Recently purchased my wife a 2021 Polaris Sportsman 570. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Austin was our salesman and did a fantastic job explaining our options. I had such a GREAT experience with Rob and Amy. They are super family friendly. I was so skeptical to buy my husband his ATV but, they made it SO easy and everything when it came to my loan details was cleared up. I asked about 22 questions and Amy took the time to walk me through my options and helped me determine what coverage was right for us so we weren’t paying for something we wouldn’t need. Rob helped us load the ATV into our car and made sure my husband was informed on how to get it home safely and drive it. We were there for about 4 hours because they were so busy but, they took care of us and made sure we knew how long it was going to be and by offering us snacks and drinks for our kids . We were there about an hour after hours and we didn’t even realize it because they in no way shape or form rushed us. I just feel so good about my purchase and you don’t always have that feeling with dealerships. Thank you SO SO much Rob and Amy!:)

I am very disappointed.I have read so many good reviews about this place, only to be let down by my own experience here. I came in to the store and purchased a bike from here and felt like they were on top of what they were doing. But for the following 6+ weeks I had to come in to the store to resign documents that they assured me were completed. At a certain point I had enough, Nate gave me an option to return the bike, and accept that mistakes have been made by the store. As I was about to follow through with this option. Nate rejected to hold up his end of the deal that we had settled on. While handing this Nate also threatened the use of lawyers. I found this very concerning, simply because this was Nate’s option that he had offered me. I feel betrayed by this. I sincerely hope this never happens to anyone who enter this store again.

Thursday morning as I was loading to go out of town I found that the battery in our Can Am was toast. I ran over to Layton Powersports and Brayden was able to get my battery replaced immediately without any wait! The two additional technicians that helped complete the task were also extremely polite and helpful. I would 100% recommend these guys to work on your ATV/UTV!

My cousin and I went into this store ( Monday august 8th 2021) and my cousin is PREGNANT and I have heart problems that prevent me from carrying tires with rims on them all over the store not a SINGLE man including one that I know whose name is Brock who mind you is an employee (and all the other employees) except for the very in the back that helped us once we got to their counter. just sat on their butts and looked at us and didn’t even bother to ask us if we needed their help carrying them. Classy service gentlemen . Great job.

I recently just purchased a new Suzuki motorcycle at Young Powersports Layton and I was very happy with everything. I worked with Austin in sales and I have to say that he made it one of the more pleasurable purchases I have had in a long time in a dealership setting. Unlike the dealerships I have worked with in Salt Lake and Sandy in the past, they took me serious over the phone and we actually negotiated a good part of the the deal over the phone and text, which was so helpful. It allowed me to get it done while staying at work which really helped me out. Austin responded to my messages within a few minutes if not instantly every time. In fact he called me within about 5 minutes of sending my original message about getting some information which I have never seen before, that was incredible. After some pleasant back and forth on the bike itself as well as the pricing I was able to put a deposit down over the phone so I could reserve the bike, and then went into the dealership the next day to finalize the paperwork. Austin was even nicer in person and was their to greet me and even showed me some of their other inventory just for fun. He introduced me to Amy in finance and we quickly got paperwork done in about 15 minutes. I enjoyed talking with her which is unique because usually the paperwork portion is the worst part at a dealership because its where you get sold on maintenance plans, warranties, gap insurance etc. But in this case Amy just laid out my options very directly, listened to what I did want and most importantly what I didnt want and I was left with a deal that I felt great about. She was very nice and great to work with and I am not sure I have ever been able to say that about another dealerships finance and paperwork department because of the tactics and attitudes used to run up the price. Also, their dealer prep fees/destination fees / and paperwork fees were as competitive as I have ever seen. I can honestly say on the additional fees I was almost half of what I was billed at a salt lake dealership earlier this year and this bike was more expensive! That was a nice surprise!The bike delivery went great as well. It was all ready to go when I got there, was very clean, full of gas and they even discounted some saddlebags for me.So if your in the market for a purchase I recommend the trip up to Layton to see Austin. You wont regret it. They will be my new go to from now on for motorcycle and UTV purchases.

I want to write this speaking of Broc. I have known this man since Jr High when I was at the lowest point in my life, He stepped in to encourage me and we have been best friends since. I trust Broc with my heart. He is honest and true and really loves people and wants the best for them. He loves his family much but what is truly amazing, is He treats others like family and is always looking for the best for others! If I was looking for to buy something Broc is the man to come to!

I will say Im a bit disappointed with the service there. I was excited about buying another bike there as I bought and ordered my 2018 MT07 there in January 2018. I came in one day to put a deposit on the 2021 MT09SP. I was pushed aside like it was not important to sell me a bike. I called the next day to put a deposit and again was put aside. I have since gotten a bike elsewhere.I dont think Ill ever be back. Very disappointed

These guys were great to deal with! I went to multiple delearships in Salt Lake before coming here. These guys charged half the fees that others charged. It saved me about $1500 making the 20 minute drive. Would highly recommend.

This is not really the best one to go to. I have been trying to get them to send a check to my bank for seven months now. It’s now to the point where I will never recommend this place to a friend. Sure if they want to sell you an ATV or a motorcycle they’ll be your best friend. But when it comes to them actually doing their job you’re not going to get much from them. If I was you I would head down to the Layton one or the one that’s in North Ogden.

Called to get a quote on a tire mount + chain and sprockets swap and the guy quoted me $450! For reference, I was quoted $190 from a different shop for the same work. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Great Experience here. Went in for a helmet for our 2 year old. Came back the next day for a Stacyc 12 electric bike for her and bought all the PRP seats they had in stock for our 2018 RZR. Kaylee was Awesome! Let me ride a demo electric bike before I bought and there was NO pressure at all. Everyone I encountered were helpful! But most of all they were quick, knew their product knowledge and got me in and out on my schedule . Thank you! And you actually have alot of parts and accessories IN Stock so I can buy local.

An absolute disappointment, selection for machines is not as good as it used to be. Just an disappointment and a very sub par job on employees getting you what you need.

I’ve been looking into buying a Polaris rzr and the customer service was great. I worked with Conley and he really helped me look at my options. Not only that he was great guy to work with as an employee. If you’re trying to get good quality machines with a great staff who knows their stuff, then you need to come see these guys.

I enjoy working with a repair shop that is honest and doesn’t beat around the bush. Jeremy took great care of my machines and his integrity is amazing. It’s hard to find a shop that is willing to say no. Jeremy didn’t recommend a repair knowing it would have just been a bandaid. Not a repair. That kind of honesty is what creates life long relationships with businesses and customers. I will be back and will continue to work with Jeremy.

I have to say, this place is great. Each time I go in with an issue or question, their service and parts department own it until.we have an answer or the situation is solved. I went in to service today with questions about my CF Moto. It turns out I needed the parts department. He could have just pointed me in the direction but he stopped what he was doing, walked me over to the parts area, explained the situation and made sure I was taken care of before leaving. The parts person listened to my issue and we tried looking up the part. Because I was unfamiliar with it, my explanation was less that stellar. He walked me to a similar model that I own and we found the part in question. He ordered it right away and made sure I was satisfied. They have a customer for life and I will always recommend their service and parts area.

After buying multiple large ticket items with Young’s in a few short months time we had issues with some of the items. Young’s has NO customer appreciation and NO customer service. They cannot hold to any kind of a device Cebter schedule. When they miss their schedule by weeks and you confront them they tell you to take your business elsewhere. They literally told us that they would only sell us parts and that they did not need anymore of our business after asking for our razor back when they were weeks past the promised date of repair. They took our rzr and didn’t even put it on their service schedule. We asked for it back and they told us to never come back unless it was to purchase something. Seriously!!!!Nope never again!!!!

The people at the front desk in parts are really professional and are knowledgeable on parts. Ive always found parts I needed either in stock or they would ship it to the store.
