel, I felt compelled to do so. He immediately put me at ease in the entire sales process and made it so simple and easy. Like most buyers I had the car sales stigma. He put me in my new car with a smile on my face!

Before i post this comment, let me first say that honest and customer service is number in my book period. I really thank God for sending me to this dealership. Besides me buying a car that i was very satisfied with he also enabled me to meet such professional and honest people at this dealership. I would definitely recommend and will recommend everyone that i know to come to KBs and have a very good experience with some HONEST and PROFESSIONAL people. I had NO issues with my vehicle AT ALL so thank you KB AUTO for taking care of me inspite of the challenges i had on my end for getting the job done.

I wish I could give 0 stars in the review. Avoid buying from them. Its unfortunate to have problems with the used cars after purchasing them. But their attitude after selling the car is too horrible. I bought a car (Hyundai Sonata 2008) from them on June 2, 2021. I paid in cash and got the MD inspection done by them. The following week, I drove to them to collect my cars documents. Then I pointed out that there was a check engine light on the dashboard that had not been there before. They sent me back saying there is no mechanic available now to repair this, and they would call me back next week when they could manage an appointment with the mechanic. In the meantime, I noticed there is another problem with the car, oil leakage. I waited for three weeks, called a couple of times requesting to check my car, and finally, the car broke down (didnt start at all) in the second week of July. So, hoping they would help me solve the problem, I called them again and explained the situation. Guess their reply?? They refused to offer any help. They said its been more than a month since I bought it and they wont take any responsibility now. So, last week I changed the car battery which is already dead (costing 105 USD), repaired oil leakage today (cost 410 USD). Still, there is an EVAP leakage problem (which may cost around 700 USD) which I am ignoring for the time being. I am not sure how they managed to pass the inspection test. I asked them for the inspection report, they said there is no hard copy of this, the testing report should be available on the DMV site. Think twice before buying from them.

The sales guys were fine (no problems there) but my time was wasted looking at a terrible car. The car I drove to see had botched body work from an unreported crash, a missing wiper assembly, flaking rust on all the suspension brackets, and dashboard light warnings, just to name a few things. It was listed at a great price, though!

I found KB Auto Group on Cargurus.com. I spoke to Samuel at 7:15 am, by 10:30 am I was leaving the lot with the title to my Audi Q5. The guys here were honest, fair and helped me step by step with my car purchase. I mean they were so amazing that because I had to have my inspection before driving off the lot, they delivered my new baby to my job. They went above and beyond to help me. We went to trade in a car. We were sent back because they didn’t want to finance the car because they said they wouldn’t make money on it. They suggested going to the bank. Instead I borrowed money from my sister. We called the next day and they said someone wasn’t there so the transaction couldn’t happen and asked us to come back the next day. The next day when we call they say “sorry someone sold the car”. Then they say we needed to put money down to hold it which was never communicated or put in writing anywhere. They suggested another car and in good faith we purchased it. At point of sale they said the engine was in warranty for 30 days they would get the car state inspection and they would give the car an oil change. About 3 weeks later the engine started to make awful noises And the oil lamp came on. We took the car back and they serviced it and said they gave it an oil change, which I thought they did already but apparently not. Two weeks pass again and the car stalled out on the highway the engine lamp comes back on and the engine stayed making terrible noise again. We reached back out and they said we can’t reach out every time there is something wrong with the car: they do not sell quality vehicles and they are not honest about what they promise to deliver. Do no do business with these people: they are dishonest and will sell you an unsafe car!

Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy from here. The motor in the car they sold us blew up after 3 months and they refused to do anything about it. They are Also very hard to get a hold of. Very disappointed in the customer service. Buy from literally anywhere else. They say that they tried to offer an extended warranty but that is untrue.

The staff is very polite and professional. I spoke with Samuel over the phone to schedule an appointment, and Kwaku answered all my questions about purchasing details and the cars history. When I decided to buy the car, the staff took the car in for a safety inspection, and even though the car passed, they replaced a worn brake pad for me at no extra cost. Furthermore, after buying the car, I took it to my local shop to get a more comprehensive inspection. The only thing the car needed was an oil change, some fluids topped off, and intake + cabin air filters replaced. KB Auto Groups exceptional reputation reflected in my oustanding experience purchasing a car from them. Im writing this review to help others who see it gain confidence in buying from a reputable used car dealer, like I had.
