This place I give 5 stars to the very helpful ladies who helped me pick out color for my hair tonight. They were engaged in what I was saying I wanted my hair to look like and even checked the back for products to ensure I had everything I needed. I liked the selection of hair products. 5 stars for really great and amazing service from the ladies with the fun hair colors, definitely will go back. Pricing is affordable.

Rude staff everytime I have gone in my last 5 trips over the past 6months (aside from one very kind girl that tried to talk to me, but was cut-off and overridden/outshadowed by another unkind staff that gave me terrible advice I luckily knew better than to follow). Especially this Sunday nights staff on 4/25 🚮. I recommend going to the Syracuse or Clinton locations because Ive genuinely never had a bad experience at either. If anything the staff told me they were unsure - but Id prefer that to faked advising. LAYTON LOCATION BLOWS.

Sally was fine they have a lot of items back in stock again which is nice. I was fixing to place an order online because they never had anything in the store since covid began but they had quite a bit of stock back in today. The girl that was there today was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. Oh and they are taking returns again as well. But I dont know how long that will be for so I am writing this review update January 28th of 2021.

Sally Beauty is the place I always go to get hair dye, and Ive dyed my hair multiple times. Their prices are great and not to expensive. The employees are very kind, and the store is very clean. Their products are amazing as well. This store deserves a five star. I can never find anything wrong with it!

I love all the staff except a girl named Jen . She is very rude . And gives me all the wrong advice on their products I really don’t understand how she is working there . When I go to the store and see her I instantly leave . The manager is absolutely amazing and makes my experience wonderful.

Worst customer service EVER! Wont be shopping at this location EVER AGAIN!!!

I know quite a bit about coloring hair and going here sometimes I was Leary listening to the workers telling people why they should do to get there hair to the color they wanted. Anyways the new staff is kind and helpful. Haven’t tested them to see how knowledgeable they are but they’re great!

Does sally not support family’s? As a customer, they refused to let our 3 year old use the restroom. Get some human element and compassion.

My experience was okay. I was disappointed that the staff member asked me if I was part of the rewards program but didnt offer to enroll me in it when I said I was not. This was disappointing because the rewards program is now free to join, and because I would have received points towards a coupon, a coupon in the mail after my first purchase, and a coupon on my birthday. Now Im trying to work with their corporate headquarters to get credit for the purchase so that I dont have to go back and return everything just to rebuy it and get credit.

Theyre great about returns if something doesnt work out even after using, but Im not crazy about their product selection

Great staff, very friendly and always reasonably priced.

Sometimes there are staff thats snooty and is also help but other times there are very helpful and kind employees. So it just depends but overall I love Sallys.

Always come here to get my hair spray and after this trip I will not be back. Service was bad not very nice anymore. And has price tags up on wrong product. Then she tells me they dont have that product. And would not even make it right for a customer. She didnt even smile or say hi. Will not be back again.
