Best TSC within 20 miles of my home! The store is stocked, the employees are polite, the store manager is knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help you. I drive out of my way to shop and support this store.

This location is clean and seem to have a great variety. Went there for dog toys and boots. Needed a size 13 which is difficult to find but they had a couple options. Staff where helpful and nice and I always love it when they acknowledge my dog with a bone. Easy parking, no hassle checkout! Always love tractor supply!

Just got off the phone with multiple employees at this location. They were less than helpful.. I ordered multiple bags of horse feed for curbside pickup and the first one I opened was moldy. They refuse to return it over the phone, even though I said I could easily send pictures. They demand that I drive 45 minutes, in the middle of foalings season, to return this one bag. The $25 bag of feed is hardly worth the gas but I guess thats what they were betting on. This is definitely not the first time I have found mold in their feed products.

Called around to find a zero turn mower and got to meet the store manager Rob who treated us like a friendly neighbor. He bent over backwards to in helping us, got us a trailer to haul our new mower and just made the whole experience something we want to return to again. Thank you Rob!

Unfortunately we will not be shopping there anymore. They refuse to require anyone to wear a mask, ever! We have special needs kids and its impossible to shop there with all the uneducated men wandering around coughing on everything during a pandemic. The cashier wears his mask below his chin. The only store in Lawrence that doesnt try and protect its customers. They have huge signs outside for mask requirements but I guess they cant read. Enjoy unloading our cart. Gross!I changed it to 2 stars from 1 due to the response from corporate but Im waiting to see if anything changes. As we struggle to find all of our livestock needs its not worth risking our vulnerable childs life so we will try amazon for now. The only way they can enforce the mask order is if they put an associate at the doors requiring one to be worn not only to enter but to shop like everywhere else we shop. I guess eventually I will sit outside for a bit and see if I need to change to 1 star or 5.

The had all the items I needed and they were easy to find. They emailed me a coupon for 15 dollars off of 100 dollar purchase but when I went to check out the coupon said it was already redeemed (even though I hadn’t used it yet) and they would not apply the coupon to my purchase. Ultimately I ended up purchasing nothing. I will be taking my business elsewhere after this encounter with the Lawrence Tractor supply

Found the trailer light plug I wanted that NO one else had. My dog likes going & checking things out like the chicks & ducklings. The employees are friendly & helpful.

I went here to buy a few pairs of work pants and shuffled through piles of Jeans and found wranglers for less than ten bucks a piece. Great quality and quite the buy. Love this place.......

Its your basic Tractor Supply store. Lots of good stuff and pretty good prices on feed for farm animals. Candy and miscellaneous items are priced too high though.

Friendly staff and great customer service! Also, impressed as they were giving customers chance to donate dog bones to local animal shelter, had basket full and overflowing with donations.

Plenty of parking, on edge of town, and lots of employees offering assistance. Beautiful pond in front of building.

The incredible staff here makes all the difference! I asked for help to find what I was looking for. They immediately helped me find it, helped me carry it to the counter, and helped me put it in my car!In my hurry, I accidentally left my credit card on the counter. They called the credit card company, who called me, and kept it safe until I could pick it up.So in all aspects, the staff went way, way beyond my expectations.

Always enjoy shopping at Tractor Supply. Have all my animal needs and when used to ranch sheep, had horses, chickens, guineas and cats shopped there frequently.

Store was small, so the isles were over packed. It made impossible to move a flat cart down several of the isles. Roof leaking inside the store. Poor selection and quantity of manna Pro feeds for rabbits compared to other. TSC stores. However staff was friendly.

Great people that will go out of there way... I first started coming here right before I left for hurricane Harvey... one of the women here had family that was directly affected by the hurricane... now they live here in kansas after getting wiped out... visit this store if you have to shop in Douglas county kansas.....

Decent selection of lots of items. Not a place where you would get lots of hardware parts but they do have a little. The have lots of specials and the paper ads are always a help. A little off the beaten path but hopeful some other businesses take interest in the area.

They have great cowboy boot socks, and long sleeve shirts (pull over) that I wear with my sweatpants as lounge wear.

I get my pine pellets here $6.00 for 40 lbs well they call it horse bedding but great alternative for cat litter especially for baby kittens.

Good selection. Good prices.My old review was 5 stars. Now it it 1 star, we went yesturday to buy a overpriced item. Talk about sticker shock it used to be $3 now it is $10. When we went to the back to get it no one was there to help. Then an employess comes out on a fork lift makes a mess dropping dog food. We are waiting around looking for our product just to make sure we are getting the right one he tells at us he cant help us. He goes to help someone else. We just needed to be pointed in the right direction. We helped ourselves. The customer service we received yesturday was frustrating. We didnt need any help loading anything we just wanted to make sure before we unwrapped a pallet we were taking from the right stack. Train your employess in customer service better. To be polite and not yell at customers.

We have a mouse problem and a friend of ours told us about Tomcat mouse packs. Put them where you see activity and problem will be solved. Will do business with them in the future.
