I am a pastry chef and I come here for the cookies all the time but the soda I come for daily! LOVE their staff at all hours of day. The cookies are off the chain and way better than any other cookie place in town. Try the banana cream pie and the oatmeal with nutella and youll know why a pastry chef is buying cookies instead of making them! Also always ask for the cookie of the month. They are always fabulous and who ever comes up with all the components is killing it! Great spot!

I enjoy the drinks and cookies but wow 30 min wait in line just to get to the window with 3 cars in front. There is like 4-5 people working inside why does it take so long. They need better training

Oh I love this place! Try the nutella peanut butter cookies! They are amazing. The lines can get long here but what can you do. But when youre good at making cookies and drinks, the lines get long. And its worth the wait! Ive also placed large cookie orders with them and they were perfect every time. No complaints. Love this place

The boy taking my order had to ask 3 times what I wanted. And got it wrong. He didn’t even look at me and was talking to his pal. 10/15/21I’m sure I would’ve loved it if he got my order right.

I pass by this place all the time, went in for the first time today..........YAAAAAY! Holy Cow of cows the cookies here are AWESOME! I had them pick my drink and I was not disappointed. I definitely will be coming back to try some of everything.

They have good cookies and for the first time .I tried one of there mixed drinks .and im not sure if there was some kind of malfunction in making my drink but I was unable to drink it was so bad. I tried my wifes drink and hers was good. So it had to be just something just happened to mine. But I would go back. Maybe test my drink before I go next time.

We all know Utah has a TON of cookie/soda places...but this one is my FAVORITE for cookies. I love that most of them are served chilled. BEST COOKIES are PB Nutella, Banana Cream Pie (seriously, it will surprise you), Chocolate crinkle, and their signature Twisted Sugar (sugar cookie dough, coconut frosting, & fresh lime wedge on top). My ONLY complaint is I prefer semisweet chocolate chips in my cookies--so I just dont order the cookies that come with milk chocolate chips. Otherwise, they are AMAZING. I also LOVE that they dont put a freaking TON of frosting on the cookies (it is just a thin layer) like many of their competitors do. I have not tried any of their drinks, but Ive heard they are good as well.

I love this place. I think they have the best cookies, even compared to crumbl. The cookies are soft and moist. They have good gluten free options.The only reason why I am talking one star is because at times the drive-through is slow. I can take a long time to order if theres two or three cars in front of you. I wish they would do something in Order to speed up the drive through

Forget Fiiz, Swig, and all the others. Twisted Sugar is the BOMB. Soooo many drink options, and the cookies are all TO DIE FOR. Highly recommend the Samoa cookie. The staff are always friendly, and weve never had a bad experience at this location.

We had them cater our wedding.. they all did amazing. Everything was perfect and the guests loved the soda bar.Affordable and easy for a wedding or large gathering.

I Love Twisted Sugar! We go too often for a quick treat run. I love most of their cookies but highly recommend the classic twisted sugar cookie or the raspberry swizzle twisted sugar cookie. Ive tried many of the drinks suggestions on their menu and havent come across one I dont enjoy. Only thing I could suggest for improvement is for them to get their reward card to be automatically linked to your card or on an app. An app would be awesome to order ahead on as well.

There are a few chains here that do the custom sodas and cookies. I would say that twisted sugar has the most extensive menu and cookie selection. Steph is always been extremely friendly and cookies have always been fresh.

Sat at the dive thru for several minutes while the workers kept ignoring us. The drinks/cookies are good, but the service has been terrible the last few months. Swig is just around the corner, Id suggest you head over there for your sugar fix.

Delicious cookies. Absolutely the slowest drive though I’ve ever been to. Was 4 cars behind and sat in line for 30 minutes. I would not recommend going here if you want a fast treat.

My friend and I really love Twisted Sugar but not this location. They took a while to get our 2 drinks out and they tasted like flattened soda/only 1/3 syrups.

This is my favorite soda shop by far. They always remember me and my favorite drink. The banana cream cookie is the best there is.

My wife and I decided to go inside because the drive-through is taking forever. We thought it would be quicker. But boy were we wrong. It took us at least 10 minutes to just get our order in. It looks like the whole entire staff was just lollygagging. We finally got our order in and we waited another 15 to 20 minutes just to get it. And I didn’t even come all at once. We love twisted sugar, their drinks are heavenly along with their wonderful cookies. But this last trip and our recent trips the customer Service has not been the best.

My family has been getting drinks here for a while and they USE to be great. I’m not sure what changed, but the last two times we’ve stopped to get drinks, they’ve been a huge disappointment. One, our drinks tasted like pure syrup, and the ones last night, the soda was flat with no flavor.My recommendation - go somewhere else unless you’re in a gambling mood.

Cookies and drinks are good here. Had an online pickup with a couple incorrect cookies but they fixed them quickly and without any issue when I pointed it out.All the teens working here dont know how to wear a mask though. Only 1 of the 5 I saw making drinks and cookies had it covering their nose, the rest had it over their mouth only.

Awesome place! The cookies are are very addicting! The only thing I disliked was the Mandie Bee drink. I kid you not, it tastes like cold medicine! I even tried to add vanilla and cut down on the purée, but still tastes like medicine. Other than that, I love this place!

By far the best drinks and cookies anywhere! Fizz and Swig have nothing on these guys! The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. If you havent tried them yet, do it! You wont regret it!

Im glad I found out about this place! I havent tried their drinks but the cookies are amazing!! We have gone twice now and both times got: Chocolate Chip Cookie, Salted Caramel cookie, and the raspberry lemon one. They tasted so fresh and had tons of flavor. Im a cookie person and everyone always told me to go to Crumbl, which I have never been a fan of. I was so glad to follow the reccomendations for Twisted Sugar and plan to go much much more often now!Great cookies, most likely amazing drinks, quick service, and friendly employees!

Cookies were great, service however was terrible. Ordered two drinks and when they gave us our order they told us they were different then what was originally ordered. When I asked them to verify we got the correct drinks both staff members laughed at me and said “oh yes it’s what you ordered.” Once we got home they were not the correct drink. Not pleased.

Decent snacks and drinks. Just their tip jar had this on it: we are risking our lives so you can have your diet coke. It made me feel awkward and opposite of wanting to give a tip. If you are uncomfortable risking your employees health, dont open. I like the drinks, but I could do without the passive aggressive guilt trip.

We bought about 3 dozen cookies for a bridal shower, which we set in their cardboard trays and individually wrapped, & they were delicious!!

The cookies are sup par and has too much flour in the dough. I’m not impressed with the cookies at all. If you want a good cookie go to Crumbl or make your own because what you make will surely be better than a Twisted Sugar cookie. Although the cookies were nothing special, the customer service was fast and efficient, and the atmosphere is clean and unique.

I have to start by saying that although I do like soda, the thought of paying as much as these types of places charge for adding flavour syrup to an existing product just baffles me. That being said, they do have amazing cookies here! The chocolate chip cookie looks like a scoop of cookie dough, but its fully baked. Very good

We love the cookies from here. The drinks are unique and good. The prices are slightly high. They have a bunch of teenagers that appear to be holding up counters. Most of them are pleasant but not really engaging. The service is usually prompt.

I placed my order then watched 5 people who ordered after me get their orders. I approached the counter and they realized my order was forgotten. So I waited 17 minutes for 8 cookies to be placed in a box. Then when I got home, two bites into my peanut butter Nutella cookie I find a 8-10 inch hair in my mouth from the cookie. Used to love this location. But the last three times it’s left me questioning doing business there.

These cookies are amazing! I ordered a variety of cookies to take to clients, 6 boxes to be exact, and they handled the order with ease. They gave me a great variety and everyone loved them. I will be back to order more. I may call ahead next time so I dont hold up the line.

Basically you should stay away... because its so dang addicting!!! If I could rate them even higher I would.The very best cookies you will EVER have. I highly recommend the salted caramel or double fudge, but honestly you cant go wrong. The drinks are also AMAZING.The service is wonderful and the store itself is adorable!

My new fave cookie and dirty soda place. I like sprite with coconut and cream with fresh limes. Only $2 for the largest size (44 oz) and $50 for each add on. Best deal compared to Fiiz and Swigs. Their cookies are soft and yummy. Swizzle is my fave. I’ve also tried the chocolate chip, which taste better warmed up for 10 secs in the microwave. Twisted is a sugar cookie with a squeeze of lime. Raspberry lemon is also tasty and tart.

25 minute wait with only 4 cars in the drive through...

The cookies were delicious and the price was about half of the competition that Ive seen. But the ambiance and service are what really set it apart. There are nice seating options. The staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy what they do.We took some cookies to go and while walking out my husband accidentally bumped the cookies and knocked them face down on the pavement! We were so bummed. The workers waved us to come back in and gave us new cookies for free. So awesome!
