The worst customer service. those ladies hate their lives. there i no way they are happy people. someone that bitter should have serious problems at home.owner....money will still come in if your staff continue to work there. But you should think on replacing them.Not to mention the idiots driving the big fork lifts. they drive careless. and they almost hit my car when they release a truck that I bought.will buy any other copart. but not there again.

Went to pick up the remaining personal items out of my truck after insurance dropped it there for a claims adjustment to be done. When told they were totalling rather than fix it I went to go and remove the tool box I had attached to the bed only to find it had been broken into and all of my tools stolen. I have no idea what their quality of work is but I would avoid this place if you want to keep your property.

Purchased a vehicle at this location. Turns out the vehicle was a set up, the vin number showed completely different options on the car than it included, tried to refuse the buy, Greg the manager was a nice guy but still refused to relist the item and punish the seller(who purchased at copart and flipped the interior ) in any way for such actions. Copart should stand by the buyer more than the seller. Will stick with iaai at least theyre more understandable in such cases .

I worked here and left because of all the stealing that goes on here there supervisor does nothing about anything because it would take away from his phone time. I onced witnessed the head inventory specialist who has been there literally since the buildingopened steal over 200 dollars out of the console if a car when I let the supervisor know about it nothing was done and everyone played dumb when the owner if the car showed up to get his belongings and realized someone stole his cash. Very pathetic management and poorly run business .
