There is a multitude of sales reps that work there and you will find one that will meet your needs at any moment theres those that are very very tech savvy when it comes to the application of using all the apps and downloads and recovering passwords and email addresses Plus all of them are very knowledgeable on the devices and equipment they sell and their manager does a very good job at overseeing 5 or 6 different sales reps very impressed

Went to the Vorizon store to change over five phones from another carrier. 4 went smoothly, the fifth not so much. The problem was not on the Vorizon side but the other carrier. I wont name them but it rhymes with Wicket. Long story short after nearly 3 hrs on the phone with customer service (Wicket) the problem was resolved. The two Vorizon employees where very patient and understanding. They both even stayed after store hours until things we right. Great service.

After spending a lot of wasted time in the other local Verizon location (4 visits, over an hour and a half combined of wait time, and multiple phone calls) I had great, friendly, and prompt service at this location. Hardly took any time at all, and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. I’ll highly recommend this location to family and friends.

I’ve never had such great customer service at a cellphone store before. Daniel was amazing. Normally I feel like stores try to make themselves as much money as they can, but today was the exact opposite. Daniel did everything he could to show me how to save money PLUS get everything I wanted AND a new watch for myself (Merry Christmas!) I will definitely be driving to this store with all of my future Verizon needs, they earned my business!

Not merely helpful, but went above and beyond to offer good advice on ways to save money, improve effectiveness and consolidate accounts. I will be attending this location as long as I live here.

Absolutely amazing location. The employees were very knowledgeable and informative and with the level of professionalism and service I received, this location will be a permanent location for my business needs when ever I need anything from my service provider or accessories.

I was assisted by two different people because I went in on two separate days. I wanted to add an iPad to my plan and ended up getting a great deal on a phone upgrade AND iPad! Joseph did a great job finding the best deal for me without adding a ton to my monthly bill. Gladys was excellent and attentive in helping me get everything set up a few days later. Great experience with them both, and I would recommend going in to see either one!

Let me start by saying I have been going here for over 3 years and I will go back again in the future. The store is clean and they have a good amount of devices to try before you buy. The staff has always been very nice and worked hard to help me with whatever I need/want. The only issue I have had and the only reason I mark them at 4 stars is the employees seem to change rather frequently. Its not the kind of store you go into on a weekly basis so I will be gone for 6 months and next time you go in different people. Normally not a huge deal but working with cell phone plans there seems to be a lot of things to know. The people that help me and are helping others dont know how things work and are asking questions to others in the store regularly. This has happened everytime I go in and buy or upgrade my plan or phone. Thankfully there is at least one person who has been there some time before I started going in and can help with anything they need.I am not knocking the employees in anyway there is always a learning curve and I totally understand that. Its just they rarely seem to keep people beyond that curve. Not a great employer? The nature of a job that works partly on commission? I have no clue.Still a great store with great people I just leave wondering if everything I had done was done as it should have been done. Did something get missed?

Very disappointed in the service here. Purchased 5 Hum readers for my fleet vehicles for my business. Was not made aware I was entering into an additional contract. Thought I was just adding additional lines. Anyway no big deal right? Except the products are garbage. I have had to call customer service 5 times to fix issues and nothing has been fixed. Currently 3 out of 5 do not even work. Two haven’t worked for months and I’ve continued to be billed. Well I had enough and didn’t want to waste anymore time with these products and asked to cancel them. Well apparently I can’t since it’s contract. They want 165 dollars termination fee each line to cancel. They cost 5 dollars a month to keep! I would literally spend more to cancel than to just keep paying. I’ve contacted this branch about my issues and I was assured everything would be taken care of for me and that, “I shouldn’t be wasting my time with this.” But guess what? Still no help, still no assistance. I will never spend my money here again.This update 3-17-20 is long over due. After months of frustration a manager finally got me out of the contract for 3 of the 5 devices that didn’t work. I kept the 2 because they are still working just fine. I never received any of my money back for the months I was paying for service that didn’t work. But the amount is pretty minimal. I’m just glad to have gotten out of having to pay more. Still disappointed it had to go this way. And I still would not add any kind of service without getting a manger to sign something stating I was not entering some kind of contact. All my devices are paid for and I can add and drop services as I need depending on our work load. And I want to keep it that way. Original post was a one star. Now 3 star because I ultimately got some satisfaction out of my issue.
