Culligan servicemen always go above and beyond in explaining set-ups and potential problems. We had a basement drain that wouldn’t be able to handle the output from the water softener (and much less a basement flood), and our serviceman helped us get that taken care of. We recently thought our water softener was leaking, and it ended up being unrelated, but our serviceman took care of it while he was there so we didn’t need to contact a plumber! Every interaction I’ve had has been pleasant and professional and I would absolutely recommend Culligan of Le Mars to anyone.

I love that I dont have to keep track of the maintenance schedule on our softener. Its awesome that the salt gets delivered and put in and I dont have to worry about it running out or remembering to pick it up. Stores willing to sell you an appliance are a dime a dozen and you can usually save money in the short run at a big box store. Businesses that sell appliances and are there to fix them when you are in a bind are priceless. Le Mars Culligan /Maytag has always given us great service. As a contractor when we have to replace a counter top/sink Culligan has always worked well with us to upgrade the RO unit under the sink for the customer. Love these guys.

Ive never experienced a service company that just shows up because their records tell them its time for a check up. If They didnt do that I never wouldve known it was required because I had just moved into the house where the service was already installed. The service man was very pleasant and answered all of my questions and even looked at another tank that they dont service because I mentioned a concern with it. He fixed all the issues and never acted put out by it.
