Customers beware! I purchased a Toyota Corolla from this small dealer a couple weeks ago. Before taking the vehicle home, I did notice a small leak under the vehicle. I asked the dealer and they assured me that it was not from this particular vehicle and it was from a Ford focus that was on their lot. That was a big mistake on my part for trusting this dealer. The next day, the vehicle started leaking a lot of coolant. I contacted the dealer (All- Star Auto Brokers) and they told me it was just condensation from my air conditioning. Well, I knew that was not correct. I brought the vehicle to the Toyota dealership and it was in fact a failed water pump. I contacted All-Star auto brokers again and they told me that I should have brought it to their dealership Well, at that point I lost all trust in their mechanics as they did overlook the failing water pump. On the third day, the vehicle broke down again. But this time my spouse had my daughter in the vehicle which has type one diabetes. My daughters blood sugars were dropping quickly and I had to leave work early to come to their aid. This time, someone had installed the wrong group size battery... about the size of a riding lawnmower battery! In the 100° temperature, the battery just did not provide enough power to start the vehicle. Hopefully we will no have any other issues.

I loved everything about All Star Auto! Sam had what I wanted ready to go within days. A different popular dealer was 5-6 weeks out. Megan is so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel like I was her only customer. Waiting area and office were very pleasant! I strogly recommend doing business with them!!

Honest, no pressure sale. The owner promised to replace the windshield and cover any check engine lights. He did both with no fuss. Check engine was a bad sensor. I would shop through them again.

I went to see a car here last week. It was a nice car but I felt mislead by the listing. They said it was in great condition yet it smelled like smoke. Also staff wasnt that friendly.

I purchased a set of seemingly rare tires and had them put on my truck for a decent price at All Star Wheels.It was a Murphys law kind of job due to the last shop I went to royally messing up a rotation without telling me about it (Big-O on Ft. Union - avoid that place), but All Star took everything in stride and kept me informed along the way.Owners and technicians did a great job and made it feel like they were seriously invested in my tire swap.I would definitely recommend this shop to a friend.

Very friendly but that is just a mask...they had our car for a month..just to be broken still... when taking it back they kept it for 3 hours and did nothing just to tell us what we already knew... engine light is still on and they want more time and money???? No... will not recommend this place to anyone.

Great shop with amazing, honest staff and service. I truly dont have enough good to say about this place. I have bought 2 sets of truck tires from these guys and after calling around to countless other shops, they were the cheapest by over $500 per set. As an added bonus I drop off my truck every few months and have my oil changed and tires rotated in one stop. I have referred countless people to these guys and they have all had the same incredible service.

I would give it a no star if possible they are not professional dealer they dont care of purchase of sale contracts they take modded parts out the vehicle before sale so you dont get the vehicle the way it come in and if you dont have cash right away for the vehicle you are not an important person.. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU to go somewhere else where you are VALUED.

Came in on a Saturday when they were closing. Staff was very kind and helpful. Let me take a test drive and left with a smile. I let the staff know we were looking at other vehicles still. It didnt bother them at all. Not pushy sales at all. After spending the whole weekend looking at others we came back and purchased vehicle here. Found the price to be a fair value. Very simple to get through the paperwork and out the door. Small issue when leaving and they took me right in and took care of it.

I have the utmost respect for Sammi, Megan and the mechanics they have on staff. I found the through a friend and swear Ill never go to any other dealership. Friendly staff and great service with low prices

Literally the best people I have met. Totally helped me get my dream car i am so thankful for their staff and owner.

Had my truck for 5 days all I heard from them is how much they were rushed and put the blame everywhere but where it needed to be. My truck was missing all the screws that hold the wheel well plastic In place very sloppy job makes me wonder what day bobs will find when I take it to them to have it looked over. They need to learn to take some accountability and try try to be somewhat professional. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

This place is sketchy. We took our car there to get the brakes and rotors replaced. We made an appointment and dropped it off Saturday morning. They called us and had run into issues with needing another part so they had our car over the weekend. They then did not call us Monday to tell us when it was finished so I called around 4 asking about it they said it was done. When we picked it up it made a terrible grinding noise when being driven it was totally obvious. When I called they said they had checked everything on their end and it checked out. We took it back the same night and they said they would fix it the next day. I called the next day around 1 to see if it was done. They said they were waiting for another brake kit for the rear brakes because they had put the wrong kits on the back and it would be done by closing time. I went and picked it up at close and had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be done. The grinding sound is no longer there but the emergency brake no longer works. We will be taking it somewhere else to see if they even fixed the brakes because we cannot trust their work. The only thing I appreciated was they did not charge us the second time they had to fix it. They never apologized and they had our car from Saturday- Tuesday which was a major inconvenience.

I have bought 2 vehicles from Megan and Sami at All-star and have been very pleased with all aspects of my experience with them. They are very kind and warm and informative about there products and what your purchasing and what services needed done on your vehicle. I ONLY go to them for almost all things with my car. These guys fit my car in same-day, when I had been sent packing by another local repair shop. So I was grateful to them from the start! I honestly dont know how they have such a high rating. I took my car there because of the ratings and have had nothing but an awful experience with them but unfortunately I dont have enough time to write EVERYTHING so here goes some of my experience... I was told to leave my car there so they could fix it I called the next day just to find out they havent touched it. It took them two full days to finally do what they said they were going to do while I could have kept on driving it until they did have time. They didnt even call me to let me know I had to call them both days! Then when they did finally fix it my control arm bolt fell out of it while I was driving not even a month after. So I took it back for them to fix it... I was going to ignore all this non sense and just not take my car back there ever again with out leaving a negative review, but sure enough the bolt fell out again!!! I am just in total disbelief that I paid all this money and they couldnt fix one simple thing on my car. Yes they are nice people but they for sure need some new people working on the cars!!!

Never buy from this company. We were lied to about our car there are leaks and everything is wrong with this car. They aren’t up front about anything. They aren’t willing to help they told me they replaced the front/rear break pads they only did the rear. It’s just not a good place to buy from. And also they are really shady I know bought a used car and it’s not gonna be perfect. But I asked is there any leaks any boost leaks and anything wrong with the car and Carlos told me no this car is perfect and will be a great car for you guys. Come to find out I have over 2k in repairs for this car. I will tell everyone to never buy from This place again

Every vehicle was in poor condition. The salesman that assisted couldnt get most of the vehicles to start. Didnt advise they were salvaged unless we asked. Extremely over priced. We drove an hour to be shown again a car that was not starting... NOT recommended if you want a car thats reliable.

At first i was a cautious I had read the reviews but wasnt convinced. However Sami the owner is amazing. And all positive reviews are absolutely true. Sami stayed open late for my husband and I who were coming all the way from Murray. He was very personable and very helpful. Got us into a new car at an awesome rate. As time has gone by I feel the service has gone down and it takes too long to get a simple job done. The workers there Not Sam but everyone else seem to not want to fix the problem when I needed it fixed. They just reset my check engine light and wait until I bug them again and do the same thing. I had enough of it and decided to look for a place closer that would just fix it the first try without having me wait three days.

I never thought i would put as much faith into a car salesman as I did with Sammi. I am from out of state and saw a posting with the exact car I was looking for. After talking with Sammi I bought a one way plane ticket and left the next day. I was hoping that this car was in as good of shape as it was described to me (I obviously needed a way home). Since this all happened so fast and all the timing worked out for me, the only day I could be there was a Sunday when the store was closed. Sammi was gracious enough to open the shop and let me come see the car on his day off. The car turned out to be exactly what I wanted, as described, and I made it home 12 hours later. With this specific transaction there circumstances that made the title unavailable with the sale. The car was just purchased from an auction and listed shortly after, so before I could get the title, All-Star had to get the title from the auction house. Sammi assured me that by having the bill of sale from All-Star to me that there would be no problem getting the title from them. With all the scams that are going on in todays society, I knew I was taking a risk. Sammi did his due diligence and kept me informed of any communications with getting the title from the auction house. Two weeks later I was over-nighted the Title for my car.Thank you Sammi and All-Star for being honest and going above and beyond for all of your customers. I would definitely buy a car from them again.

This review is for All-Star Auto Brokers...I assume the same ownership as the tire shop. Called (from Orem) and specifically asked if there was anything wrong with the car. Anything we should know before we drive all the way up there? No problems, the exterior is really good and the interior is excellent. So, we drove all the way up to Layton, in stop and go traffic, only to arrive (in the middle of nowhere, I might add) to find that the car has a big dent/scrape down the right side, the wheels are all scraped up with curb rash, the back bumper was all beat up with scrapes, dents and black rub marks, and the door lock button on the drivers side door was broken and half falling off. Thanks buddy for being honest with me! I will not be buying a car from you...ever!

This place is shady as ever!! Sold me a car that said was going to be reliable car (I was 7 months pregnant) in Jan by March the car was broke down and we had to give up more money to maybe get it fixed! Now it’s broke down again in July. I have just got into nursing school and needed a reliable car to travel back and for from Layton to Draper. The owner told me he would help me due to my dad being a friend of his. I wouldnt buy hot garbage from this shop. I will let everyone know not to come here!

Put abrasions in 3 of 4 wheels they removed pressure sensors off of, then mounted and balanced 4 brand new wheels and tires. They shook the first time I hit 50mph requiring rebalancing...and upon returning it, the marred up all 20 bolt holes with too large of a socket on literally 8 mile old wheels.The wheels STILL shake, though slightly less than before, but I have no intent to return as they have already damaged enough of my things. Instead I will warn others to avoid this shop and their apparently questionable equipment and practices.Customer service was good, but damaging 7/8 wheels they touched is unacceptable and as such I would 100% never go back and suggest others to avoid as well.Need I say it again, do not go here. There prices are not good enough to justify the corners cut in quality.

I just called the dealership and spoke with the owner Sami on a 2013 C250, I live in SLC and Sami said the car was in perfect condition and that he was actually using it as his own until sold. When asked about the carfax he said it was a clean carfax with no accidents and clear title. As I pulled the carfax, it has been sold at auction and has structural damage reported. Sami is also asking full retail on the vehicle which makes no sense on a vehicle that has been wrecked. Fortunately i did my due dilligence checking the facts before jumping the gun and buying a vehicle from a dealership that lies to its customers.
