Very well run local business. I redid the siding on my house with metal siding. Dave and Norman provided me with all the materials I needed and helped me figure out any questions I had about the process.

I have worked with Dave on several occasions and have seen him deal with others in his store as well. He is very customer oriented, helpful, willing to answer questions. We bought Provia Endure windows from Anderson Metals for our new home. We had never heard of these windows and so needed some guidance and solid information about them. Dave met with us several times to go over the qualities and the differences between these windows and others. When it came time to final decisions and ordering, Dave was honest, transparent and very accomodating. We feel he gave us a very good deal on the windows and delivered them to Frankfort for a low nominal fee. Dave is not a slick salesman who takes advantage of a possible sale.
