I was charged for materials that I didn’t receive. When I called about it, the employee said that I shouldn’t have waited 3 months. I hadn’t realized that I was charged for it until the call center called me and I asked for a detailed breakdown. I paid the bill, but I will not let this rest. Based on the other reviews, there seems to be a pattern here… there appears to be some fraudulent/dishonest activity going on and I intend to get to the bottom of it. I will make sure that I and the any other customers who feel they have been treated unfairly have their concerns heard!
Not personal at all. Horrible user experience trying to buy online only what is needed. The site is antiquated and cumbersome. When they can they will charge insurance as much as possible and send you too many supplies. They forgot to charge my insurance on file due to mishandling, charged me, then waited and sent a reimbursement check weeks later. Local office manager is nice, wish the online corporation would get their act together.
I got a BIPAP machine this week with my Medicare and secondary insurance with Aetna. I have no copays or deductibles. The said they required a charge card to get the machine. I complained but they said it was company policy. I will call their corporate office and make sure. Does not seem legal with my coverage. Not happy !
Run away. The worst DME in existence to my knowledge. If you use a credit card to purchase then immediately change that card or they will be charging you and sending stuff you dont need or want. And you will be robocalled to DEATH. I should have been clued in by the empty office and drop shipped CPAP machine. Run away.
