Last time I went someone had a baby in the front like legit cant make it up.. Guess all the supplies are there. Anyone wanna compare Walmart horrors? This one is not that bad. I prefer to get groceries delivered by them and somehow they are always out or substitute things in my cart when I could go in and get the items but then Id have to subject myself to harsh lighting and other peoples kids and Id rather not. The store is definitely better than most but.. Its just Walmart. The employees generally seem more willing to help but it might just be the cleanest and closest Walmart the one on 99 is good too. I do everything I can to avoid the one by the mall at all costs. So.. That being said.

I went to the Walmart in League City on Saturday, August 28, 2021, I finished shopping at 9:00 p.m. There was only one cashier open, lane 7 ten items are less I had over 350.00 worth of groceries. I ended up in the self check. I had to check and bag my groceries not only once but twice as the cash register went down. How ridiculous. There was a rude smart talking employee working or pretending he was working and he told me if I didnt like it go shop at Sams. Then he went on to say dont shop so late if you dont want to check out your own groceries our checkers go home early. I told him it is 9:00 p.m. the store closes at 11:00 p.m. He continued to make smart remarks. I asked him who his manager was and he said he didnt know. I saw the manager passing by and asked him why they only had one checker. No reply. I told him how the disrespectful little brag had treated me and he said is he still there and I yes. He went over to self check and waited as every light was going off with errors and the little employee couldnt handle it. He finally brought the employer over to me and I repeated what he had said to me and he denied every thing. The manager and employee walked off together and they sent a replacement. I never even received an apology. Walmart has always been bad but it is horrible now. My daughter worked in the produce and she said where they store the fruits and vegetables is filthy. While working there if she wasnt busy she would work in the meat section and found meat that was completely rotten and green. Check your dates. I will be sending a certified letter to the CEO of Walmart hoping for at least an apology. If possible go to HEB or Kroger where you will be treat with respect and they actually have cashiers.

They do not accept cash at any self checkout lane. This would not be a problem if they had human cashiers but they had one in the past several times. Walmart is obviously trying to eliminate cashiers and force people to only use credit cards. If that is the case might as well just do all shopping online from Amazon if that is the case.

Its a walmart. It was clean, they had plenty of pumpkins and we were able to grab a few to carve for the holiday!

If you can get past the scary drivers, and ignore ignorant customers, its a pretty good place to shop. Very nice workers! Will be back, but I might wear a crash helmet until I get inside the store. BTW, when driving though the shopping complex, please be observant of the arrows on the ground. They dont make sense, I understand, but you should still follow them and not get mad at those who do.

Worse shopping experience ever! Even supervisors are rude. Customer service is horrendous. Wait for 15 mins in electronics for nothing. They dont have items in store they say are in stock.

I was able to find what I wanted, a store clerk pulling orders helped me. I appreciated the help.

Ther were not enough check out clerks (3). Wanted to pay cash. After over 20 minutes of waiting in line. Went to the self check out. For what ever reason, they are not accepting cash. So, I left without my products and kept my $200 that I was going to spend. The only saving Grace was the nice lady in the self check out area.

I mean it’s just not a welcoming place anymore. Do you feel like you are being watched constantly? I dont know. Maybe it is all the cameras watching you while you check out and the regular employee working as a security guard at the door to let you out. Yuck. Remember when they were Walmart Greeters? Now they are security guards.

I needed something really fast at pharmacy, & the girl behind the cash register made it happen for me. Very appreciative. My crisis did not have to be her emergency. I wish I had taken time to get her name. It was terminal # SCO10306. At 2:06pm today.

After having an absolutely terrible experience at the Firestone across the street, I brought my car in here for an oil change and to try to get a patch on my flat tire. They were unable to fix the flat due to the puncture being too close to the side wall. I was going to buy all new tires (needed them anyways) but they only had 2 in stock of the ones I wanted. The gentleman helping me was not pushy about it at all and offered to fill up my tire so I could safely drive it somewhere to get new tires put on (something Firestone seemed unable to do for me). They completed the oil change and had me on my way to Discounts Tires inside of 30 minutes. I will not hesitate to bring my car in here for future oil changes. Thank you for the great service.

Walmart has so many wonderful things in their merchandise. Even better depending on the kind of town its open in. From my experience, the employees are polite but not always very knowledgeable of their departments inventory. Also, some staff treated us suspiciously. And I waited to buy the white lighted willow tree in the pic. Sold out when I went back. No Walmarts had one!!

Improvement needed with additional checkers (>20 items) and customer service aspects/attitudes. After several instances & making on duty Mgr aware No Changes have been implemented. Actually 1 employee stated ... go to Ulta for ur needs...... Being ive visited 48 of our 50 states, ive NEVER been informed I should take my business elsewhere even if its across the street.Sam Walton would be ashamed.

Good place for family shoping

Had to shop inside and pick up an order. Could not pick up order inside and drove around the parking lot 2 times with NO directional signs before finding pick up. Once there, had to phone in and no one answered. Called 4 times then talked to someone. At least once I was able to communicate, they brought out my order quickly.

Very unhappy employees throughout store. Based on demeanors, body language attitudes, should not even be working there, especially Cashier at Register 7 apparently she seem to be deaf mute, and when entering store greeter was not even acknowledging customers come in, she was in a daze, this has been the WORST Walmart ever visited, this is a reflection of poor management, this store is in grave need of Employee Cleaning, starting with management, start from the top versus from the bottom, this will definitely send a clear message of not accepting and or allowing poor customer service to exist and or continue. NOTE: FOR THESE SAME REASONS MENTION COMPANIES CLOSE DOWN AND SALES GO DOWN 🚶WITH LESS PATRONIZING OF YOUR CUSTOMERS, GOOD LUCK WITH THIS STORE!!!

So Im shopping for a few things on a Saturday evening. I expect to go in and grab a handful of items then check out quickly. But it was impossible because the self checkout is credit only and there are only 2 registers open that are a mile long. Mind you this is 7:30 pm on Saturday! Absolutely ridiculous!!

Went to Walmart automotive to have my tire patched. It had been losing air every night. They told me that they couldnt find a leak so there was nothing to be done. I expressed my doubts to the nice ladies at the counter who said they would check to see if someone else would look at it. After a few moments she came back letting me know that it was looked at and no leak. I went back home sprayed some soapy water on it and found leak immediately. Went and bought a new tire from competitor. The ladies at the counter tried to help but I feel the automotive people just didnt want to mess with a patching of the tire and would rather take on other bigger projects.

This Walmart always seems to be busy but you can still get on and out pretty fast.

Well stocked. Not too crowded. Wish theyd go back to 24hrs.

I went to get oil change and I dont have the words to explain how Mark and Deb from auto service were acting but there is no better way to say Dry Ice feelings. I wont say the words to describe bad customer service. I hope I dont have to come back ever again to this place. It depresses me.

Walmart stores are always very spacious. Compared to Krogers, heb.Walmart may have up t 6 open full service registers and 20 self serve. Whereas the others stores have the reverse. Be patient at Walmart otherwise you wont like it. There food and chicken prices are good, red meat very expensive. Large family = Walmart1 or 2 people = Krogers HEB

Walmart is falling off and has been for a while now. Beaumont Walmart doesnt care about the elderly handicap or injured. There never is a cart available.

The lady at the front doors is so sweet. She has fallen in love with my granddaughter and I do believe covid is the only thing that keeps her from kissing my Brooklynn. But we love her and she is the best greeter.

This Walmart is always clean, well stocked, and the long check-out lines never last long! If I have the time, I drive to this one instead of the Walmart closest to me.

My family & I shop at Walmart pretty regularly & this was not the store we usually go to but I wanted to see a different selection; So my 3 year old daughter & I went to the one off 646. So once we had gotten our items & were ready to check out, The cashier turned her nose up at me & said really? When she saw my cart & had an irritated attitude the whole time she was ringing up my items. Most of my items were large boxed stuff & toilet paper & paper towels. It took less than 10 minutes to place my items to be scanned, ring it all up, pay for it & be on my way.Once I got out to my car I called the store to talk to a manager or supervisor to let them know what had just happened & I was on hold for 15 minutes before I was disconnected. The level of customer service was very poor & I will not be going back to this Walmart.

Clean store, not enough registers open to where an employee is actually working. Seems all open were self checkout to where 3 or more employees just laughing and talking to each other.

I wanted to get an oil change, but they wouldnt put the viscosity selection that I chose into the engine because what I chose wasnt indicated on the oil filler cap. 5 W 20 was indicated on the oil cap, but due to the Texas summer heat coming up, I wanted 10 W 30. So I guess we just agree to disagree... Im taking my business elsewhere. Also, they dont sell Wix brand oil filters so I was going to have to supply the filter I purchased at OReillys. No worry now.

Store and parking lot is clean and the manager not sure if his name he seems to be hispanic maybe caucasian Im not sure but he worked during the day he was very helpful. The man in the paint department hes very respectful and kind and welcoming.

Walmart. Maybe I go once a month. First time to this store. This one was pretty HUGE. Got some vital snacks, essentials, groceries. We self checked out. They have a lot of stations. Not many bags. We had our own for this trip thankfully... It was one of those visits that was long, exhausting and ended in a full cart and many things, mostly all on my list. Four stars because it is WalMart. It was clean, lots of offerings and in general, it gets the job done

If youre in a hurry, dont go here. Store is always poorly stocked and if you do find what you want you have to wait in long lines as theereare only a few cashiers. The last 3 times Ive been here, the self checkwas card only.

Ive shopped at Walmart across this great country, its my kinda place to shop. Just about anything you need (and more) can be purchased here. Prices are as low as possible, making my working dollar go a lot further! Service and friendliness are the rule here with only a few exceptions. This store in particular exceeded all my expectations.
