We designed and printed our yearbooks through Bell Printing last year, and it was sort of a disaster.- Did not get nearly the level of support that was promised to me at the beginning of the year.- Deadlines were frequently thrown at us with little warning.- Materials (such as proof pages) were sent to us late, but our deadline for return was not adjusted accordingly, making us extremely rushed (not ideal when designing a yearbook and checking for name spelling of students/teachers/etc!)- When contacting our representative, it usually took 5-7 days to hear back.- When the first set of proof images came, in, we made the corrections and sent them back. When the second set came, most of the changes had not been made. I made a note once again of the changes and contacted Bell directly about it. When the final yearbooks arrived, some of the changes STILL had not been made.- When our yearbooks arrived, we were informed that they had to be taken back the very next day to be rebound (crunching our time even more).- We were told that the company would be putting our insert pages in for us to make up for the time we lost during rebinding, but when the yearbooks were brought back, the insert pages had not been put in. This made for an extra day of pulling the yearbook students out of class to get the pages inserted in time to distribute the yearbooks on the last day.- Many of the soft cover yearbooks had scratches and/or discoloration on the cover.- By the end of the first day of yearbook signing, pages were falling out of most of the soft cover yearbooks, and the binding was coming loose on most of the hard cover yearbooks (almost detaching from the pages entirely).I contacted Bell Printing directly several times (via email and phone) after this was all said and done, and received no contact back. No apologies or attempts to right the situation. They really didnt seem to care at all. I would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone.
