Did a great job on repairs, did almost all of the legwork with the insurance company, repairs took a bit longer than expected, but there were severe parts supply issues, outside of their control.So far, been about as great an experience as one can have being at a body shop, all the staff is friendly and competent, seems very well-run overall.Hope I never need them again, but, if I do, Im coming back here.

What A Great Experience! I did not know anything about H&R except that they are located in Leander where I live. From the day before when I met Jacob one of their represenatives and explained what work I needed we agreed to me bringing my car back today. I did and they provided an excellent and timely service. I was so pleased that I will be returning for them to do paint and body work on my 87 Porsche that I am restoring.

Anyone owning any car especially Corvettes this is the only body shop to consider. Professional and stand behind their work. I will go no where else!

Did an awesome job as always. Upfront in time line of work and updated regularly on progress or if issues had come about during repairs. Can’t complain about anything they do. If there is something wrong they will work hard to repair, replace, or find an alternative to remedy issue. Plus they have a great warranty for the work/repairs they perform. Highly recommend this shop. Not affiliated with any insurance company, so they do not bend towards the insurance world. Plus they have great customer service!Well to continue on the great work and service that H&R do....I had another driver cross double yellow lines and hit my driver mirror, slamming it into my driver window breaking it and causing damage along the side of my 07 Ram 2500. Took it to Wesley for repairs and it looks like it brand new again. They replaced mirrors with new style, painted entire driver side of truck, replaced window on driver door and retinted, and had my fender flares lined. They also polished up the left side of bed for warranty after some mud had let some staying. Great job as always and happy to say I will bring any work needing to be performed on my vehicles to your shop. Thanks again Wesley for the great customer service and updates on work.

Awesome - Id recommend to anybody.I purchased a hood for my Challenger from these guys, they painted and mounted it for a reasonable price. I was thoroughly impressed with their Paint guy, he spent a lot of time making sure that the color matched exactly when he could have just hit the easy button and painted it the factory color. Ive never been so impressed by a bodyshop before and any work I need in the future - Ill call these guys first.

Ive taken my car here several times and had only great experiences. Darrell and his team do a fantastic job, I wont let anyone else near my car. Theyve helped me deal with insurance companies and given me advice on how to handle claim adjusters, explained estimates in detail and provided A++ help every step of the way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! They even check in on your repairs a year later to make sure everything held up and address any concerns you have.

They used an OEM bumper, paint match and blend to perfection and clear communication throughout the process. Very happy with my experience! Brought in car for repairs post accident under insurance claim. They worked with my insurance company to get the most money they could, worked on some other body damage not related to accident and my car came out looking great. Highly recommend.

Ive had work done here a couple of times, and the level of service was really good. I have trusted them and I usually give them first shot at anything Im planning on getting done.That said, I just called about an older Jeep project I have, and I wanted to get a ballpark on having our fiberglass top finished and painted. The guy on the phone interrupted me and said we dont do paint here. I had to doublecheck to see if I had the right number. He said we just do body work, no paint. I asked him if he had someone they use for paint, and he said he didnt know, other than some guy in Taylor who he says is booked out for a couple of years. I really had no response. He said no body shops do paint anymore. What the hell?Im giving them 3 stars from previous experience, but todays call was really disappointing and completely unhelpful.

Great team of people, excellent quality!

At first I thought the work on our van lift gate was done well. However, almost immediately we started noticing the upper trim spoiler piece (with center brake light) was catching when opening the lift gate. It only happened on warm days as I guess because of heat expansion. First time I took it in they did not see it catching so they said to come in when it is occurring. Second time in they saw the issue and put new tabs on the trim to hold it down better. They thought this might be the problem but it did not fix it. Took it in a 3rd time and was told to come back when the owner was around so he could see it. After this the trim had popped up a bit and must have caught air at highway speed and completely blew off. Was frustrated at this point and waited a few months through summer before taking it back a 4th time. Took it back and right away the stated they were not buying me a new spoiler without even hearing the details of the issue. They would not honor their lifetime warranty and threw every excuse under the sun at why it wasnt their issue. Even claiming an acorn must have dented the top of the roof near the tailgate causing the problem even though the majority of the trim that was catching wasnt even near that location. They are not open on weekends and it was difficult to get my wifes van in their multiple times during the work week. Im fairly certain the whole issue was caused by them attaching my lift gate slightly too high on the hinges. Their lifetime warranty they like to show off is worthless. I would avoid this shop.

They fight for you, only use quality parts and do it right with no shortcuts. They dont participate in insurance programs that put used or subpar parts on your car causing headaches down the road. You can count on them to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and the work is perfect. It may take longer because theyre fighting for you, but after seeing some bad body shops I can say it is well worth having it done right.

I have been using H&R for over a period of 16 years. Simply, they do great work. Once they had to fix another shops bad body work and paint. It was a black vehicle and H&R made it perfect. Another time I used a different body shop based on my insurance list of approved providers. The other body shop did a terrible job. Now Im back doing business with H&R and realize that not all body and paint shops do high quality work like H&R.

Just picked up my car (aka, my baby) and she looks beautiful! You cant even tell she was damaged. I had just traded my old Cadillac SRX in for a new XT5 model... and BAM, oops, cry! THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!I went to H&R Auto Body three years ago on the recommendation of a good friend. I had a large parking lot dent in my passenger door that needed to be pulled and the paint to be blended throughout the side of my car. My insurance wanted to skimp on the repairs but Darryl the owner went to bat for me and helped fight for what was needed. It paid off, the car looked AMAZING!Even today, whenever I look at the side of my car, I try to see if the paint doesnt match anywhere but I still cant see where they painted. What they did was impossible because I have an Ivory-Pearl Infiniti G37 coupe. This color is a very special PPG paint (5-step process) that is impossible to match. I know of other auto body shops that will turn you away if you have this paint because they are too lazy and dont want to guarantee theyre work.Well in the past three years, I have recommended this shop to more than a half-dozen of my friends who all chose H&R and all of them are amazed at the service they received.Thank You Jim & Darryl for taking pride in what you do!!

Much higher quality repair standards than a rival much-touted shop in Lakeway. Unbelievably, they just sent a year anniversary follow-up query - Were we sure we were entirely satisfied with our repair? (since they offer a life-time warrantee).Plus theyre more convenient to Cedar Park. Well never go anywhere else, now that weve found them!

Fantastic Service and Fantastic work!! I cant say enough positive things about the repairs performed by Wesley and team. My brand new GMC Sierra was impacted by the severe hail storms in San Antonio. All repair shops filled up (thankfully). I was referred to H&R in Leander by a friend and am I ever glad I was.The team fought through a massive delay with a major part delay from GM. They kept me updated all along the way and eventually got the part and completed the repairs. Long story short - My truck is brand new once again!!!Great work with great customer focus! Bring your vehicle to H&R Autobody for any body repairs you need. You wont be disappointed.

H & R Auto Body has done work on my previous vehicle, and the one I have currently. Whether its collision related or getting accessories put on my truck they have done a great job!

My loss is anyone in a similar situations gain -If you do not have full coverage insurance and you are paying to have your car towed to get an estimate...youll want to pay special attention.Dropped a car off here that was wrecked. They estimated the repair over $8000. Another place quoted me $2200. I had to tow it both places. If youre not familiar with the car game, let me shine a little light on it.Sometimes body shops are known to estimate high hoping youll just leave the car there long enough for them to put a mechanics lean on it. Or you just cant afford the tow fee and youll let them have the car.Im not saying HR did this, they may only use the highest quality parts forged from gold and thats just their estimate. If this review helps one person, HR your estimate was worth it.Expensive Lesson: Tows will cost you $65-$90 depending on the distance. Find three body shops and get $270 ready. Get three estimates. (Im not sure but the body shop might cover the tow...might...)Do this if its a good car and you want to keep it or you cant afford the $6k+ to get a decent used car.Best Lesson: If you cant afford to fix the car and you want fair value when you sell it dont stop reading. Tow the car back home or to a neutral location, put it on craigslist at a low rate around $300-$500. Put on there you have a title and you want it gone. Put your phone number on there (risky yes...but worth it). If there is some value in your car, youll get a flood of requests for your address. There is a whole world of car flippers who want to buy cheap, fix and sell high.Establish a time where you can have 10-20 people looking at your car at the same time. Try to make it all happen in one day weekends/Sunday would be best. Post to Craigslist in the morning. Tell all of the interested buyers to meet at the same location at the same time.Say something like, Im only able to show the car today at 4pm, bring a trailer, I want it gone today. Ill have the title in hand. You dont have to tell them theres going to be other people. Let them discover that.When everybody shows up, let them check the car out and start the bidding process.When you sell a car make sure you have the title and a (Texas) Form 130-U. Provide those to the buyer. Search online youll find it.Make sure to remove your plates and your toll tag. You can still be held liable for anything done with your car/plates while you are the official owner. Submit a VTR 346 form to let the DMV know you sold the car.The title officially has to be changed for you to be in the clear.
