I went to get a part for my bike but was stopped at the door and told I had to have on a mask to enter. I understand different counties have different COVID mandates, however a lot of people that visit dealership (including myself) are from different counties. I don’t know why they wouldn’t have a 50 cent mask available so I could go in and spend 80 dollars at their parts counter.
We had an awesome experience today at the Old Glory Harley Davidson Dealership on Laurel, MD. James in Parts, Dinah in Apparel and Precious, the Greeter as well as the two guys in Service were great, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Thanks for a great experience. We will definitely be back!!!
Great Class!! Shane Gilbert is an awesome instructor. Debbie Lewis ensured sign up easy and support materials we ready. Highly recommend!
Coach Calvin Johnson is the best coach. Learned a lot from him. He may push you hard but he wants you to succeed! Bruce is a great coach as well. Can’t go wrong with them.
After a week of searching and with the patience of Tiffany and Don, I found my dream bike. Tiffany and Don worked with me on selection, showing me everything that met my criteria both old and new. They found the models I wanted and then the unique color.During my time there, I did not feel pressured and was given lots of time and space to reach my choice. Corey and staff worked out an incredible trade and made the process amazing. Thanks to Old Glory for putting me on my 4th Harley, and my forever bike.
This is an add on to my Wife Cheryl’s review. Don’t be fooled by the 4.6 review rating showing at this time. As I was told multiple times on the phone yesterday, they are under new ownership. As a side note, My wife’s 2015 Street Bob will be paid off in a little less than a year. After buying our last two bikes at Old Glory, guess which dealership we will not be going to? I hope it was worth the money they saved on that spanner wrench that should have been provided at the time of purchase.
We have traveled to many shops from Niagara Falls NY all the way down to Key West FL and have met a lot of HD employees. Crystal was the employee who helped me at this store and she was awesome! Crystal was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products I asked about. Any thing I needed help with, she was right there to help out and then also checked on me if she needed to go help another customer. She made me feel like a friend instead of a customer. Thank you, Crystal!
Thank you to Coach Johnson, Bruce and Debbie- awesome team; highly recommended if you wanted to take your motorcycle class!!
Recently purchased a new bike (Road Glide) from Old Glory, was greeted by a salesman, wasn’t pestered to buy a bike, and he didn’t try talking me into something that I didn’t want. Was even able to take the bike out on a test ride. The course/road taken was mapped out perfectly.Traded in a used bike. I felt like it was a fair price.Finance was super easy and felt like only minutes to complete. (ask for Dave)When my tags came in the woman that normally does it wasn’t in (out on lunch) Amy at the front was super friendly and very helpful by going out of her way to search and find my tags.Would definitely recommend to a friend(I have recently sent one up to order the new Sportster S)
Crystal was so nice and helpful. Her energy was great. She provided feedback and suggestions that assisted in my decisions. I will look for her whenever I come back…and I’ll certainly be back.
Im a military Iraq and Afghanistan veteran who has only been living in Maryland for a few short years. 2 things has my time here and there worth it. Chrystal and my HD bike. Both happen to be at the same location and I greatly appreciate them both. It was such a pleasure to have had you working with me and making me feel at home again.
I had the best motorcycle purchasing experience that I have ever had in my life. Randy was my sales person and he was very professional and courteous throughout the deal. He and all of the management staff were awesome. The best part was the celebratory ringing of the bell and the music of your choice to be playing in the background after the purchase was finalized. Old Glory Harley-Davidson is not just a dealership, its a community center for the Harley-Davidson family. Great Job Randy and the Old Glory team for making my experience one to remember!
Took basic safety course with Joe and Calvin. They were both very knowledgeable. Fantastic coaches. Highly recommend this course and these instructors
Id like to say, without doubt, that Old Glory Harley-Davidson is one of the best places to purchase a new bike. On April 10th, I went in to trade in my 2019 Fat Bob in for a 2021 Fat Boy and the transaction went smoothly. Both Kim and Jessica helped me through the entire process and was very professional. The rest of the staff was the same way. I felt like a valued customer. I will purchase my next bike from this location most definitely.
Everyone here seemed very welcoming and helpful, despite that they were understaffed and busy. My salesman, Steve, was able to answer all of my questions and was with me 100% of the way. I was very happy with my purchase experience and excited to join the Harley family once again. Thanks once more to everyone at Old Glory.
Very good! Instructors Joe and Calvin were very good. Provided alot of great info and guidance. Thanks.
Run, dont walk, the other way! Absolutely worst customer service we have experienced. Ever. Multiple phone calls...no call backs...unanswered phones. We had to contact Harley Davidson company directly and even they couldnt reach someone. FINALLY, after HD was able to get through, and we spoke with Dan to explain we didnt receive a spanner wrench that we were supposed to get when purchasing our Slim, we were told too bad ... dealership is under new ownership and that shouldve been taken care of by previous salesperson who is no longer there. When asked if he was willing to give up a long time customer to the Old Glory location rather than provide a spanner wrench that was supposed to be provided when purchasing the Slim, his response was we dont have free parts just laying around. I can order and you can pay for it. ...except it was already paid for when I spent nearly $20 grand for the bike. We bought our last two bikes at this dealership...never again. With this customer service, new ownership will be short lived. I hope that couple bucks you saved in not providing the wrench was worth losing a customer.
The training was good. The coaches were patient and definitely care about your learning. It was a good environment.
What an absolute waste of time.Completely ignored after trying to speak to multiple associates who told me to wait one minute and then proceeded to walk away and begin helping others and never come back once they were done.Wouldnt recommended anyone coming here unless they enjoy being ignored. Even happened when in line for the parts counter. Someone cut in front of me, and the associate did not care.Do not waste your time coming here. Also, if mask are mandatory why were a most of those inside not wearing them, including most employees not wearing them.
Thank you for an exceptional basic rider course. Wish there was more practice time. Coach Calvin Johnson is awesome! He is a patient instructor, and older, more judicious learners need that.Coach Len could be a bit gentler with his approach; frustration and aggression are never good instructional tactics. There is more than one reason why a person might not get it after 2-3 tries other than not following instructions.Overall, I challenged myself, learned a lot of new skills, and am grateful for the course. Thank you Old Glory H-D!
Great store, great people, great experience. Special thanks to Crystal, who helped me find everything I needed (and didn’t know I needed haha). She was kind, personable, and very knowledgeable. Will be back again!
Crystal was awesome. Stopped in from INDY and she took great care of me. Great spot!
The staff were a great help to get me on the bike I wanted. Ugene is a great sales person. helped through the entire process. Thanks a bunch to all involved and behind the scenes.
Great customer service! JD was a great salesman with no pressure just wanting to make sure you were happy! Highly recommend this dealership.
Jason at parts department went above and beyond his call of duty to help me get the parts for my bike quicker than it was going to take. Thanks Jason
I have no idea how a dealership can be this bad and still in business. Took 2 months to get the bike I paid cash for ready for pick up. During that time I would call for updates and constantly get told someone would reach out to me and never received a single call back to update me. Fast forward another 6 weeks and my temporary tag is expired and they have no idea about my permanent tag. They have me resend insurance information that I already gave them 6 weeks earlier. If you didn’t have my insurance info how did I get a temp tag? No one seems to care about anything at this dealership and nothing is a priority but getting your money. I will never come back here for ANY reason and would never recommend anyone else purchase from here. If I could give negative stars I would. TLDR: money grabbing pit with no customer service that does nothing but make excuses.
Love old glory Harley Harley. I have bought two different motorcycle s from them. The last one a 2020 street bob. Rich was the salesman. Cool dude to work with and knows his business. Corey is also a good dude. Very knowledgeable and was willing to help any way he could to make the deal happen. Can’t wait to trade up for a new one.
I was scheduled to take the Learn to Ride course at Old Glory Harley on Aug 9-11 however, I was in an accident and had to reschedule. Speaking with Ms. Debbie was a breeze and the process was seamless to be rescheduled to a date after I heal up. I would definitely recommend Old Glory Harley!!
I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Very nice selection of bikes. Matt Hasz is very knowledgeable and patient. Great experience!
Was awesome experience they took care of me in a timely fashion! Have to say thanks to Justin D he really looked out for me on the financing! Then his counter parts the kept it moving right along my fit specialist Rafiel along with Ana G working with Justin to close the deal.
This was the worst experience ever. The staff would not, absolutely refused to try and get me the bike I wanted. I ultimately ended up getting a brand new bike. Then the paperwork screw up began. They put the wrong information on ALL the documents. Then didnt want to give me all copies of the signed paperwork. Now I have Harley Davidson and the MDOT after me about corrections...I would recommend that NO ONE EVER goes to this disaster to purchase a bike. Theres way better customer service at ANY other Harley dealer. I wished I could give a negative -5 stars!
The service department here is the best in the business. I have never written a review before online it’s not my thing. I was compelled after some adverse circumstances with my motorcycle. Dan goes above and beyond to take care of his people. I appreciate him. Best place to buy and service your bike. You will not be disappointed.
Idk what bots give this place a good review. Worse than a time share very pushy and rude. You can just go 30-45 minutes up the road an get better service and deals. Screw every part of my experience here. Never again, would not recommend.
My experience has been exceptionally positive at this dealership along with meeting their generally happy clients too. While staff has shared so much with me getting up to speed, haha, with my new Trike Life! I also want to thank, Lady Crystal, for getting me suited up in Harley Style Apparel to include my Bling, Bling preferences! Im definitely a repeat customer here, enjoying her positive energy as well as the Staffs too, all around!
Amazing staff. Super friendly and helpful. Love this place. Lots of selection of clothing and retail items. Highly recommended
Everyone was great Good and patience instructors, also Debbi is very very helpful. I Highly recommend the Motorcycle training academy.
Old Glory is easily the best place in the Baltimore area to buy a bike. The sales staff is amazing, Corey’s knowledge level of motorcycles and especially Harley Davidson is amazing. He was able to guide me to the perfect bike, get me a great deal, and even stayed late to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I can’t recommend this place enough, and when you go in be sure to ask for Corey, he will take care of you and get you sent out the door with the best possible deal.
Dinah in motorclothes was wonderful! such great customer service and the kindest ever! would definitely go back
Very nice thank you for breakfast it was good and I was hungry!!! Looking forward to more activities.
Only reason Im not giving this place 5 stars is because they use shady tactics to get you to buy new bikes. They promise you stuff in writing then tell you they use that to negotiate the price down. Our salesman Rafi was a 6 out of 5 stars though! Ask for Rafi!! Hes the best salesman they have there!!!
Even in these tough pandemic times, Old Glory Harley Davidson turned out to be a bright spot that helped boost my spirits. From the moment I stepped foot into the dealership, I felt welcome and at ease. I was introduced to Christopher (Chris) Graham who is quite personable. Chris really listened to what I was looking for and then showed me many options, new and used. I never once felt pressured. When I left that evening, to go home and think about my options, I was really caught off guard when the greeter at the front door called me by my first name when saying good night. I returned two days later and bought one of the used bikes that Chris showed me two nights earlier. Chris did a great job helping me get back to riding after a two year hiatus. Thanks Chris! Love my new ride. I can’t even say that Old Glory goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, because it felt like that was just the way everyone was - good people, enjoying what they do and wanting to share that with everyone who walks through the door. Looking forward to spending more time with my new family.
Amazing crew at the Old Glory Harley! Richard was amazing with helping us and discussing things with us! Would definitely return due to the outstanding customer service he provided as well as Karl! Thank you all for everything!!!
Went to pick up my bike drove 480 miles just to get held up from leaving by the general manager for 3.5 hrs. I guess his Ego Trip kicked in Knowing I had to drive 480 miles back home didn’t seem to bother him at all. Which in turn made my drive a 9.5 hr trip instead of 7 due to evening construction. Other than that I am enjoying the new bike….
I really love the selection of clothing,we try to stop at the area HD shop as we travel thru. Crystal helped with finding some great shirts.
Great people, great service. And our sales lady Crystal was awesome.
Great professionalizum during a difficult time. Thanks for meeting my deadline. LRB
I had to wait for a person to come out and ask me what i needed I guess me standing at the parts counter wasnt obvious but once the guy came over he was cool grabbed my parts and I was on my way Rommel in Annapolis is so much better if you have the time to ride out there
Calvin teaches you how to ride a bike THE RIGHT WAY. Great course. Highly recommend.
I took the Basic Rider Course here, and everything from the registration to the class was breeze. Debbie had everything we needed prior to the start of class, and rider coaches Calvin and Phil were both experienced and patient, and provided good feedback to everyone.
There was a large inventory of bikes, unfortunately the one I came in for sold before I could look at it but Eugene and Kim went out of there way to try to help me find something else. The staff was very personable and knowledgeable. Definitely worth the trip!!!
Darius was so helpful. He was a wealth of information regarding a removable windshield and saddlebags for my 2021 Softail Street Bob 114.
Always a great experience...Amy at reception makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in..and Zoe is cool everytime I run into her!
Coach Calvin was a great instructor. I had a great time in his class and learned a lot.
Just bought a new 2020 Road Glide, and it was a great experience. There were a lot of different bikes to chose from and a very knowledgeable staff. Rich and Corey did a great job making sure we got the bike we wanted, at the best possible price. They both made the process as painless as possible, and explained everything in great detail, making sure we were totally informed on the process all the way through. This is the second bike we bought from Old Glory, and this time was much smoother and easier. If you’re looking for a new Harley can’t beat this team! Thanks again for everything, see you on the road!
Kim at Old Glory Harley Davison is amazing. Her knowledge of bikes is impressive. I have purchased two bikes from Kim and will come back when looking for our next bike. Her service is great and unmatched. She puts in the time and effort to get you the best deal possible! I would select 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend Kim when buying a bike!
Shout out to Jessica, Randy and Jason for taking great care of me on my recent purchase and helping navigate the ups and downs of the buying process. These three are awesome!
My husband and I brought a 2020 Trike from Kim. Everything about our experience was top notch. Kim was very knowledgeable, personable, and very friendly. In fact, the finance guy was the same way! As most people well know, it is scary dealing with sales and finance people. I am always on defense, because you want the best deal. Kim and the finance guy were very patient with me and answered all my questions respectfully and fully. I left there knowing they really care about giving the best deal and making their guests happy. I would highly recommend Kim and this dealership. We will be back again! BTW, we LOVE our Trike and we look forward to our rides and making memories!
My experience in purchasing a new 2021 Heritage 114 was absolutely terrific! Steve and Kim were very accommodating and knowledgable about all of the H-D motorcycles. Given the opportunity to test ride three different models helped make my decision with clarity and confidence.Justin in the Finance Department was very thorough in explaining all of my options which again made for a painless transaction.Kudos to all of the personnel at Old Glory H-D for a job well done!!
I have bought two bikes from Old Glory and both times were great. This second bike purchase was by far the easiest every, Corey and Rich made it so simple that all I had to do was walk in, point out the bike I wanted, sign on an amazing deal, and ride home. Can’t recommend them enough, and when the time comes to buy another I know where I’m going.
I bought a new Harley Davidson Road Glide from Old Glory Harley in Laurel Md. everyone was very helpful and very friendly,I can’t say enough about this dealership…they are outstanding!!! My salesman Randy Nulph was super nice and very helpful guy. If you are looking to buy a bike or just want to check out a nice dealership go by and tell them Dave Brown sent you!!!
Bought a beautiful Red Street Glide from Old Glory Harley Davidson. In the process of adding accessories so I will be ready for some serious travel in a month or so. Just waiting on parts.
Rafael was a great help and he answered all the questions I had and didnt have. Very thorough during the whole process and I look forward to our next business deal. Shout out to Kim as well to sum these two up in one word would be amazing. If it wasnt for their guidance I wouldnt have followed through. Glad I did and thanks OGHD.
Great costumer serviceFriendly environmentVery helpful on making my purchase10/10 will recommend
Went to Old Glory looking for a specific ride. They had several to choose from. My sales rep Tony was a pleasure to work with. No pressure/upsell approach and knowledgeable. After taking a test ride and completing the necessary paperwork, out the door on my new ride. Would recommend this dealer and Tony if youre in the market.
Definitely a great course to familiarize yourself with the do’s and don’ts of operating a motorcycle
Jessica P and Kim made my buying experience the best!! I was very impressed by their knowledge and customer service. My buying process was seamless. The dealership as a whole is very customer friendly, clean, and incredibly stocked. I recommend 100%
Normally when I walk into a typical H-D dealership, if I dont look like the core customer I get ignored and people just walk the other way. It is completely different at Old Glory Harley-Davidson as this is a completely different dealership and one that others should strive to do business. They treat you like family as soon as you walk in and make sure you are comfortable. Corey my sales person was helpful throughout the whole process. I was needing to trade in my bike and get into a new one for the stable and Corey and team was able to financially make it possible for me to get back on the road with two wheels and enjoy motorcycling again. Its nice to see this type of dealership after being ignored and misunderstood in my previous experiences. Thank you again Corey, its a pleasure to do business with you and your dealership!
Fun dealership. Very friendly staff, all treat you like family.
Excellent Harley Davidson dealer, staff was Great!was a bit on the long side from start to finish on making a purchase factoring in the negotiation of price etc.Tiffany was on the ball and walked me through the entire buying experience. Thanks Old Glory.
One of, if not the greatest Harley dealerships Ive ever been to. Huge shout out to the whole team there. It was an adventure but they got me rolling on a brand new 21 road glide special. Phenomenal service and staff. Well done, I will be returning for any other needs, and definitely sending people that way. If youre in maryland these are the people to see. Thanks everyone. JD, Corey, and Tiana. You guys killed it.
Nice dealership. Wasnt in there long before a associate approached me asking me for my name and number so that I could win something. It was a marketing gig I get it. Got a phone call about a week and a half later from dealership. Told the person I was in the middle of something which I was and had to get off the phone quickly. Wouldnt deter me from going back. Theyre good people and Ive heard good things about them. I bought a lot of gear there and well be going back.
Would give ZERO stars if I could. This place is an absolute RIP OFF!! They take ADVANTAGE OF MILITARY PERSONNEL! Shady workers only want a quick buck and help with nothing else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
I want to thank Corey, Rich, Ana & especially Shianne for making everything possible to purchase my 2019 street glide. Youll & your staff made the 6+ hour drive well worth it. Was very much appreciated
Great shop, wonderful service. Crystal is a treasure! Helped us with helmets and so friendly! Definitely stop here
Kim and Rafi were awesome in helping me pick out and get the deal done on my first Harley!
Want to compliment Charles in Sales for superb service to myself and my fiance. He was very helpful, kind, patient and attentive to our needs. If your looking for an EXTRAORDINARY salesmen who caters to your needs and wants Charles is your guy. Thanks again Charles
I had a great experience! The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Jessica helped me through the process. I have been coming here for years now and I will continue to recommend OG to my friends and family. Great job guys!
Man talk about dropping the ball! The people at this place have no idea how to treat people. Years ago this was a great dealership the new management is a joke and they need to GO!!!
First I will start this review off by saying I never write reviews even when things are awful. With that said I felt compelled to write this review about Old Glory Harley Davidson. If there were no stars to leave I would. I contacted Old Glory Harley Davidson on Monday 03/15 to inquire about various Street Glides. I was advised there were several in stock of the colors and options I was interested in looking at. So I made an appointment for Tuesday 03/16 at noon to go look at the bikes. I arrive promptly at noon for my appointment. I stand around for a bit until I’m greeted by a sales representative. Mind you this was not the sales representative I had already spoken to on Monday or the sales representative who had emailed, texted, and called to confirm my appointment. So I had no idea who this sales representative was.I then began inquiring about the bikes I was told on Monday that were in stock for me to look at. Surprise surprise I’m told that they don’t have any of those bikes in stock as it was a busy weekend with sales. When I stated I had just called Monday and was advised several bikes were in stock for me to look at, the sales representative looked bewildered. The sales representative then ran around frantically trying to find me substitutes to look at. Seems the buck was passed from sales representative to sales representative which didn’t work out well as you can imagine. So after taking off work, driving an hour and a half expecting to see some bikes I was interested in I basically just looked at a whole showroom of nothing I was interested in.I’ll end with saying first impressions are everything, and Old Glory Harley Davidson you BLEW IT and missed the mark by a mileI hope everyone else has a more positive experience than I did, but they lost my business.
Everything was good until after you sign to get your bike and after that you don’t hear from them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Months later I still don’t have my tags no one calls you back either. The first week I got it the pipes fell off and thankfully I was going on though a light not full speed. They basically said they only replaced them cause my gf Worked there.
Dinah in Motor clothes is super nice! Great experience :)
I wish I could give zero stars. Stay away at all costs! It has gone so far as I have had to contact corporate Harley to try and get help in dealing with these thieves of a dealership.
Just purchased this 2019 TriGlide from OGHD. My sales person Corey was fantastic. No pressure, no BS and a tell it like it is kinda guy which I appreciate. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in my story and what I wanted. Good customer service is a dying breed! I would also like to thank Rory the finance guy! (I know right...who thanks the finance guy?) But I ran him through the ringer with different configurations to get things right where I wanted them and he did it all with a smile! Overall a wonderful experience and I wont hesitate to send people their way!
They are trying to engage the local riders. HOG Club seems nice and welcoming.
Took my BRC here last week and the instructors are awesome! Everything is clean and people are professional and personable. Would be perfect 5 stars except their motorcycle practice/test range is on the small side, and I have received a number of sales calls from them already despite checking the do not contact me box on my forms.
I am I first time motorcycle buyer and rider so... my review is from having only really dealt with old glory. But my experiences here have been pretty good. I have been too a few other Harleys and felt... out of place there, but here the people are awesome in every department. I often end up here just talking to people even if I decide to not buy anything. I did my riders course here and bought my first motorcycle (2020 fat bob) here with Corey without feeling pressured into buying ( took me about 3 visits to buy). Can’t go wrong at this Harley.
Worst management and most disrespectful GM I have ever dealt with in my life. I had a scheduling issue from something I booked in March and they informed me the earliest was an early May date and scheduled the appointment for service. I told him to schedule it and if I could find one sooner somewhere else that I would call him back to cancel. So when I called in early May to double check the exact date and time they said they couldn’t find the appointment. The guy in service remembers the call and talking about the parts that I needed and said he would put them under my name but said he didn’t schedule the appointment and said I had told him I would call back to schedule after calling other dealerships. Being Irritated about this since he had told me 4 weeks prior that it was scheduled I asked to talk to a manager. The assistant manager was amazing and super polite and tried to solve the problem. He couldn’t so I got moved up to talk the the GM. He kept cutting me off and was being very defensive and wouldn’t even let me finish explaining my side. He also told me that if he was the one on the phone and I had told him to schedule the appointment and I’ll try to find an earlier one somewhere else just in case that he wouldn’t have even schedule it for me. Then he tells me “am I supposed to say all of my employees are liars?” I told him only one employee was involved and that was the service guy who claimed he didn’t schedule an appointment for me. I said that employee made a mistake. They checked the records and did indeed find an old appointment in the end of September. So not only did that prove his employee lied but he then defended them and told them he couldn’t do anything for me. All I said I wanted was the work done on my bike. Not only was he constantly cutting me off and being really rude but he said I would just have to schedule a new appointment over a month out AGAIN, or that I would have to come on a first come first serve sat and he can’t even guarantee that I would be first on sat even if I got there before they opened. I will never be going back and will be making a formal report to Harley Davidson. Which he says they aren’t part of. Also this isn’t the only time I’ve had issues at this specific location.
Rich was very friendly and knowledgeable about the bikes and the questions I asked.
After talking to Chris and Rich they both led me to believe they had a motorcycle in stock and I drove about two hours to find out they lied to me and sold it well before I inquired and confirmed twice before wasting my time riding to the dealership. lying to customers is a horrible thing to do. this place plays games with people, so not cool. Then they tried to make a deal with me. Why would anyone work with a dealership that lies!
I cant think of the salesman who sold me a 2021 road glide, but I am very displeased with the price and his sales tactics. Tall guy walks with a limp due to hip injury. Anyway he over charged me and I would never recommend you to any of my family or friends I checked the same bike at pulaski highway and the deal was a lot better even with them not knowing I had already purchased a bike. Horrible salesman !!
My name is Richard Smith Jr. You need a bike go to them, Corey Kozera and JD were wonderful to work with. Very thorough and extremely nice. Will definitely be back in the future!
I went to there half open house I get it, they r trying to drum up business just like every one else. This time the few sales ppl that actually spike to me talked very friendly, and when asked a question that they didnt know the answer to they actually found out the answer and came right back to me, unlike my last visit. Difference between night and day
Tiffany Curry and Zee made my experience very enjoyable and welcoming from the time I walked into the dealership and I felt part of a team by the time I made a purchase and left from the Harley Davidson. I was able to select me a song and ring the Harley Davidson bell 🔔 after my purchase. Can you say awesome sauce 😎 😋 👌.
Always a great experience. Never had a bad one at a Harley dealership.
I am so glad of the experience I had when purchasing my 2021 Road Glide FLHXS Harley and the professionalism of my salesman Rafi a very smooth business transaction and I am enjoying my Bike. I would advise anyone seeking to purchase a New or Used Harley go to Old Glory ask for Rafi.
