This place has truly become my favorite store. Upon entering the store you are greeted which friendly faces. And you will be amazed at the different items that they have for sale. This is truly a gamers an electronic persons dream store. As mentioned before the store is very clean and nice and the staff greet you with smiling faces. Wish I could give it 10 Stars and I must admit there is no other place that Ive come to that I want to give 10 stars. 🤓

They have a lot in this store. No prices on items and I could not find a phone case for my LG phone. Decent items but I wish they had a price tag on them.

Usually always come here because the store is really nice and they have cute stuff. I showed up a few minutes before closing and was told to wait outside didn’t think anything of it due to covid. One of the employees was letting out customers and proceeded to tell us they closed at 6. Very disappointing so i’ll definitely be shopping at the one in Galveston from now on.

I stood at the register with my 6 month old and toddler for a good 3-4 minutes. Employees were discussing shipment placement. Thought the young lady was coming right back since she walked past us but nope. we left without purchasing anything. They had the cutest of everything!!!

This place is always an A+ on my list, everything Five Below, although starting to notice that there creeping up on their prices on some merchandise by change which does not go by there name, i purchased a phone mount and with tax came up to 5.99 because it was actually 5.55, but overall still worth the durability and cheaper v.s. any other place, and always great for Christmas gifts which is near, and sells tons of name brand items or near similiar, never no complaints. Is a very Awesome store and worth the visit!!!

The store was well organized and would have gotten 5 stars, but we stood at the check out for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to check us out. I had to go find an employee, who was chatting with another employee, to ring up our purchases. If we had not been the honest type, we could have walked out the door and been loaded in the car and I dont think it would have ever been noticed. Might need to get the staff to be more concerned about the customers and less about chatting with each other.

Nice and affordable place to buy stuff. They have variety of things. I go there to look for home decor items, workout gears, games and DVD.

This is the perfect store for pre-teens. It has all kind of stuff that young people like and nothing is over $5.00. So you can tell your 5 year old to pick out 3 things and know you wont be spending over $15.00.

They always have lots of cute stuff for cheap. The store is always clean and well-organized and you cant beat the prices or selection

I went inside to buy an umbrella and ending up leaving with a basket full of stuff. Dont bring your kids because there is candy for sale everywhere. Honestly I love this store.... but buyer be focused.

Well, the stuff there is iconic. But, the headphones only last a week even with perfect care. I will say that their stuff is good for the price, but the headphones arent worth it

The kids love this store. They have all kinds of things. Headphones, phone chargers, toys, workout clothes, socks, picture decor etc. Love it.

This is my favorite Five Below location. The employees are always friendly and the wait to check out is never too long. Even though no item costs over 5 dollars, the quality of every product is considerably high. They have a wide variety of candy, books, cosmetics, body care products, toys, games, phone cases, electronics, decorations, craft items, and more!

Beats a dollar store! Buddy, this pace is impressive! I was greeted, with a smile walking in and as I checked out. I walked in not knowing what to expect.but I left with a smile on all my kids faces. They have hammocks gaming stuff and a plethora of stuff like bluetooth shower speakers. Im sure it wont last forever but for those prices thats ok!

I worked here partime hired on as seasonal the main manager here is very rude don’t appreciate her workers or the work they put in She will work you like a dog, and still not appreciate anything . She doesn’t like co workers car pooling with eachother because she says it will create issues me and my coworker were hired on as truck workers which means only mornings we were never late at all so I didn’t see why it would be big issue with car pooling . I got tired of being pushed around . She will take her anger out on other workers because someone else upsetted her .About pay : She never once told me that I can receive a pay card or direct deposit she waited till the week of pay to tell me the checks will get mailed on a Thursday and here comes Saturday still waiting on my checkI tried the Corporate number no answer called payroll a recorded voicemail.You do not suppose to play with someone’s moneyStore Discounts : I was never informed that I can get discounts until today when I called the Webster location to ask how did everything work as far as pay roll, etc because the manager I was working for never told mePs . I’ve had my share of great managers and bad ones but this is my first time ever making a review about the treatment I’ve received so just think about that .Also cooperate if you guys are reading this take a look at how many people quitting and how many times she keeps having to hire people and the store recently just opened people do not like working for herFood for thought :The way you treat your workers reflects they’re work ; if you treat your employees bad that’s exactly what you’ll receiveGreat store👍🏾 HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

I went to the job fair and stood outside in the sun becuase the person who had the key did not show up to open store. An hour later we entered from the back with alarm going off. We had to be interviewed with alarm going off and stood in line to speak with supervisor and/ or manager. I had a chance to be interviewed by the manager which I was hired. They told me I would receive a hiring package in my email and to fill it out. I was so excited to work here. I printed out the handbook and studied it to make sure I was ready for my first day. A week past and I completed my hiring package. There was no phone number to contact the new store so I called the oone on Almeda which a worker told me the manager was already working at the new store. A few more weeks past I did not hear from them. The week the store was to open we were told we would come in and stock up the store. Concern I didnt receive any calls I drove by the store and everything looked completed. I didnt not who else to call so I emailed HR. Which they denied my emails. They could have simply called and inform me they didnt want to hire me instead of ignoring my emails and calls. I emailed to payroll about the direct deposit to make sure they can remove my info. They told me my direct deposit was already terminated. Again a simple call or email wouldve been nice. Finally just today I notice they have a phone number. I also just read a review of an unhappy working. Im glad I was not hired.
