The 12x12 lodge tent by Kodiak is awesome. Pretty easy to set up even with all the guide ropes you have to use. Had to set up in a rain storm the first time and only took 45 minutes the second time 20 minutes. The tent has plenty of room have not used a stove yet but excited to try it out when needed. Charley is great to work with I had been on the waitlist for almost a year for this tent and he was very helpful getting one especially the day before we left for an elk hunt with temps dropping into the twenty’s glad I didn’t have to use my two man tent. Just wish I would of had the stove to try out then.

I ordered one of their 12x12 Kodiak canvas tents and this thing is amazing! Me and my family use this tent as often as possible, there is more than enough room for the three of us and two and all our camping gear.I would also like to mention that the customer service of Competitive Edge is amazing. After I ordered the tent there were issues with shipping, but Luke kept me up-to-date on any current information about when it was going to arrive and was prompt with responses to any of my inquiries.Very professional staff and amazing products! I placed an order with Competitive Edge for a Kodiak Truck Tent and almost immediately felt panic as Id never heard of the company before and was afraid it might not go well. I need not have worried! I received shipment confirmation the next day and the tent arrived sooner than I would have thought possible! Since I had such a great experience with that order and subsequently with using the Kodiak Truck Tent I placed an order with them for a Kodiak sleeping bag and Kodiak booster quilt. Again, a great experience with Competitive Edge and the sleeping bag is of high quality and more comfortable than I could have hoped for. I will probably place another order with them shortly for a Kodiak ground tent.

Initial order was delayed longer than expected for shipment, however working with Charley in customer service was great. Charley was able to get my tent shipped out with overnight shipping to assure that I had my tent in time for my trip. Kodiak Canvas 10x14 tent is a great product and would definitely recommend the tent and Competitive Edge Products again... will be going back to them for future needs.

Ordered a tent back in April with a delivery date of end of May/early June. This was then held up for what was supposed to be a few weeks. At the start of August a shipping label was created. It is now September and I still don’t have my tent. I ordered a Kodiak Canvas 2 man tent a few months ago, and Im glad I ordered early. It was on backorder for awhile, but I got it in time for camping season. I just used the tent a few days ago for the first time up in the North Cascades in Washington, and the tent is fantastic! The quality of the tent is top-notch, and customer service from Competitive Edge was very responsive and helpful. I will do business with them again in the future.

Bought a basketball hoop recently and it was fantastic. Comparatively I have a Spaulding at my office and they are night and day - the Lifetime system from Competitive Edge wins hands down. So smooth raising and lowering the rim with their handle and the instructions were clear and concise.Customer support has been super helpful with directions to the warehouse and pick up instructions. Everything went off without a hitch.Then, my wife who was originally against the idea saw how much our kids use it and said “dude you’re a genius” so basically buy stuff from Competitive Edge. Company said they shipped my order but FedEx only delivered one of the two items I bought. Rather than shipping me what I ordered, the Company is playing footsie with FedEx while I wait. Terrible service.Update: No misunderstanding. Company did finally refund for the backboard that never arrived but it took too many phone calls and way too much time. I ordered the backboard I needed from a different on line vendor.

Was the only place we could find Lifetime Monkey Bar Adventure Swing Set 90143, the only Lifetime set that could fit in our backyard. We ordered a swing set on March 29. They said it would be here April 14. On April 23 the shipping company said it would be here the 26th. The 26th has come and gone. My credit card sure was charged on time. Many emails back and forth with no real answer.

Bought a shed online. Paid with a credit card. They took my money. Sent an email 3 days later that it was not in stock and they would refund my money in 1-3 day. Why did they take my money for an incomplete transaction? Why didnt the website say OUT OF STOCK in the listing? Why do I have to pay 6 days of interest for a transaction that never happened? Why didnt they offer a discount on another model?

You wont find a more durable tent. Sets up incredibly easy. Also, huge shout out to the design of the tent bag. Many people forget how nice it is to be able to put away a tent fast when you are tired and just want to go home! The bag fits over your folded tent with no stress. We had such a nightmare trying to order from this company. I placed an order that should have shipped in 1-2 days.. after 5 business days it still hadn’t shipped. Once I tried to cancel the order (it has missed the holiday it was intended for) they told me I’d have to wait for them to confirm whether the item shipped or not - which took them another 3 days. The item shipped in the meantime, and when I asked if they were willing to discount it for the delay and trouble and I’d just keep it... I received no response.I then had to refuse shipment, and after 10 full days from placing the order, I finally got a refund to my account.Never once got an apology or offer to work with me in any way... I basically got ignored from the company after placing a $700 order, and had to fight to get my money back.Not worth the discount.. go straight to the lifetime store.

I had placed order back in March. Was told the product would be shipped out by April 7th. A week after it was supposed to be shipped I was then notified via email a delay due to Covid-19. Wont be shipped until April 23rd. I reached out once again to ask the status and was told hopefully by Fri the 24th. Still nothing. I cant believe this. I mean honestly if we pay for the item it should get to us within a decent time frame.

We ordered a Lifetime swing set April 20th and have had a horrible experience. Our first shipment was lost and a 2nd swing set was sent. The 2nd swing set arrived today with several damaged parts and we will not be able to put it together until replacement parts are sent. When I expressed that I was upset and would never order from them again the response I received from the customer service rep was, I wouldnt either and I dont blame you.

I would give a 0 star if I could. Worst customer service and very shady business practices. Do yourself a favor and take your sporting good, camping & playground equipment needs elsewhere.

What a fantastic company to work with!We recently purchased 2 items (a swing set and a geo-dome climber). The price was already very competitive and shipping was free. I was already a happy customer.There was some confusion about a particular feature that was included with the geo-dome climber. The website showed an accessory that didnt come in the box.Turns out, the listing for the product I bought was wrong and it did not include the accessory. The accessory in question is not something that Competitive Edge sells as a stand-alone product. Rather than leaving it at that, Charley issued us a credit for the cost of the accessory and coordinated our purchasing it directly with the manufacturer.Customer service was excellent. Communication was fantastic. Price was competitive, and the service I received was beyond expectations. I definitely recommend these guys if you are considering doing business with them!

Awesome product/value and outstanding customer service! Looked at Kirkhams, but the cost and value just wasn’t there. Also, they had no stock and said it might be 2-4 months out. CEP not only had stock, but the tent is far better than Kirkhams in several aspects. Placed my order by phone with CEP at 10:30a and was notified that my tent was ready to pickup by noon. Ordered a teatherball on August 6th and it wasnt shipped out until August 17th. Tried contacting this company about a week after ordering because I hadnt received any shipping details and was wondering when I would get my product I had ordered, and Competitive Edge Products text me back asking...The Teatherball? Just received an email confirming that the item was shipped out on August 17 and should receive it by August 21. So 3 WEEKS its going to take getting a tetherball!! Would not recommend buying from this business!!

There was some confusion and shipping problems with my order. They could have kept me up to date a little better but in the end I would buy again from them.

Ordered a Kodiak Truck tent through their website, paid for it, everything.Received email back saying they cancelled the order because my shipping address wasnt the same as my billing address which threw a flag in their credit card processor. I sent them a picture of me holding my drivers license which has my billing address on it and holding the credit card used on their website for the order.No response.Guess they dont want the business.

They were great to work with. When their pickup warehouse was delayed in getting finished they shipped the items to us free of charge.
