We visited here, not really knowing what they were but looking for something healthy. I got the Harvest Bowl and my husband the Primal bowl. We both really enjoyed the food. It was clean and fresh. The atmosphere was also very welcoming and cozy. The big swings inside were really cool! I could have laid there with a book and took a great nap! We loved the food, location and friendly employees!

The BrainBerry. Its a juice that is so fresh and smooth that I went for a second time. Also, the decor is very mood uplifting and there is big swing for you to swing and wait for your order to get done

Very very average food, it is gluten free and dairy free but the bowls come out of the microwave and they serve everything in plastic cups and silverware.

Ive been coming here since they opened. The mother-daughter team that own it are often seen working hard behind the counter, cooking and serving. If youre gluten free and dairy free like me, it cant be beat. Meal bowls, salads, smoothies and sweets--they have it all.

A little gem of a spot for yummy, healthy food. I love the ambiance, too, which is comfortable, conducive to studying and little work meetings or girlfriend dates. Their smoothies and protein balls are delicious. Honestly, my favorite part about t Loft is probably their little bench swing inside. 😃

The food was delicious and it’s all gluten free! some people in the reviews say it is expensive, but i felt it was properly priced for the taste and quality that you receive. The Service was fantastic; I met the owner and she was happy to talk about the restaurant and her vision. She was diagnosed with Celiac disease 8 years ago, so she takes great care to make sure everything is gluten and dairy free and to ensure no cross contamination. The restaurant was prestine and has a really good ambiance. The very berry smoothy was VERY tasty and I loved the peanut butter protein balls! I can’t wait to go back!

I am eating the best gluten free sugar cookie EVER! There are gluten free rolls and carrot muffins! If you have t been here for there great CLEAN food, you should come in for the goodies!

Its hard to find a good lunch restaurant that serves gluten-free and dairy-free food. When you get your order it doesnt look like a lot of food, but its extremely filling. The price is reasonable, and the food is very good and its healthy. I will definitely return.

Im just being picky. The food was fairly fresh and tasted fine. The service and cook seemed a bit desultory, and, in my mind, that affects the quality of the food.

I stopped in for a quick lunch to go and was pleasantly surprised by both the very friendly service and the drop-dead scrumptious food. I had the healthy harvest bowl, which was so good Im already scheming to go back for another. I also got a couple of juice drinks for my daughter, both of which were tasty. Like any fresh juice, they were a bit pricy, but less than some other local places and of superior quality. The meal bowl was $8, which might seem like a lot, but is actually less than a sandwich at a mid - range restaurant and so much more delicious! It was also really filling; more than enough for a satisfying lunch. The only thing that makes me sad is that I didnt try this place when it first opened. Ive missed out on years of delicious meals!
