I recently bought a replacement door for my RS4 and had it shipped up to Toronto Ontario. Shipping was done by YRC Freight and Gateway Customs Broker to clear it. The door was well packaged in bubble wrap and card board as well as an enclosed pallet. It was also easy to get all the information i needed prior and they also helped me out the price as well! Purchased used auto armrest from seller on eBay. Corresponded on-line (documented) with seller prior to purchase and asked if it was exact part number I provided on-line correspondence. Seller answered “Yes”; part wasn’t what I had exactly specified. Part arrived damaged even though nothing disclosed in pictures or description. Seller claimed it must have popped out (during shipping?). Left neutral feedback for seller on eBay saying: “Questions not answered clearly and part arrived with shortcomings which not disclosed”. After checking my feedback on eBay a couple of hours later it wasn’t displayed on seller’s feedback anymore!? eBay representative Blake in a phone call on December 18, 2018 said seller called in to ask eBay to remove my feedback which Blake admitted was “valid” but removed due to “human error” but “cannot or will not restore because of eBay policy” regardless how or why it was removed.

I didnt get the owners name, but he was great. He helped me out so much, and put his time into making sure i didnt leave with the wrong parts for my wifes A3. Thank you so much, will recommend to anyone! Also my new number one for audi parts

BUYER BEWARE: They still aint shipped my Audi parts and i paid months ago when i called & spoke to Alexa (he is the owner so he says) he said that i did not update my address and that it was just too late for me because the refund period has expired! So i never got my parts and i dont get a refund? Thats stealing! What a bunch a crooks and loosers!
