Service was quick and informative; thus the 2 stars.I was surprised to see how clean the lobby was and got super happy because I thought something had changed in a good way, considering we slowly stopped coming here over the last 10 or so years due to the build up of filth. Cupboards fronts were never cleaned, floors were filthy, layers of dust and grime on top of all that..Then I saw that the lobby was closed for dine in. You do not get brownie points for having a clean lobby that hasnt seen customers in who knows how long. I miss the Einsteins from days gone by.

Average. I used to enjoy Einsteins Bagels and havent been there in years. Our recent stop for breakfast was pretty average. Kids had toasted bagels with shmear and I had a breakfast sandwich. Meh.

Surprised that Einstein bros is one of the only franchises in the entire state of Utah that hasn’t moved on from COVID restrictions. Indoor dining closed. Employees are masked up. You can tell the owners are still politically charged. 4/5 for food. 2/5 for political correctness. Move on Einstein. 😂

Pumpernickel bagel... good. Apple cinnamon bagel. .. good. Coffee...ok. Pretty busy, had a bit of a wait. All the employees were in high gear, trying to get the orders out as quickly as possible.

Just as the previous reviewer wrote they are taking their sweet time with my order but for some reason everyone else got served before me. Ive been waiting 20 minutes all I ordered was a sandwich. I will not be coming back to this location.

Went there at 1050 am, after I paid i waited 45 mins for my order which was just single breakfast sandwich. Instead of then telling me hey its a 45 min just alot of people frustrated and not happy. I hope they say something to people in the future.

I walked over to Einstein Bagels for some breakfast as I was visiting Layton Utah again. I placed my order at the end of the counter for two bagels and a coffee. I went down the counter picked up some cream cheese went to the register pay for my order placed the tip and received my coffee I asked about the two bagels and was told that they would be brought to me. I watched everybody in the restaurant be served even people who came in after me and I was completely and entirely ignored. I asked a small blonde headed girl if my order had been lost and she said that she would go look and when she found it it had been lost and she immediately brought me my two Bagels in a paper sack. I said I dont understand how something so simple could have been overlooked she turned around and out of the back of her head said sorry! There was no confession made no offering nothing sincere for their ineptitude and inability to be professional. I dont understand how a profession so simple could be so complicated as to lose an order so simple as well. I see on the Better Business Bureau website that they have a C- rating I also placed this review on the Better Business Bureau website as well. So I was standing by myself in a restaurant with no one else around and nobody stopped to ask if I had been taken care of and if I was alright in regards to my order. This company and its staff does not care I dont know if it was some type of prejudice towards me on a personal level that I do not know about I have no idea if theyre just completely stupid!After receiving a response from the owner, I did as suggested. No response in a week. They are liars. F rating on BBB site.

Ordered 4 bagles with spread for pick up. App estimated time to pick up to be 10 to 15 min. I drove there 20 minutes and still had to wait 40 min for my food to be ready. They were fully staffed with 6 people on a Saturday. There were 20 other people waiting for their orders. After waiting that long for just bagels I didnt even ask for tge coffee I also ordered...

Great bagels. Im there at 6 am to get the freshest. Service is always good. Courteous employees. Its my routine.

Restrooms are disgusting, tables are filthy. It’s like nothings been cleaned in weeks. Can only imagine how gross the kitchen is.

The bagels are always delicious and I got some of their coffee which was amazing. Only issue was the turkey sausage sandwich, it was mainly bread and just didnt taste great which sucks cause everything else so far taste amazing. Ofc it is a bagel place so cant be too upset.

This place is open early and on my way to work! The staff are always way friendly and fill my order so fast and my coworkers and I all love their bagels and cream cheese options! Honey almond and the jalapeño one are always the first to go.

Great food, but the wait is stupid! They need to be more organized on the weekends, they are busy every weekend yet they still can’t get it together, 45 minute wait for a sausage and egg bagel is just not worth it. Today is my last time at this location!!!!!!!

One star because the food was outstanding! ZERO stars for the customer service. Subtraction of stars for the blatant rude, insulting behavior. There was a young lady at the front counter she watched my Son walk up and then turned and walked away. Not only was my Son dumbfounded but so was one of her co-workers who immediately apologized and said, I dont know what that was all about but I will talk to her.

Took 20 minutes for a bagel and a breakfast and sandwich. While waiting for 20 minutes, I watched a couple people walk in and complain about cold food… but weird, reading reviews mobile orders take presidencies, which I also did watch happen, guess if you want something decent, mobile order… or go somewhere else…

I got two of the new texas brisket sandwiches and didnt receive any brisket on them it was just the egg and bagel, Very disappointed because we waited 20 minutes to not get the right order!

I came this morning with my son, craving Asiago bagels, but when we got there they were very busy and they were sold out. I instead asked for a blueberry bagel which the manager let me have for free. It was such a kind gesture and I really appreciated it. Thank you again! We’ll be back :)

Ordered breakfast bagels for delivery and was thoroughly disgusted and disappointed with the result. I ordered one sausage and one bacon but both came as bacon, one was weirdly flat like someone had sat on it and the other was literally smashed in half at the bottom of the bag, fell apart as I unwrapped it. Both tasted like theyd been made the previous day and reheated. Miserable service for the price I payed, wont be ordering again.

I bought 5 bacon and cheddar sandwiches today and added Turkey sausage to every sandwich ($10) and made it to work to find out all the sandwiches I bought for my team didnt have sausage at all. Not one of them. Check your orders before leaving.

Time and time again this location prioritizes door dash orders over customers in store. One time I waited an hour! Today they asked me if a 30 min wait was okay for a sandwich because of door dash. How about you get your priorities straight and make door dash wait?

Im changing my review of this place due to unacceptable behavior by the manager.An adult man in the restaurant was not wearing a mask. The manager took the man and his familys order and did not request or require a mask. I asked him is there a reason youre not requiring a mask when your own sign says you do? He claimed he didnt notice and then asked the man to wear a mask. The man put the mask on his ears but let it hang down, not covering his nose and only partially covering his mouth. The manager did not require the man to fix his mask and told me Im not the police - theres nothing I can do. He then made a snide remark to my daughter stating Im sorry, I cant hear you because youre wearing your mask, when she tried to give him her order. I then canceled my order and exited the restaurant. Unacceptable behavior IMO.

Im a fan of Einsteins. The staff are always friendly and the food is always good. My only complaint is the prices seem a bit high at times but I guess you pay for the experience too.

Tell me how it can take 30 minutes to make an egg sandwich and then FORGET TO PUT THE EGG ON IT? 3 of our bagels came out without being toasted either. As we waiting for our food the workers kept looking at us and pointing and it seemed very disrespectful. When we asked if our food was almost done, they finally decided to tell us that there was an issue with the order. HOW? It’s an egg and ham sandwich, this is your job folks!!!! Disappointed.

Wow been sitting here 15 min waiting to get a hot breakfast sandwich. I guess to go orders seem to take precedence over face to face customers. Another company that hasn’t figured that balance out.

They didn’t toast any of the bagels I asked them too. I asked for cream cheese on the side because they put way too much, put it on both bagels I said not too. The sandwiches came out cold. The pizza bagel was soggy beyond belief. Usually have such great experiences but this time is just unbelievable. I spent over $50 on food for none of it to be up to par with expectations.

Enjoyed my bagel sandwich however, the guy making the eggs and sausage was using his bare hands to assemble the sandwich and was opening cabinets handing food to customers. Definitely would be a health code violation. I also asked for light ice in my coffee and that sure didnt happen, kind of disappointed as there was hardly any room for coffee.

Miserable location. I ordered online and the app said it would be 10-15 minutes. After patiently waiting 30 minutes, I finally inquire at the register to see if they received my order. I was then told it would be another 30 minutes because “they were really behind.” An hour wait for 3 bagels?? Poorly run.

Great bagels! This place has a lot of different options, and not even being a normal fan of bagels I can say this place definitely changes my take on them. They have a wide variety of bagels to choose from, as well as a wide variety of spreads to go on top. My work has sometimes purchased bulk variety packs to bring in for the employees and Ive made it a point to jump on the opportunity to get some when we have them. When I visited, the facility was clean and the staff were friendly and quick to take orders.

I ordered a bagel of their app but I didn’t realize it didn’t complete the order before I closed the app. When I went to asked the girl at the counter about my order, she blew me off as a DoorDash driver and ignored what I was trying to say. Super rude!

I went to pay my order and the girl behind the counter asks is Im a rewards member. I say yes and give her my number. After she rings me up I notice that my account shows I have zero points. Knowing that I had placed a huge order in January, (2 catering boxes) I was rather surprised. So I ask her if my points expire. Her answer... I dont know, but when I put your number in, it didnt pull it up, so maybe you have to make a new account. So I ask her if she entered my number correctly and give it to her again. Turns out she didnt but now she has to cancel out my order and out it in again. Her answer, oh sorry, my bad. I have no time for incompetence.

We went here last Saturday to get a dozen bagels. The guy that took our order was not very friendly. I ordered a dozen bagels and I usually get two sliced with cream cheese right then and save the rest. He said I could not do that so I had to purchase two additional bagels. I got a couple of everything bagels which I asked for in a separate bag since they make the rest taste like onion. When we got to the register she wanted to ring it up as a dozen and half. I let her know that they were merely in a separate bag but only one dozen. The cashier kept saying that’s weird because it looks exactly like a dozen in a half. I offered to let her count them or ask the guy she declined. I then remembered the first guy had not asked us what kind of cream cheese we wanted on the two left out. The cashier became super annoyed and said she had to re-ring everything up. Shortly after they called my name to say the two additional bagels were done but then a different guy yelled never mind she changed her order! I don’t think we will be back to this location. The entire experience was disappointing

The staff is friendly, they are busy but only because they are so good. And despite high volume of customers they still get your food out quickly.

So disappointed in this location. Went to go get some bagels today. Told 10-15 minutes wait. Waited 45 minutes and no update so we called while waiting in the parking lot. The gal on the phone was very rude, let us know people had been waiting an hour and a half and so 45 minutes wasnt that long. So I asked how much longer we had left, she said that our order wasnt even in the queue yet so a lot longer but couldnt tell us when. I asked about a refund since they hadnt even started prepping them. She told us that they dont give refunds but we can email customer service if we wanted to.After all of that we decided it wasnt worth it and left. Contacted customer service but waiting to hear back. So disapointing to wait that long, hearing others had waited even longer and they didnt seem to even care, and that they refused to even help fix the problem. Love Einsteins but will drive further just to go to a different location.

I absolutely love these bagels. Their sandwiches are delicious but those everything bagels have me feeling some kind of way.Always very satisfied when I go to this location. They have adorable bagels for dogs which they loved.

The food is usually good but the staff working on 26 November 17 was awful. They had customers coming in every few minutes with the wrong orders to be fixed. And the female cashier was very unattenative and very short while we were ordering. Not the usual good experience.

Like that is normal! Seriously, they wouldnt even let us cancel the order. They said we had to email support on the app to cancel it! This is bogus! Worst experience ever at an Einsteins! The food is good usually but recently the egg on the sandwich was so salty we couldn’t even eat the sandwich and they were out of the two bagels that were supposed to come on the sandwich’s and there was so little shmear on it you couldn’t even taste it. Also after ordering a side they told me they had they didn’t end up having it. Not really worth the cost of the food if this stuff regularly happens.

Great sandwiches but they messed up our order. That said, one of the mistaken sandwiches she was already fixing it before I found out and asked me to wait. So, excellent service, wish they had fixed my other sandwich as well.

Cant really go wrong here. The store is always tidy and the staff is friendly and try to be quick. Their bagels are soft and delicious and their breakfast sandwiches are pretty much second to none, especially if you compare them to other fast food places in the area.

Have been sitting outside in the curbside pickup for 10 minutes now. Have called the number multiple times and it just goes dead. If I wanted to go inside I would not have waisted my time ordering ahead.

I would give 0 Stars!! Ive waited almost 4 weeks for a refund! I had placed an order on the app a month ago. The wait time was supposed to be 10-15 min. 45 min later, THANKFULLY another customer let us know that the wait would be TWO HOURS!!! Einsteins, you need to UP YOUR GAME! Dont have an app, if its going to give false info. I feel for the employees because right now is a really crazy time, but even they didnt let all of us waiting in our cars know any info. I have YET to receive my refund, as I didnt have 2 hours to wait on a bagel. Almost a month later. Ive sent 3 emails since & havent gotten a response on the last 2, checking on my refund. Upset & very confused.

I come here all the time in order to grab a coffee in the morning before work. I just wish the line would move quicker then I could give them a 5 star review. Even sometimes with the Express coffee line I feel like I am waiting for 10+ minutes behind the normal line.

We always have a pleasant experience coming to this location. They are usually busy, but we never have to wait long to order or to wait for our food. The people are great and always try to make the customers happy. We come here regularly and the usual workers know us by name and what we order. They even give us discounts, which is always a nice bonus. This is, by far, our favorite location just because of the people there!

Your phone doesnt work, the app wont let you pay for what you order. It just wants you to upload a balance. My work card wont let me do that and you wont take payment inside. I guess I am done supporting Einsteins

I love Einstein Bagels coffee, but it seems they never have it brewed!! I go out of my way often just to get a large cup, and it is almost never brewed...same goes with the half & half-rarely full...believe me, I used to work for a competitor and I understand things get busy-but I feel like this should be something that is better paid attention to. Also, I have noticed some serious attitude when I ask for more half & half...this is your job- please don’t give me attitude for asking you to refill the cream!

Visiting from out of town, things were quick and I like their coffee. The first time I got a sandwich here it was great so I came back today but my sandwich was messed up (bacon egg and cheese is not the same thing as an egg and cheese) today and the staff wasnt as friendly. Oh well... disappointment

I love Einstein bagels 🥯 but when you order curbside pick up I think they should bring it to you instead of you still having to wait in line inside. Especially now days.

Very Horrible Service

They are amazing and when the coupon didnt work right on the app and I got charged they gave us an extra bagel for free to even it out. They were very nice and helpful about it as it was my first time being there. That is good customer service right there!!

I needed 4 dozen bagels for my employees as a thank you for all their hard work. I called to place the order, but I kept getting a busy signal. When I finally got through, they said they wouldn’t accept cash. So, I had to go to Krispy Kreme instead.

We stopped in around noon on a Saturday, it was busy but only a quarter of the tables had customers and it was staffed well with 7-8 employees, unclear if any of them was a manager because they all looked like they knew what to do. The drink station was a mess with spills and garbage and the floor was sticky. Looking for a table we had to settle for the less dirty one and me cleaning it with my own wipe. While sitting waiting for our food I was looking around this Einsteins and it was evident that cleaning was not a top priority (floors by the garbage cans) and watching the staffs behaviours with the gloves and moving back and forth between food prep and customer interactions there is some big concerns.3 stars? We stayed brave (hungry!) and ate a very tasty sandwich.This is not a location I will return to.

These guys were quick and helpful. I went in on a Saturday morning, Im sure one of their busiest days and they had the line constantly moving and were constantly looking for ways to make sure the customers were happy. Lets not forget, their bagels are A++

My boyfriend and I love coming to this place. The food is good and fresh, and I love their coffee. The staff here are what really make it a better experience - they are extremely friendly and have given us discounts just because! We are a regular here and will continue to be. Plus, we can take our dogs and hang out on the patio, which is always a bonus! The reason Im giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is only because they are sometimes out of the choice bagels...which I cant complain because I get that they are busy and simply run out of the popular ones, so no big deal.

Not the first time Ive been here where I leave disappointed. Not only did they not have albacore tuna on hand but they also forgot the bacon on my husbands Turkey Avacado BACON sandwich. In the past, they havent had onion bagels left, TWICE. We both decided that we wont be back.

They have good bagels. I love the chocolate chip but theyre usually out. This visit there were 3 left so i grabbed them with my dozen box order. I was surprised when one of my chocolate chip beagles was taken out of my box to give another customer, with out a word to me. This is why only 4 stars.

Their plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese is my favorite! The manager was amazing to my boyfriend and I! They accidentally gave my boyfriend the wrong order, so the manager gave him his right order with an extra choice of a free bagel! Will come back again!

I love bagels. I love two bagels and sometimes three bagels. I love stuff on bagels. I love stuff inside of bagels. I like when I have bagels inside of me. I like it when Im inside of a bagel.
