Candice, who is working in the kitchen area 9/8/21, was so nice! She was patient with us and made us feel like she actually wanted to serve us!!! I tried to tip her but she wouldnt take it!

The customer service really made me feel welcomed. Im not one to go one and do reviews but I felt I need to let people know that its the best value with the best service in Laurens!!!

This place has change so much, Im not sure if the management has changed but i havent been in months but the staff seem so much nicer and are making this a great place to stop.

This Hot Spot is always out of stuff and have slow service. It is the worst Hot Spot Ive ever been in.

Staff is friendly, food is good, great location.

Went in to get some gas and something to snack on before I hit the doctors office. Asked for some help from a girl with short hair? I think the name was Susie or something, I really can’t remember and she was not helpful. I get it can be a long day but I asked a simple question very nicely (in my opinion!) and her response was not the nicest.

Horriable customer service I am a regular or was until the girl name Makayla got hired and started talking about me and being rude to everyone including me and talking about everyone to the walking to the store anyone want to store she acts like she’s mad at customers come in she and her little friends need to be fired are you reported her to Corporate three times they’re not doing anything about it then when I walked in tonight I was told that I was trespassing I was no longer allowed to go there she needs to be fired she is making Hotspot as a company look horrible Will not go back to any hotspots because of her

Ok the reason I gave this store a 1 star was the _ ASSISTANT manager on 1st. She wants to wear the blue shirt but cant handle the situations that a blue shirt. When something comes up and an employee says let me get the assistant manager and she says Im not a manager well to me they shouldnt even have assistance if they can not do the duty of a manager just cut them out and have the manager take the place. But on the other hand Ive been in the store everyday since it opened and every person has been the best!! So thanks to all of the red shirts and green and black. Yall doin a wonderful job.
