They were so amazing! Avi helped me at the Lawrence, MA location and he was so friendly, personable, and helpful. The truck was brand new (only 11,000 miles) and runs beautiful. Definitely recommend!

These guys were fantastic! I called for a blowout tire on my tractor. It also took out my mud flap and assembly. Courtney had me in and out in just over a half hour! Thanks for the help

Needed front tire at 4am blowout. Called sos. Girl taking 1/2 hour to get information., Said town I gave her had to be wrong. Was sitting in Westborough Massachusetts grew up in she could not find it on her computer,. Memphis evening she cannot find anybody that will come out to change the tire. Finally entire guy did come. I was on the side of the road for over 3 hours.

Through my company we have a commercial account. Kendall in the Lawrence location is great and always takes care of us. Great customer service all around.

They didnt have the truck that we had reserved on hand and we had to either go smaller or drive an hour for the one we wanted. They were apologetic and gave us a discount therefore 3 stars.

I scheduled a rental for a truck and I was told to show up at 9:00 AM to pick it up. After waiting for half an hour, the employee at the desk told me that the truck is in a different location and it would need 1.5 hours to show up. I was told to come back by 10:30 to pick it up and they promised to call me once the truck arrives. Well by 10:45, there was no call or update. When I called their office, I was told that the truck has not showed up yet and they will call me back by 11:00. Of course, no one called back, so when I finally got through to them, I was told that the truck is not showing up. The lady at the desk was respectful and courteous .... However, the whole day was ruined as I had people lined up to help me in moving .... . I cannot blame her or the local employees - management?

I think the roadside guy who sent us to the wrong place was from here. Once we got here they fixed the problem promptly.

I would not go here but had to for fuel. They lie about the hours of operation. Not good if you are driving 18 wheels and get off 495 expecting to have you trucks needs met...
