I had a hard time for like three days looking for a vehicle and having to put up with sleazy car salesmen that didn’t want to help me really find what I wanted and needed until I went to this dealership the atmosphere was awesome everyone looked happy to be there I highly recommend this place to go to when purchasing a vehicle Noah and his manager Robert were very respectful very attentive and gave good vibes they were not like the other salesman that I had to go through trying to screw me over they both went out of their way to help me find the perfect car for me trust me you will not regret going here

I’ve been to a bunch of dealerships and this is by far and hands down the best experience I’ve had. My rep, Logan Geisinger wasn’t pushy, actively addressed my concerns, and went above and beyond my expectations. For example, he donated his time to deliver my new vehicle to my home once we concluded the sale since I came alone. Come to find out, the entire team truly strives to make each experience a positive one. A week later, when I was vacuuming my new Camry, I found that they had forgot to put the carpets back in the vehicle when detailing it. Upon contacting the dealership, they gave me a brand new set with no questions asked and thanked me for my purchase. I rarely write reviews; however I feel that this is the best way to express my gratitude and share my thoughts. If you’re looking for a Toyota, simply stop by; you’ll be treated with highest level of service which makes a pleasant, non-stressful, positive experience at competitive prices. (I did my research before showing up). You don’t need to take my word for it though, go see for yourself.

I recently submitted an application on a Hybrid and was contacted by Erik Tellez to set up an appointment to see the car. When I arrived Erik introduced me to Mo, the car salesman who would be assisting me. I had two of my four kids with me and Mo was very kind to my boys and me. Before I test drove the car, Mo asked questions to know more about what Im looking for and how he could help. When it was time to test drive the car, I was really impressed with his knowledge about the hybrid and all its luxuries that was foreign to me. Since I live roughly 2miles away from the dealership, I was able to test drive it to my home and show my husband. I immediately fell in love with the car. When we got back to the dealership, the business part happened. I gave the important information needed(always submit an online application first as it can be time consuming) and left with a Lexus Hybrid. This is my first car ever(everything has been my husband and I). This was the best and quickest experience. I got to know Mo a little and really enjoyed his background, culture and life. He did an exceptional job with guiding me through the process, finance options and overall his professionalism showed hes not one of those roll your eyes kind of salesman. Ive had some good/bad experience with Toyota Cedar Park.When I first came here I fell in love with my Corolla Prius. I got the credit but it was taking a little longer than usual and I saw the car in the website advertised for a better price that I was told. I asked to my assigned salesman if I there was a chance for me to get that deal and he was totally rude to me just for asking. And I want to be clear, I wasnt demanding the same price, I was asking if that was possible for me.I explained this to the supervisor and asked if I could have another salesman assigned. Never received an apology or anything but I was in love of that car. I got the extended coverage for it and windows tint. When I paid my down payment I was overcharged for 1,000 and had to wait 5 days to get the check to get my money back.After 2 days of getting the car, the outside thermometer stopped working and I had to wait 2 weeks for the windows tint appointment.I just dropped off my vehicle and didnt get a spare one like I was promised when I got the extended coverage.However, I have to say, everyone there was really nice except for the first salesman. And I am very grateful for that. Service maintenance expert was super kind and everything there is super neat.

This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. The process was smooth and we weren’t hounded for anything. We were well informed about the car and the process and all the added things we could have, but was never pressured or “hard sold” anything. From the internet sales person Spencer, to the in store sales person Mr. Ballard, to the delivery team. Everything was top notch. I will most definitely recommend anyone who asks me to shop at this dealership.

The best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle! The people there were so friendly and really helped me decide what I wanted and then did everything they could to find one for me. My salesperson, Sterling was super friendly, seemed to genuinely want to help me make a good decision and had great follow up. We bought 2022 sienna, Belinda reached out to me on a regular basis giving us updates on the car and its status. She would have answers for our questions and will revert back quickly if she does not. They are marking the prices up as many other dealers are.

My wife and I arrived at Toyota of Cedar Park on a Saturday with uncertainty as far as whether we wanted a new or used vehicle and which vehicle specifically we wanted.Though it took quite a while for us to decide on a vehicle, Steve Croll was excellent in helping us pinpoint our interests and make a decision.Though we were hard negotiators, the process was relatively quick and we thankfully ended up leaving that day with a great vehicle at a price that we were pleased with.I forgot his name, but the Thai gentleman that we dealt with in finance was great as well.

My recent experience at Cedar Park Toyota was extremely helpful. Our sales representative was Logan Geisinger. He was attentive and answered all of my questions.I did not intend to purchase the vehicle that evening, but due to the complete confidence that Logan and Pedro Vazquez, the Finance Manager, showed to me, I felt ready to complete the transaction. Above and beyond service like WOW! I did only come in for an oil change and left having gotten a few more things done BUT very much necessary. Patrick L was so friendly and quick to respond to all my questions/comments/concerns. (Complimentary) shuttle took me to the Starbucks across the road so I could get some work done and came back to get me. I forget the shuttle driver’s name (I’m so sorry), but they were soooo nice as well. Super clean facilities, super friendly employees, 20 out of 10. Thank you so much!

I was anxious all night long after I left the dealership…. but in the best way possible. I went to Toyota of Cedar Park just to “look around” the lot (like we all do) and see what my trade could be worth.And just like a good Fall Out Boy song, I got more than I bargained for. She even arranged a shuttle service for me so I can wait at my own home while waiting for my car. It was an awesome and most comfortable first time experience. Trevor was was so professional and wonderful! He went above and beyond for my husband I and helped us find the exact car we wanted. Absolutely had the best Experience!!Brad our rep found us the perfect van! He communicated with us consistently. He even sent us pictures of it fresh off the truck to let us know it had arrived! OK yall. I posted a review about my experience buying a car for my daughter (her first car, so super important) only two weeks ago at Toyota CP and how awesome that experience was- wait, what? a car buying experience can be enjoyable??- YES!). I had purchased an Audi Q5 only 6 months ago, and while I love the look of it, it didnt have some of the creature comforts I enjoyed with my previous 2 Lexuses. PLUS (and most importantly), the service I received BOTH times at Audi of south Austin was T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E. PLUS the rotors were already showing signs of warping with VERY low miles. I have been down that road so I know it will only progress. BUT this review is for Toyota of CP. I woke up this morning thinking about how I might be on a trajectory of bad mechanics and terrible service, and I should get out now. SO, I looked online at inventory and made an appt to go see my fave, Malia Bingham. I also made it a point that if I bought a car today (ha ha ha, unlikely), I wanted to work with Pedro Vazquez for financing. So 3 test drives later, I brought home a Forerunner to see if it would fit in our garage and drive it a little more. FELL in love. But most importantly, the service I received from everyone there (friendly, accommodating, easy-going) was unparalleled. These guys are freaking amazing, and I am not kidding. My trade-in was on the high side of what @KelleyBlueBook gave me, and the price for the Forerunner more than fair, along with the APR. I could not be more pleased. GO SEE THEM!!!! you will not be disappointed. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Go talk to Ricky! He worked with me when having complications with a used tundra. When I didn’t feel good from what the service department did on checking for issues he made sure I was taken care of every way possible and ended up in a brand new 2021 fresh off the lot and stuck through every stressful conversation to help me out and get everything I needed to feel comfortable. I had a great experience here thanks to Coda, Alex and Jordan.I was primarily there to get an idea of how much I could sell my Camry for but have been wanting a truck for a while so I entertained the idea of getting a tundra while my car was being looked at without much intention of moving forward, but I’m really glad I did. Coda was not pushy at all and helped me get something I liked and within a budget I could reasonably afford. I felt very at ease talking with him unlike at other dealerships where it feels like they’re constantly trying to trick you. There was full transparency which I appreciatedAll these gentlemen were very friendly and personable, not to mention patient despite being there late to help me finish wrapping up after the dealership had closed for the night on a Saturday. They all were able to answer the tons of questions I was throwing at them and if they didn’t know the answer, they got it for me within a couple minutes.I usually hate car dealerships to be completely honest but these guys made it a good experience for me for sure. I was time to really help my 84 mother-in-law out with her Rav4. Her favorite car to drive and one that didnt have high miles, but the years had past and needed major help! We took it in and Amy was our service manager. The whole team from the time we pulled up to the time we drove away was kind to us. They took a video of all that was needed to be done, they check for recalls (which there were) and didnt do more then was needed. I literally never leave reviews but I had to go out of my way for this one:I’ve had my brand new 2020 XLE RAV4 for less than 2 years and less than 31k miles. I’M IN WARRANTY. I’ve never been in an accident and all of the sudden the back hinges peel over while driving in town. The 3rd party collision guys have never seen anything like this!Toyota USA is blaming COVID for why they can’t look at it and this dealership sees a scratch from 9 months ago and blames it just to wash their hands of it.Faulty parts should be fixed and I bought Toyota because I thought they stood by their vehicles. I wouldn’t go to this much trouble and drive around like this for an outside force.DO NOT BUY FROM TOYOTA.

Spencer in service was excellent at communicating what and where my vehicle was at at each point of the visit and thoroughly checked my warranties and informed me of what was included. She also helped me set up a follow up appointment to get my alignment checked as it was recommended per the cool new system they have when you drive into the service lane. She was patient and didn’t make me feel like I was over thinking my concerns about my alignment. Will definitely visit again thanks to Spencer.

The inventory on site is amazing! I was greeted at the door Saturday morning and we hit the ground running! Joe was great to work with and respected my wish list and my time constraint. We also had two kids who were not into patiently waiting to buy a car. We made it work and I left with my vehicle within 4 hours from arriving- that includes picking a vehicle, test driving by me and separately by my husband, price negotiation, inspection/evaluation of my trade in, and final finance docs (shout out to Job, you were great too).

The best Toyota dealership and service dept. Lincoln kept me informed how things were going with my car. He asked if I wanted to make my next maintenance appointment. Nice waiting area with a cafe. They also give you a video of the technicians doing a multi-point inspection. Lincoln’s the best.

Went to many dealerships before Toyota of cedar park and none of them met my expectations like they did! Felt comfortable and overall the process went by smoothly. So my guy that meets me checks me in and out is great! BUT, I’ve had 3 missing lug nuts on my front driver side wheel after my vehicle ONLY being serviced here, AND the wrong size tire out on. I didn’t discover the wrong size tire until over a year later when it was time for new ones. At this point I’ve driven on it for a long time putting extras on my vehicles suspension and differential and now paid for 2 alignments. The fix after letting them know? A little discount on my 2nd alignment (it was only out a bit) at this service for my new tires. I trusted them to do good work, and to keep my vehicle a safe vehicle. This has not been the case.

Great experience, excellent facilities, and amenities. The video texted to me from the technician showing the condition of my truck and the work that was needed was a great touch. They got me out on time and even threw in a new customer discount.

I usually dread the car buying experience, and I was having trouble finding the truck that I wanted to get. I originally went to Toyota of Cedar Park because my friend, Gary Clifton, works there. I ended up working with both him and Doug Newton and they were amazing and patient with me as I crunched all of the numbers because Im a researcher by trade. I got a great deal and I felt like they were honest and transparent with me every step of the way. Financing was a breeze. I loved the experience and everything that went with it. You know when you show up for a service, then your eyes start to wander around, then you end up leaving with a new car? Unexpected and was never the intent? That was my family. Michael was the best and helped tremendously with meeting what we wanted, making the process very smooth. I can say the process was fast. No more 6-hour wait to buy a car, signing a whole bunch of documents. Everything was digital, and I received a thumb drive upon signing the last record with the entire contract uploaded. The building is a 5 star feeling for comfort. The kids room kept my little one occupied while we did what we had to. The sales rep (Michael) joined us in the family to make it easier on us. This was my 1st visit to Cedar Park Toyota after moving from Chicago. I came in for a standard oil change & was greeted by Lincoln, a service advisor. He was very attentive to what my vehicle needed. He took his time to make sure all my questions & requests were addressed. Despite him being a Vikings fan, Lincoln was very helpful in his assistance. Our family will definitely be using Cedar Park Toyota in the future!

I had a great experience buying a used car there. They gave me a very fair price for my trade in. Their attention to customer service is really amazing! They have a bistro with good coffee and snacks. The employees are super nice and there are a lot of them!

Service person was very good. He explained all services in detail. My only negative would be this is second time I have taken my car in for checkup and they don’t check air in my tires after changing and rotating them Also I don’t like being told by service department (not service person) that there is something critical that needs to be done to my car because of the mileage. I love the video that is done to show you how your car was serviced. Waiting area is clean and comfortable

When I went in I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Cornejo. He worked diligently to find exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. Was told one thing by the online manager and after we did our paperwork in finance and where in our new car getting ready to go home we were approached by the sales manager and told they couldn’t do the deal the way it was wrote up in the contract we already signed . Can you say Lawsuit they had re did the contact and told us this is the only way we could take the car home.make. Long story short the left hand had no idea what the right hand was doing, I buy cars and motorcycles all the time trust me cedar park Toyota will not be my next choice when I’m in the market for a new vehicle

Sterling Montana was great to work with. We were her first sale at this dealer. She was outstanding. She had two gentlemen who helped her and she was great. My wife and I were treated extremely respectful by her which is a sign that this young lady had a good upbringing. Everything was great in the sales department. However, the initial finance person could not be honest. He hid my credit score of above 8 and my wifes. He quoted a rate that was not a rate for our score. He lied and said that was only way. He was pushy about the add on products and had a hard time understanding the word no. I almost stopped the deal. The finance manager brought in Pedro who found mistakes and instead of a 4 point something he said there was a 1.38 of so. I found this to be deceptive and the departments dishonest employee brought discredit to the employee and the management. My experience with finance however did not in any way bring shame to the other Toyota of Cedar Park staff. Again Sterling was outstanding with us. The delivery person was also extremely perfessional. Sterling should be commended for a job well done.

This was the finest car buying experience in Austin. Alex was an immense help and there was no BS that you might get at other car dealerships. You can tell that the staff genuinely cares about getting you a quality vehicle and not just trying to make a quick sale. The cafe is also a nice added bonus. (complimentary sandwich and a drink with purchase of a car lol)

Called ahead to see a vehicle we were interested in and got an appointment for the same day. When we got there everyone was very nice and accommodating to me and my family. Its not always easy with 2 young kids especially while buying a vehicle but everyone was very nice and patient. Our sales person was Elijah and I honestly couldnt say anything but good things about him. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and laid back. Have purchased 2 vehicles from Toyota of Cedar Park in the last 3 years, and have always received a hassle free transaction. Granted, you still have to jump through some hoops with negotiation, but otherwise, much fairer treatment than many other dealerships.The service department has always been excellent and very communicative.

Great experience, our Sales Person Nolan was very humble and knowledgeable. He insisted us to take test drive, when we said we already drive it, he wanted to show us all latest features of the car, and really we were not aware of those with our first test drive at some other dealership. The overall purchase experience was great, negotiation part was as usual. Delivery part was excellent. I would say it was a five star customer experience.

Sean Williams was very professional and personable. He was super informative and easy to get ahold of when I had a question. The video overview of my inspection was something I’ve never seen before and I loved it! They didn’t recommend repairs I didn’t need and showed things I did need - didn’t just tell me - they showed me without me ever having to leave the waiting room. Oh and their waiting room!! Coffee and sandwich deli!! What!?!! I love this place. It’s my new dealership now.

When I brought my car in an hour before my service appointment I thought I would be waiting an extra hour for work to begin. Mr.Lee, my service rep, took the car in immediately and it was ready to go in about an hour! The service department provides a video of work done on the car so I can see what they have done. I love my Toyota Highlander, Toyota of Cedar Park and the excellent service department there. Highly recommend!

Service was good. Had a great service writer. Car wash was down. On last maintenance was told they would detail our Highlander. Spoke to service manager last time. First day on job. He said he was from Georgia and was hired to make service better. Don’t know if he did or not. Liked video of what they did. This was 55000 mile check. Got us in and out quickly. I think it might help if we where assigned service writer to customers. Toyota products are great!

He accommodated my request on short notice, explained me the overview of tasks to be performed and gave a fair estimate of the costs and vehicle availability after the service. The entire staff was very courteous: Tina prepared the rental promptly, and Nathan Baker organized every detail of the repair, to create a great experience. (He helped me before, with a minor repair, an outer rear view mirror cover.) The communications were clear: regarding damage, parts availability, progress, and insurance. Mr Baker also arranged Lyft for me, because I decided to return the rental early (due to possible insurance limitations). Lunches were a genuinely appreciated amenity, water and coffee, too. The car wash makes the vehicle look new. All of the staff was outstanding. Five stars. ✨😊✨

I have contacted and interacted with almost every Toyota Dealer in the state of Texas and none have come close to Toyota of Cedar Parks service and buying experience. This dealership operates on good faith and truly works to get the customer the best possible deal you can get, and I witnessed it before my eyes when I walked in to talk with Elijah about a 2021 Supra. Elijah went above and beyond to make sure my expectations were met regarding the entire purchasing process, even considering I was a young, first time buyer. In the finance office, Job also exceeded my expectations and ensured my first time buying experience was as smooth and comfortable as possible. I cannot recommend this dealership enough and gladly recommend it to anyone wanting the best Toyota-buying experience in the state of Texas.

Service department is generally very efficient and courteous. There was some miscommunication on how long my appointment was to take, my my service advisor, Al, helped get a loaner and made it all work out in the end.Feedback to CPT as a whole - if you have my car, why not run it quickly through the car wash. It’d be a quick, low cost touch of service that may set you apart from the others. Just a thought!

Came in around 6 PM to look at a used vehicle. Was satisfied with the vehicle but had a number in mind that I thought would be reasonable. They were able to work it out and gave me the number i wanted - purchase was complete within 2 hours of coming in. They are very respectful and no nonsense when it comes to making sure they dont waste anybodys time. Overall great experience!

The dealership, my salesperson Alex Flores, and the parts/finance teams were all excellent. I was able to execute a trade-in for a RAV4 Prime with a realistic delivery date that was met to within a week. The dealership itself is large and new and very nicely laid out... it felt nothing like a car dealership. This was our first experience with Toyota of Cedar Park, and were very happy with them.

Definitely a good experience scheduling and getting the work done. Waiting area nice, comfortable with a TV and coffee shop. On the flip side, work wait time was just way too long. ... About 2 1/2 hours to mount 4 tires and do a front end alignment. It took between 1 1/2 to 2 hours just to get the tires mounted, something most tire shops can get done in less than an hour.

I just purchased my 2022 Toyota Sienna and I love it! I worked with Nolan at CP Toyota and he made the process super easy! Since I ordered my Sienna custom, it took a while and Nolan updated me all along, which I super appreciated! This is my familys 4th vehicle purchased from CPT and I’m sure it won’t be our last! This is the best toyota dealership near Austin, and even though I live near the one in Round Rock, I always make the drive to Cedar Park because the service is excellent!

I purchased a 2022 Prius Prime in August. This is the best car Ive ever owned. As a plug-in hybrid, Im averaging over 62 miles per gallon, much better than the 43 mpg from my 2014 Prius. The driver assist features are impressive. Cruise control tracks the car in front and keeps me in my lane. Really like blind spot and back up cross traffic warnings. Kayleigh Holiedy did an excellent job explaining Prius features and walking me through the sales process. Allison guided me through the new car pick up process.Two suggestions: My Prius, like many new cars, comes with a tire repair kit, but not a spare tire or doughnut. I had a flat coming back from a Colorado hiking trip and the repair kit wouldnt seal the puncture. Simple solution, I bought a spare tire. My other recommendation is to expand new car training. 2022 cars are like driving a computer. The Toyota 30 page quick start guide is very helpful, but a 2 hour orientation at the dealership would help.

Not happy at all with my service. The Service Tech didn’t act like he wanted to help me at all. When checking out. He told me to sign, but didn’t tell me what I was signing. I didn’t get a copy of the receipt. My vehicle wasn’t washed. My vehicle wasn’t parked in a parking space. Instead it was pulled up at the end of the isle by the bay doors.After this post, I was contacted by several people. I am happy with the outside of our conversation. They advised me they would take care of the issues that I had.
