Mike and Mary were very helpful and accommodating. Glass was ready well before their quote which was even better. Product was great as well.

LGM sent Jay and Mike to replace glass in about 12 of my window panes. They were scheduled for 9am and arrived at 8:45am, they said it may take until lunch and they were done by 10:30am. Cant ask for better service than arrive and finish early. However they went above and beyond even that! In these uncertain times, they were not only masked, but minimized time inside the house, they removed windows and replaced glass outside and in their truck which made me very comfortable having them perform the work. As a final bonus they adjusted the tension on my screen door which was not closing correctly so not only do I enjoy clean, warmer new windows, each time i use my storm door I am reminded of the excellent job they performed!

Laurel Glass and Mirror did a great job. I hired them after I fired a previous mirror supplier I went with. Both with good reviews off Yelp, but the first company was terrible. My glass coffee table top shattered. Mary was able to find a piece of glass that fit perfectly and was ready for immediate pick-up. The piece of glass is high quality and was priced much lower than I had anticipated. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Broke my refrigerator glass shelf and was able to order tempered glass piece over the phone. Picked up within a week and fit perfectly (it helps that I measured correctly). Excellent customer service and way cheaper than ordering at other places.

Great local business. They did custom storm door and window repairs for us a few years ago where the original supplier was no help. Recently they came out and measured some custom tables we built, then specified and cut the needed glass for the tops. Very happy.- Greg M

Called about getting an estimate which theyve done the same exact estimate before where they went out to the residence to quote and they blew me off saying I had to bring the storm door in for pricing and they do not go out to the residence for storm doors. Also, if they did it would be $170.00 more. Lady was pretty rude and when I tried to explain to her that Ive called before and am asking for a glass for a storm door like before she basically interrupted me and said she has no clue why or how that happened cause they do not do that and hung up on me.I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the first time I had glass to a storm door replaced by them it was pretty decent customer service and work.

We have been Laurel Glass customers for years. They have always been quick to respond to and meet our residential glass needs, even for the smallest of jobs.

Very, very expensive. They charge 3 times a much for a basic residential glass replacement than going to an Ace or hardware store.
