Said they didnt have paint that could work on a fiberglass shower pan. They said they didnt have anything that could hold up in water. I asked what special order products were out there that could hold up in water and they said NOT THAT THEY KNEW OF ANYTHING THAT DID WELL IN WATER!!!!! EVER HEARD OF A BOAT?!?! BOATS FLOAT IT WATER!!!!!

They use other peoples accounts whenever you have paint mixed which in turn makes where someone other than you can count off your purchases for taxes! Customer service was terrible! I asked if the problem could be fixed by the associate who was on the phone with his manager they told me that there was nothing the could do to fix it. I asked for my money back because they could not fix there error and I was told they have a no return policy. I will never return to this store!

I love the color selection and the finishes available. The store staff has always been knowledgeable about any questions I had and courteous.

I had not been here in years but needed paint supplies late one Saturday evening. Surprisingly Sherwin-Williams was open. I was greeted and offered help when I walked in. After a discussion about the differences in products I was asked if I had everything I needed. As I was thinking, the salesman mentioned several things I may need based on the products I was buying. Sure enough I needed a couple things he mentioned. Saved me a second trip into town!

Great paint and painting supplies to choose from. also wall paper and a place to sit to look at also coffee is offered. that is nice, but the clerks behind the counter know their stuff. i especially like having a female behind the counter makes the process even better for some of us women, but the guys were great also. they do know their paint and are easy to work with. pretty great service also. they will help you pick the right brush and roller to paint with for the sections you need. helping pick the paint for the type of walls you have and the texture. do i want primer and paint together or do i just need supplies to paint with. but even better, i dont have to walk all over a huge warehouse or store looking for hlep as it is right there as soon as i walk in the door. this is a biggie for me. the paint is quality as are the people that help you. thanks for all the help you gave and making my choice so easy.
