I love this store the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable and are willing to help you plan out your DIY sprinkler system. They provide all the parts for my new system this last spring and also helped me plan out my drip line system for our raised beds! Even a few times when I forgot one dinky part thats worth 0.50 cents they let me have it for free because they know how it is to almost have everything you need and not be able to finish because of one part and I sent more on gas getting there then the part is even worth! The guys who work here are awesome and seem the type you can just come and hang out with for a while. Definatly suggest coming here every time!

5+++!!! This is THEE BEST place to get professional grade Christmas lights! I had no idea this was possible until someone told me. Geno was very helpful and told us exactly wheat we needed to do step-by-step. He is knowledgeable and very helpful - plus a super funny guy. I would highly recommend Sprinkler World for your holiday lights - especially for the average homeowner like me, that is too cheap to pay someone to put up and take down your lights! If I could, I would rate them even higher than 5 stars! So awesome!

This place is really amazing! We are new to the state and have never lived in snow before. We talked with Geno and he was so kind. He tried to explain it to us but we werent confident we understood. So he ended up following us to our home and showing us first hand. He did all this on his lunch break and we appreciated it so much! We recommend this store very highly and will be going back for all our sprinkler needs. The service we received was truly above and beyond. Thank you Geno!

Warning!! This place will not help you if choose to wear a mask. I went in with a mask on and the guy working said he was on break until they closed for anyone that was wearing a mask. He was not joking and he refused to help me!! I dont understand how wearing a mask should affect whether or not a person gets helped. Im a customer, mask or no mask.

I ordered Christmas light clips from another Sprinkler World that I had to have shipped to me because it was not at all close to my house. When I got them I realized they were the wrong ones. I called the far away store and they told me there was one close to me but that I would nit be able to return the wrong ones to that store or exchange them. I would hVe to just buy the correct ones and take the loss. I went in to the Layton store and they were so kind. They exchanged them with no problems at all! I will for sure be returning!

If you are in Davis county and have a sprinkler system problem dont bother going anywhere else but here. Geno help me with replacing a 30 year old valve. He took the time to explain every step of the job and everything I would need. Made a job I was stressing about a little a simple 15 minute fix. Whatever Sprinkler World is paying that man, it aint enough.

Byron was so hasty in ending his shift, he sold me a water filter I didn’t need. I had them design a system for my home and bought all the material in a single purchase as they require. After leaving the store I realized they shorted me 3 sprinklers they charged me for. So when returning the bulk of material I didn’t need they did not believe me and I was told I would have to purchase those 3 sprinklers again. Now I can’t speak to the contractor aspect of their service, but if you’re a homeowner DO NOT design your system here. I won’t be returning.

Absolute best customer service they could have sold me $90 worth of sprinklers but instead talked to me helped figured out that I just needed to adjust my sprinklers. That’s true customer service.

My husband and I own a landscaping & Irrigation business and we do all of our purchases here. Gino and Conner goes out of there way anytime we come in to the store. I’d highly recommend residential homeowners as well as contractors to do there business here. If you ever have questions about anything as far as irrigation goes these guys knows how to answer them. Can’t say enough about Sprinkler World.

I wish I could give 10 stars! I came in needing an education and not only did I get that I got a solution to my issues. Fantastic service. I went in with no knowledge on what I needed to install new sprinklers into our yard. I walked out withe some of the best help Ive received. I was given a design for my yard and all the parts I needed. When I picked up all my supplies, they had already put together for me. I was given extra parts and told to return what I dont use to save me extra trips. Tosh took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I was good to go. I tell all my friends and family to go visit this store. Tosh and Bret have a wealth of knowledge and will ensure you have good quality sprinkler system.

These guys were great! They let me pester them with a bunch of questions, but never got annoyed with my curiosity or need to ask more questions. They gave me great tips and instruction on how to finish my projects, referred me to trusted professionals should I need additional help and even directed me to competitors that sold the correct item I needed. They were very patient with me even since I knew enough about what I needed to get myself into trouble, but not enough to get everything I needed without some guidance. I got to know and be impressed by the manager, the sprinkler guy, the plumbing guy, really the whole team there was very helpful and that goes for every time Ive been there. They always help like Im the most important customer. I would expect them to roll their eyes when they see me coming... thats how good I am at being a nuisance... but they help me through every project Ive brought to them. They talk through my issues to make sure they understand the problems, then help me get the parts I need and avoid the tools that may look like the right one, but arent as effective in the long run. The were interested in helping me get just what I needed without wasting time, effort, or money on the wrong items or strategies to complete my projects.I cant thank them enough!Broken sprinkler heads (3)... fixed.Sprinkling system flushed and filter cleaned... done.Clogged sink drain... unclogged without having to pay a plumber $500 to fix it.These guys are the most helpful and knowledgeable Ive been able to work with at any home improvement store... the big guys included.THANK YOU STANDARD PLUMBING AND SPRINKLER WORLD! They did honor a rain check on gas cans. However when asked about details of lawn mowers I was directed to search the web for answers. I also asked where somethings was at and the answer was over on the wall if they have it. Customer service needs to be a higher priority if they are going to compete with Ace Hardware and other large store competitors.
