The manger was a very rude person ask him a question he turned around and with a smart. tone one thing at a time this happened at the Laurens Sc store

Awful customer service by store manager!!Don’t waste your time.

Terrible experience. Went into the store at 7:30pm on Saturday. Employee came out with her friend sat up front and smoke a vape. I was waiting with no help for minutes. When she came in she rang me up quickly, checked her social media and left the register before myself. Come out and she’s sitting on the ground on her phone. I have now called the store 7 times and no answer because she is still out front with her friend. I would rather drive to maudlin to get better service than to come here again.

I went in to look for a push mower and was greeted by a woman named Sandra, I think. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. It’s rare to find customer service like this. It was my first time shopping here but they will continue to get my business!

I was in Laurens county on a job site, and needed a certain piece of equipment. With not many other options close by, I called Tractor Supply to ask if they had what I needed. Both associates I spoke to on the phone were incredibly helpful and grateful for my business.When I arrived at the store, I quickly found what i needed. The store was clean, well stocked, and organized. The cashier was kind and very quickly got me enrolled in their customer loyalty program.The entire experience was a pleasure, and I will absolutely return.

Hands down the best Tractor Supply Ive visited. As with most Tractor Supply stores, the staff are friendly, pleasant, and respectful. What sets the Laurens location apart is the Clearance! They know how to sell clearance items. They have an aisle devoted to this in the back of the store. Its organized. The items are better priced than other stores. I only go to the Laurens location now, despite the fact that its not the closest location to me. Its quite obvious that this is a well managed location. I certainly recommend.

I went to the store knowing what I needed to get. Staff pointed me in the right direction. Got what I needed hassle free. Great job staff.

Their staff is super helpful! I was looking for a high fat high protein low starch senior feed for my aged mare whos top line and muscle is in decline. The girl there wasnt horse savvy but she put her stocking on hold to help me read and research EVERY horse feed they had in stock to find the best fit for me and my mare! And shes doing amazing on he new feed!

Ordered an origin point barrier gate and waited for the installation kit for 3 weeks had to return gate to store where manager who was stocking shelves with another associate, that the lady at register would take care of me. When arriving at register she had to call the manager, who when he got there,was the same guy who told me that she would take care of me at the register. The most Ill run store I have ever shopped

Dont forget they have bolts. Better yet, they charge by the pound so they are cheaper than anyplace else around. Great for small animal feed as well.

I was able to get my pets shots, and got a great deal on some tools. Clean store, and a friendly, knowledgeable staff!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE! I ordered my children a mini bike for Christmas on December 16th and the tracking info has changed everyday and new excuse why its not here yet.

It blows my mind that literally every single time I have gone into this particular location and asked different employees questions such as “do y’all sale feeder mice?” Or “do y’all have bird food for pet birds not just wild birds?” And every single time I was told “I don’t know” and that was it. This has happened MULTIPLE times with MULTIPLE employees.

Everything you need for the farm. Picked up feed for my buddys chickens and pigs. His family comes here often.

I enjoy their Schmidt apparel brand compared to Carhartt. Some things are expensive but it seems there is always an alternative available.

There were three people waiting in line the day i was there about 2 weeks ago.Then i heard the Assistant manager,two more employees arguing and being very disrespectful and not professional.All the man wanted to do was return a item.He was a week past his 30 day return policy.Well after a heated argument with the customer the manager gave him his money back!Well that money just left the store and three customer s will not shop in your store again!!!Customer service goes a long ways!!I think you need to train your managers over!I will never return.Embarrising!!
