Take your own photos before loading rented equipment. Mini ex already had scratches when I picked it up. Got treated like dirt when I returned it with the same scratches. Said they were already there. Their response was we will look at the pictures and let you know really snide. I said email them to me. 4 weeks and nothing. Guess I was right!
