Chad M. provided top notch service. I mentioned we were in a hurry and so he queued up the order and the battery and as soon as we got there he was ready to swap it out. He also double checked the warranty for us. Great service, great location.

Horrible service, I was next door at Lowe’s called for a part they said we got it! I said sweet I’m right next door I’ll be over in 1 min. Once I get there they all look at me clueless I think hang on let me check and make sure I called the right location which I did. Everyone standing around scratching their head lol

Dont get me wrong AutoZone is my go-to store but it seems like sometimes when you need a part they dont have it and theyll have it available next day or in the morning which is very inconvenient when your alternator or your starter goes out but as far as service and all that theyre great when it comes to people skills and everything theyre on point I just wish they would have more parts on stock for at least a majority of the vehicles

What an amazing store!!! In early June my 73 year old mom went to Leander AutoZone. She needed a new battery and I was away on business. She talked to Chad who tested her battery and told her the battery was no good. They went to get her a new battery and mom didn’t know the cost. She lives on a fixed income and I was out of town. The new battery was going to be about $150 dollars. Mom was $60 under having enough money. Chad paid the shortage out of his own pocket!!!! He put the new battery in her car and sent her on the way. Today I went to the Leander AutoZone to pay him back and he said to me to just pay it forward to someone in need some day. If that is not customer service I don’t know what is. AutoZone earned a customer for life.

Have to say that Bill is the best, he has great customer service skills. He helps me ever time I go in and goes above to help customers. Awesome job Bill!

I have to say I’ve had the best experience at this Auto Zone. A big thanks to Larry B for helping me test my old battery and install a new one. I was noticing that it was taking an extra second or two for the engine to turn over and was trying to rule out if it was a battery or spark plug or something else. Luckily, Larry was able to help me test the battery and reveal although it was getting power, the tester indicated it was a bad battery. Larry took it out and it was the original manufacturer battery over 4 years old. He replaced it and the car started up quickly no delay. Larry was very kind and informative. I’m very glad I stopped at this AutoZone and will always stop back for future needs. Thanks Larry!

Refused to do curb side. I have a high risk baby and wife so I choose curbside options for time being. I dont believe in lockdowns and believe in taking care of my own. Once I arrived at this location, they refused to do curbside and were disrespectful. Customer service has not bothered to follow up beyond initial email sent over a week ago. At very least, just take the curbside down if not going to do it so those of us who must, can do what we need to in order to minimize risks to ours.

I tend to always come here. The customer service is always good and they get me what I need. All of the managers are also really helpful. Great job y’all

Wow! I was just blown away with the best service Ive ever had at a auto parts store. This Autozone always kills it from Roy, a fellow veteran to the other employees.Hands down, the store manager was on top of it. I walked in the door and was immediately welcomed by Ryan with a big smile. He got me the turn signal I needed and helped me install it. I thought I was going to have to take my tire off but he was able to pop the small cover off and change out the bulb. I was not even expecting all that. Great job Ryan! 👍

I went in to buy a collection of things about a week ago - the guy helping me looked like was new to the job but was very courteous & made sure I got my questions answered. During checkout, another associate commented that the person helping was actually a sr company executive volunteering at the store - I was really impressed by that. That incident spoke to me of a culture of humility and customer focus - good job autozone!

I found myself in a terrible predicament earlier today and Nathan at Auto Zone in Leander truly saved the day. I had low air in my tire and went to 5 different gas stations looking for a tire inflator machine without any luck. At the last station, the broken machine actually deflated my tire more, leaving me stranded. I limped over to Auto Zone at the end of my rope and desperate because I had a doctors appointment. Nathan not only directed me to a solution, but came out to my car and inflated my tire for me. Im so grateful for Nathans help today and happy to have a neighborhood store that can help me take care of my car. This will be my go-to place from now on for all of my car related purchases. I am typing this review from the side of the road, in the dark, where my son’s car came to a stop. We called the store, told them we were in our way and what the situation was. We arrived at 9:57- I know they close at 10. They locked the door- were inside and would not sale us a battery. Won’t be shopping there again.

All of the staff members are super friendly and helpful; Especially the manager, Ryan! He always knows what I’m talking about, and goes above & beyond! Chad is awesome! I bought a battery here a little over a year ago. The car wouldnt turn over today so we decided to jump the vehicle and return to AutoZone to get the battery tested. It was only as I was on my way there that I realized it was raining and it might be problematic to test and troubleshoot a battery in the rain.As soon as we arrived, Chad greeted us. I sheepishly asked if they were testing batteries today. I told him it was sprinkling. He hesitated for like a split second, and then said no problem! He grabbed a parka and his battery tester. Within 5 minutes, hed determined that the battery was bad and was still under warranty. He quickly grabbed a replacement battery and went back out in the sprinkling rain. 5 minutes later, we had a new battery and were on our way! I felt bad so tried to bribe him with some Chik-fil-A. He was so kind. He wasnt just doing his job, he was doing it cheerfully in the rain.

Came in looking for help today and Justin was on top of it and professional! I’ll definitely be back with future truck needs.

This AutoZone is an awesome place! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable so if youre not sure what you need all you have to do is ask they will help you and find what you need. And if they dont have what you need they will order it for you. And usually have it there the next day. So just try it out I guarantee you youll be going back there and make it your AutoZone!

Great, someone greeted me as soon as i came in. I was looking for a headlight, the one I was recommended didnt look quite right, so we went out to my car and after talking a bit figured out that my housing was cracked so until it was fixed it wouldnt matter if I got the light or not cause to would have a high chance of burning out. So they didnt get the sale but they did save me a bit of money by telling me what the real problem was.

I came here to have my battery checked. It was dead and I needed a new one. Ryan was very helpful and did not try to pressure me into purchasing an upgraded battery - just explained the difference between my two options. Plus he removed the old battery and installed the new one within minutes. Great customer service in a world where you don’t always receive that. Great job #Autozone!

I bought a duralast gold battery for my ATV, I installed it ran it a few times and let it sit for 3 months. Now the battery is junk. I paid extra for the gold series and now they tell me the battery only has a 90 day warranty. If anybody needs a battery dont buy one from auto zone unless thats your only chose. JUNK!!!!!

The one thing I have noticed about this Autozone location is that they are never under-staffed. There are always enough employees on hand to help customers.

Been a customer here for 6 plus years since I have lived in Leander because of the convenience of the location. On my last visit, I purchased an item that an employee recommended would work for my vehicle. I found out it wouldnt work so I returned it. The manager was rude to me and told me the only way I could make the return was to buy another replacement part in the store, which I planned to do beforehand. I will find another place to do business with in the future.

The AZ guy helped me find the wiper blades and a better steering wheel cover. When I asked him about a retired military discount, we ended up looking at photos from 1968 and parting ways as brothers.

The folks at the Leander AutoZone, off 183, were friendly and had what I was looking for.

What can I say. When you need them, this plave is excellent. I just wish my car did not need them so often.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a part store. took my customers compressor, sold me a junk compressor. wont honor the warranty for their mistake. bad business all the way around. my customer just had to fork up another 430 for another compressor just to get back on the road. this place is horrible.

I went in to get my battery tested. I didnt even remember getting a new one and didnt know from what place I got the battery. The worker knew it was from Autozone and checked just in case it was still under warranty. Turns out it wasnt, but they put in a new battery right away. They were friendly and helpful.

The asst Mgr was very lazy and unhelpful. I asked 3 questions and I answered 2 myself and at the third, I simply said I havent had any luck so far, Ill stop while Im behind. I dont get it. He greeted me as I walked in, looked bored, but when I was trying to figure out my situation from a non-mechanic Point if view, he appeared uninterested and wasnt very helpful. Maybe just a bad day, we all have them.

Well they gave me hard time for returning a tool that was barely used. so be careful when you buy something from them.

Bought an oil pan plug 2 days ago for cash. The employee there researched the size I needed and I bought it. I went back today to the same employee that sold the incorrect part to me and he wouldnt refund my money.

They usually have what I need at decent prices but the service can be hit or miss. While usually friendly, I get the sense they are habitually understaffed so the wait can be a bit excessive. Occasionally you also might get someone that has had a rough day and it shows.

Ive been going into this AutoZone for well of 30yrs. They are always nice and have or can get my order in really quickly. I will continue to go to this store.
