My teenage son was recently stranded in LeMars with a flat tire. There was no place in town with a working air pump. He made it to Mr. Muffler but they were closed. There were employees getting ready to leave for the day and they stayed and fixed the leak and didnt charge him for the service. There are not many people that would go above and beyond in this day and age. Thanks to the folks at Mr. Muffler, my son made it back to Sioux City safe and sound and his tire is still full a week later. You all went the extra mile, and this Mom is grateful! Thank you so much!!

Employees are friendly and mechanics are educated on what they are doing. I was told they only hire certified mechanics. I had a few things wrong with my vehicle and they fixed them all. A day after they text you to make sure the repair is going well and that youre satisfied with the service. Overall this is a really great place to go.

I have always had older vehicles....many many mechanics......usually I do not use the same one for everything, some do this some only that....but the people at Mr. Muffler it seems like they do it all! I have been a customer since I moved here in 2012 I have never been screwed over or stranded. Anna is the first person I call when there is anything that is off, she is always willing to listen patiently and then advise accordingly. I would and have recommended Mr. Muffler to friends and family I will continue to bring my vehicle to them. Thank You for being honest, fair and dependable!!!!!

Service was outstanding

Took my truck in for a alignment job and the guy told me the gear box is preventing him from doing a complete alignment, and still charged me full price. I drove the truck and it was worse then before. Everybody i talk to about this place, has nothing good to say.

So here is my Story, tomorrow Im getting a new muffler for my SUV, I went to Mr.Muffler to check how much they will charge me to get it hook it up? Wanna know what the lady in counter told me? .. Oh, we dont do this here, we dont hook things people bring here. I was laughing my a** off inside my mind when she said that to me .... This is hilarious, a mechanic who wont hook up something I need sense I didnt bought it there! This is the WORST place ever !!!!
