This place is lots of fun to wander around in. Tons of great ideas for new and refreshed lighting in your home. The staff is very knowledgeable and very willing to help! Definitely on the pricey side, but the quality of the finished product is great and worth the cost. If they don’t have it in stock, they can order it for you at no cost which is nice!

Went in to look at ceiling fans, there were two employees seated at the desk and not one acknowledged me whatsoever. Walked around a few minutes, walk right past the desk and walked out and neither one even looked up. No other customers in the store. Wont be going back.

The first person that greeted us as we walked in the door was this smiling young girl with dark hair (we now know her name is Bailey Woodward). She answered all our questions and helped us to find fixtures that would go with one another. In addition to purchasing the lights for our basement, we also purchased some replacement lighting for upstairs. Each time we have gone into your store she has been there to greet us (by name) and is always willing to listen to our needs and likes, then helps us find the perfect fixtures. Yesterday was the icing on the cake, and is what prompted me to write this letter. We had purchased some pendant lights for over our Island and had them installed. We just love them, but they made our other existing fixture (over the dining room table) look very out of place. When I called Bailey to discuss picking up our other fixtures that had come in, I mentioned the issue with my lighting, she did not hesitate to look at the style of lights that we had purchased, she asked me if I had time to look at some lighting on your web site, which I did. Together we found some that I was interested in. I can not tell you how much her attentiveness and patience with me meant to me. My husband and I stopped by after we got off work, and she had a couple more styles for me to look at, and we ended up ordering a beautiful light that I cant wait to install in my home. I am sure you realize that beautiful lighting can be purchased from numerous businesses, but I will recommend your store and specifically Bailey to all my friends, family and coworkers. Her customer service is exceptional, and we really appreciated the care she took in working with us.
