Horrible service!! Its always a long wait time when you call the pharmacy. You are on hold forever then the phone just ring and ring. Walgreen pharmacy please do better! Dont ignore the calling customers!!

They use to be a decent pharmacy. I have epilepsy and suddenly they never have my medication in stock. It has got to the point of ridiculous. I receive a message from the app that tells me that my meds are ready for pickup. I do not drive and have to get a ride or send someone to pick my meds up. They were told sorry you cant get this until tomorrow. I called and complained and was told we cant control what the app tells you. I responded by saying dont fill the medication if it is to early! It is time to switch pharmacy and that really is sad because I have used Walgreens for YEARS!

They never have the medicine prescribed to our son. My wife went Tuesday to pick up his medicine and was informed they were out but would have it Thursday. Now, Thursday theyre out of his medicine again. Its a controlled substance so they cant switch his prescription without an act of Congress.

The main reason I gave them a poor rating is because they are EXTREMELY SLOW getting new prescriptions filled. Every time I come in with a new one, it takes an hour or longer to get it ready. I live nearly an hour away, so theres no way I can go home and pick it up later. It makes me furious! Ive used plenty of other pharmacies in my lifetime and they can have you multiple prescriptions ready in 20 minutes or less. The only reason I use them is that they are open later than the rest and I can pick up my regular meds after work even if I work late that day.

Helpful, caring, friendly staff. Clean, neat and organized store

I would have given a 5 store because my experience has been great there except one time. So for that one mistake I elected to do as the rest of the world be sure to point it out

Was told my prescription would be ready in 30min but waited two hours for prescription only to find out they didnt take my insurance. I gave them my insurance card when I dropped off my prescription so why didnt they tell me then?
