Absolutely loved working with everyone in the office! They were all Absolutely wonderful! So friendly and helped answer all of our questions! During this time with all the covid shenanigans they were the only place we went that had good inventory and the perfect house available for our family!My issues came with the field workers. Being hard with the way things are with being able to find good help I hate to even say this. However the field workers were very unprofessional. Showed up at all different hours, never spent a full days work, left trash behind, didnt accomplish much during the time they were here. It was so frustrating to watch.Side note that has nothing to do with TN Happy Homes. Our Clayton home was poorly built and I would never buy another! There is nothing more frustrating than buying a brand new home and having to already replace things after just a short little while living in the home. At the moment we patiently wait for crews to come back out to replace things that were not up to par.Overall though if at manufactured home is in your future TN Happy homes is a great place to check out.

This place couldnt have been any more rude and dishonest. I called about a new construction to FHA loan and I was told that I would have to deed my land to them because the cost and risk was so high and then they said that they just didnt want to do it. I recommend Meadows Homes of Lebanon if you want a professional and helpful experience.

DONT DO IT! 7 months and Im still not in (6 was cuz of them). Lies, deceit, lazy, filthy (last 2 pictures were taken 6 weeks after it went in), sheeps in black clothing! They ruined my land (which is now washing under the home, above AND below the frost barrier) 6 inches and more in spots. They dug a hole and put it in instead of building up the ground level like they said they would in the front right. Now Ill have to put in a retaining wall! Still grieving over the loss of my husband in a wreck at 53, they took my husbands life insurance and ran! Im totally crushed! I hope you burn for what you did to me and my family! Note the holes under the home covered with duct tape that is coming off. Notice how they duct WORK is coming down. Was put up with TAPE! Waterlines, driveway, so much more you dont know about! Just PLEASE! Dont go! Check the BBB, Bing, anywhere you can find a review and make sure to look at the dates! Wish I had! (on fb, they changed their name and removed all reviews although happy homes is still in the name).Update: I was never given full refunds for things I paid for up front. They refuse to give me a receipt for the septic I paid for up front (or give me the mans name that did it) leading me to believe that they did not pay him as much as I paid up front. The trailer floor has humps and bumps in it through out and they guy said give it time to settle, it sat here empty for months in cold then heat. Im losing my land and driveway to water because they took part of it when they put the trailer in the hole. In the emails, the owner (Denise) said shes done with me and fails to answer.

They are willing to work with the customer to provide the best experience possible.

We have been in our home for a year now. Our salesman Michael was perfect! We really enjoyed working with him. I have to be honest, the quality of our home isn’t what I expected. We purchased a southern energy home and I often question if we made the right decision. Just being honest. Dee Dee does however get someone out to fix things when needed, I just hate we have had to have so much fixed and the trim continues to fall off the walls daily. Maybe this is just what you expect with all mobile homes, Im not sure, this is our first experience.... And, A lot of issues with the guy that set up our home but from my understanding he’s no longer there so that’s a huge plus!

At first I was impressed and excited to work with Tennessee Happy Homes. The lot had a lot of homes available and Denise was very nice. But then they dropped the ball. I went on a Monday. Denise said she’d contact me after seeing if I qualified for a loan, she never called. I got an email from a bank that I wasn’t sure at first if it was spam or real saying I didn’t qualify, but at the same time got an email from Michael at THH asking me to re-sign a document. Hence the reason I thought the bank email was spam. No one contacted me since, and that was 2 weeks ago. Also they don’t get you land like the ad says they give you the name of a realtor to look for land for you, who is incompetent.

Horrible! They lie, they don’t do what they say and they take way too long to get your home set up. The work is nowhere near professional quality. Very disappointed

Well ... Their factory built homes have Superior stuctural frame work. 2 by 6 structural walls, R - 50 installation & metal roofing. Reasonable pricing any middle class person can afford.

Ask for Mike,hes very professional and will help you,he will tell you ship around and he will price match if possible,Ask about warranties,they have a 7 year warranty, and Franklin has 10 years I believe alongside their 7 year warranty.I do suggest to shop around because once you sign papers anywhere your locked in contract for around 20 years.And he will tell you the same thing.He will actually fight for his customers,I know this from experience.He recently sold his business in Gallatin and moved down back here where hes from and calls Etheridge gone again.Very knowledgeable,and good with numbers,and calculating figures.He is a very informative sales rep,I do like this company and even if I dont buy here,as we are still shopping for perfect home for our growing family Michael I consider a friend.Hope this helps people out.Happy homes comes with 2 sets of steps, vapor wrap, 7 year warranty underpinning, hookups, Nice appliances, And a group of manufacturers to choose from, From Kabco to Franklin and many more.
