Impossible to get a hold of. I was sent home from hospital after surgery with an oxygen tank and concentrator. I have not needed it for 3 days now and have been trying to get it picked up. the phone number they gave me goes to a line with a mailbox that is full. I called it 36 times in 2 days between 9-5 with no answer. Searched online for another phone number. It is now 11:41AM. I have been #3 in line for 2 hours and 41 minutes. So glad to know Im getting billed for this daily. My next phone call will be to consumer affairs.

Our Northern Utah Drivers are some of the best. Darius and Andy are always efficient in their work and communication with us before a delivery. Its nice to have two people that are competent and know what they are doing. When things go wrong on the clerical end of things, they let us know how to resolve it.

I recently went to Valley Home Medical for CPAP equipment. I was very nervous, hadnt used a CPAP before. I was treated very kindly by the receptionist when I first got there. RANDI is the respiratory therapist who educated me on the machine and helped me feel less anxious. She was patient and kind and answered all my questions and was very respectful. She is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help if I need anything in the future. Thank you, Randi, for making my experience there a good one!

My husband and I both appreciate the services offered by the Layton Valle Home Medical. Randi recently helped me get a new CPAP machine and has helped to find the best mask for my needs.Replacement supplies are managed by Sleep Central. They remind me when it’s time to order supplies and they ship them immediately.My husband’s oxygen concentrator is checked and kept in excellent condition.Thank you for your services!

I am a 100% disabled veteran. Valley Home Medical was assigned to me several years ago by the Veterans Administration as my local oxygen needs service provider. In all that time I have nothing but compliments for the senior staff that manages their enterprise, for the receptionists and other office workers who are a customers first contact (especially Chellese), and for the various customer service agents that periodically visit my home for equipment repair or provision. Choosing them for me was one of the best decisions the VA has made on my behalf. I am an enthusiastic VHM supporter.

I bought a home in sandy and the previous owner left their tanks, which were supplied through valley home medical, at the home. I have called numerous times over the last month, receiving promises to pick them up. They have not made even one effort to actually come and get the tanks despite promising me they would be gone in a few days multiple times. This company is very unprofessional and provides poor customer service at best.

I was recently traveling from my home state of Utah to Florida and Tennessee. I was gone for 6 weeks. I called my local Rotech supplier Valley Home Medical. I spoke with April who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told her of my traveling plans and that I was worried about getting my oxygen. Aprilquickly assured me the equipment I needed would be at both places. She arranged everything and did so with a smile in her voice.Thank you April for all you do.

When we called the Layton office of Valley Home Medical about our brother’s malfunctioning concentrator, Lexi and Cristina, who schedule and fill supply requests, were quick to schedule Chris Perez to come and check and replace the malfunctioning oxygen concentrator. Chris Perez was very kind and efficient in resolving the issue. Our brother’s replacement machine is working like a charm.

Ebony at Valley Home Medical changed my life. If not for her, I would have given up on the machine, because the first months butwere rough. It turns out I needed a BiPap, not a CPAP, and it took some time to get the settings right. Ebony was my advocate with the doctors and the machine company, helping me get everything right. For the first time in my life, Im actually sleeping through the night and feeling rested. Im so grateful for her! Patient. Professional. Kind. Knowledgeable. This lady deserves all the raises!

We used them for 2 yrs for Moms home O2 care. While the techs are friendly and knowledgeable, they are either late or no-shows. This cant be their fault. The company itself is incredibly disorganized.They never return phone calls, even after Ive left multiple v.m. messages. At one point they started sending past due notices, when we always promptly paid her co-pays. Again, it took a while to get a call back. The woman in accounting assured me she had a zero balance, but we continued to receive threatening late notices. It took 2 mos to get that taken care of.A year ago, Mom went to the nursing home. Shes supposed to be coming home today, but after leaving 3 messages last week with no call back, I pressed the Im a physician option, and wala! Live person.However, she told me they have no record of ever having her in their system. Are you KIDDING ME?! They provided service for 2 years, and I have records and notes from all of our dealings, so Im positive I called the right place.We cant bring her home with no oxygen.Save yourself a huge headache. This isnt like the plumber not showing up. If you need oxygen 24/7, theres no room for poor service.

Valley Home Medical in Layton has billed tricare for durable medical equipment twice in two months. I havent received any equipment from them since I picked up my machine close to 9 months ago.Ive called and left multiple messages but they dont call you back.I advise everyone thinking about using this company to read all the reviews. Im now calling my insurance company to report their fraud and Ive gone to the referral office at Hill AFB to black list this company. The representatives are aware of this company due to other complaints.

Worst customer service ever!!!!They dont want to help anyone, never show up, or call on appts, my moms concentrator is failing, and broken called a week ago, and havent heard back from them, so we called today and nothing is done on it still, they never service her machine, if you need tanks refilled they dont bring them even when you scheduled a delivery, your told whatever story they make up when you call.If her insurance covered anywhere else, I would never step foot inside their office again, but were stuck with their $#×+/ service, and lack of customer careIt wouldnt be a big deal if she didnt rely on her machine, but to them uts just OH WELL !!! Or Were sorry !!!

I used this company for 2 yrs. The personel at the office are very helpful and considerate. The problem is their billing. The billing from Rotech is horrible. They dont always bill you on time. My insurance doesnt always get billed. If you are renteing a CPAP machine and you or your insurance company changes contractors, your rental payments start over and you will not get refunded for prior payments. Make sure you find a medical supplier that doesnt use Rotech as their billing company.

This place has the worst customer care EVER! They will make every excuse not to help you with any problems definitely dont ever want to make a trip to the home. My husband whose oxygen condition is severe went almost 2 weeks on a malfunctioning concentrator because they refused to come out and said the malfunction and warning light was normal. The company has had a 1 star rating for quite sometime and since i confronted them with thier service and told them they were getting yet another bad review surprise thier rating shot up to 4 Stars...lol Dont be fooled by all the bogus reviews they are THE WORST PLACE TO GO TO and they are well aware of their poor service.

The experience started out real well but I have had to go there to pick up oxygen way to offen. I sat at home waited for my delivery. They never showed So the next dat I drove the 35 min . when I was talking to the young lady. She asked If I placed an order. Yes I did. She looked it up and yes I had placed the order but there was no delivery date. Well my address should show them what date to deliver. They only deliver once in my area a week. The V A and I need to have a talk about this company. Change time for change.. Why do they never call back after leaving messages or why do you never answer the phone. When I have been there they are not all that busy.

They sent me the wrong mask for my CPAP. When I tried to correct the problem I was told I would have to pay out of pocket for the correct masks or the part to make the incorrect masks fit. A few days later their customer people called to see if I was satisfied with my service. I said no and explained why. He said he would look into it and call me back on Friday. That was three months ago they stil haven’t called back. I now have a cpap that I can’t use but they collected their money from the insurance company. Including for the wrong masks they sent me.

The VA contracts with VHM to provide home oxygen services. The VA has been great. VHM on the other hand wont return several messages that have been left over the last two days to have oxygen tanks delivered. My husband is out of oxygen. We and the VA are extremely frustrated with VHM.

Extremely poor service. Called to ask when my appointment was, was asked to call them back in half an hour, found out they closed 10 minutes after my first call. They knew they would be closed when they asked me to call back. On prior service calls they just turn on my oxygen generator run a 2 minute check and bill $650. Worthless joke of a company
