I just want to thank Triad for all of my new furniture, for their low prices, and their willingness to work with their customers. Any time I was short on a payment, they were very friendly and understanding. I had surgery in April and thought I would be strong enough to get in and out of our temporpedic bed. The first night at home I quickly realized how wrong I had been. The next morning I called Triad and explained my situation. They had an extremely nice lift recliner delivered to my house that afternoon per a 30 day rental contract. They were so very helpful. I’m extremely impressed.

Brian was awesome! He explained the contract and payments completely and took really good care of us. We lease to owned a catnapper 3 seat couch and wanted the love seat to go with it. He tracked one down that matched and had it delivered within a few days. We love all the furniture he helped us get. Thanks Brian.

We have bought many things from them over the years. They have always tried to strike a good deal with our family so, that we were able to purchase other things. I had a car accident in front of this bussiness. I personally have never and will never set foot in there. After getting my vechile off the road and the other person involved also moving their vechile into the parking lot, a Triad truck pulled in. He got out and proceed to ask us to move our vechiles we were blocking the drive. The drive that was unblocked because he had just drove through it. My car was damaged so bad it was totaled so it was obvious there had been a wreck. We had move our cars out of traffic while waiting to the responding officer. He never asked if we were hurt or if either of us were OK. He never asked if there was anything he could so do help. I can only imagine how awful their customer service is, if that is the way he treat someone after a bad car accident. Wouldnt ever do business there or recommend it to anyone.
