Stay out on the house boat through vrbo and we were next to this Marina.It was nice and cool and beautiful in the morning. We saw a hawk come down and scoop up a bird. It was awesome.

Its beautiful to boat on lake Travis. We took a pontoon for a large group. The boat was very clean and has nice loud speakers that connect on Bluetooth. We had a lot of fun.Renting was simple. They are very strict with start and return timings, and will charge if you are late.

Great service. Always on time launching our boat. Very friendly staff. They go above and beyond trying to make sure you have a clean and nice family environment. Also, they just had their annual 4th of July party and it was such a great family experience. Way beyond our expectations. This is only our second year there but looking forward to years of having our boat there.

There is a reason why this place has boats when everywhere else is fully booked. The place is run by teenagers. The training session took 20 minutes and the kid couldn’t figure out where the registration was or how to turn it on properly. The boat seats were cracked and ripped open. The boat went 8 miles an hour maxed out which was not clearly started on the website. We were told there was no one scheduled after us so we could extend our time if we wanted. When we got back we were instantly confronted that we had the boat motor pointed towards the rocks and didn’t call ahead to tell them we were extending, none of this was stated as required to do before leaving. They also said they took pictures of us and had proof we had the boat pointed the wrong way which is unsettling and came across as some kind of threat. We would have gladly pointed the boat in the correct direction if they had bothered to teach us that.Don’t waste you’re money here.

The boat rental was great. All the helpers were kind. Would have liked to see them wearing some type of face covering during our interactions.

The party barges were a perfect choice for a family party. It was a 4 hour boat ride sailing across Lake Travis. The one we were on held about 50 people. If you are not a member then you have to park on the concrete across from the members parking lot. However, its best to unload before you park since the concrete parking was a far walk if you have to carry all of your supplies/food in the scorching Texas heat. You can ask for a personnel with a go-cart to help you bring heavier supplies over to the dock.On the party barges, there are two floors, BBQ grill, speakers, tables, and one restroom. Almost everything that you need. Just bring coolers, food, and drinks. They do have two rules: No jumping off the second floor into the lake and no #2 in the restroom. There is a fine if you break the rules! The captain and the attendee were friendly and attentive. We had two stops on the tour so we could BBQ and swim in the lake. They have adult life jackets but if you have children then bring your own.Overall, a nice and relaxing experience. Everyone from my party enjoy the tour and had a great time. Dont forget to feed your captain and the attendee! The captain even let two of the children from my party drive the boat back to the dock under his instructions. Even though it was summer, the breeze as the boat was sailing took away the summer heat. Also, cant forget about the gorgeous scenery of Lake Travis.

Friends have a slip here and its super slick. You call an hour before, they get your boat off the rack with a fork lift and its in the water waiting for you when you arrive.

We traveled from the Dallas area to Georgetown, TX for a weekend getaway. We actually give Riviera Marina a 4.5 star rating. The operation is efficient and professional. All of the people we interacted with were polite and pleasant to deal with. The only reason we didnt give a 5 star rating is because the boat surfaces could have been cleaner.

We rented two jet skis and unfortunately we got a call to tell us that they were out of service the day before we were supposed to go out. The marina was still able to accommodate us (group of 4) on a small ski boat and it was perfect! Boat was super clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and professional. Can’t wait to come back and rent from these guys!

Super professional staff and all had masks/face coverings. The grounds, dock, boats, office all very clean. They made it very easy to rent and get out on the lake for a few hours. Will be renting from here again very soon and all around great experience--well done.

Boats are slow, radio doesnt work and if you are late they will charge triple the time save your money.

A buddy of mine has a sailboat at this marina and everybody is friendly and helpful. Pretty neat to watch the marina forklift a boat with the massive forklifts that they use to set on a boat lift and launch a boat. The water has a nice temp and clear.

Reasonable cost, full service marina at great location (Cypress Creek) on Lake Travis

My sister and brother in law store their boat here so we decided to rent a pontoon for the 4th weekend. What a mistake. We rented a premium boat, and the boat we got was anything but...before we took off I even asked if we could switch to a nicer boat, and the response we got was that they were all booked and they wouldn’t be able to get us on the water until after 4pm...which obviously wasn’t an option when we made our reservation for 1pm-7pm. Here were some of the issues:1) This boat did not have a USB port or Bluetooth, so don’t plan on charging your phone or listening to your music. Seems trivial, but when I pay for a premium boat, I expect premium features. (This was on one of their older “premium” boats, also a reason I tried switching. You might get lucky and get a newer rental that has this feature)2) as seen in the picture below, trash was left on our boat from a PREVIOUS renter. During COVID, this SHOWS ME they DO NOT clean their boats.3) the anchor is LAUGHABLE. We had to borrow my sisters to be able to anchor. See below, totally bent!4) back to clean, a rusty fish hook on the floor my husband almost stepped on.5) the trim does not work on the throttle.6) you have to hold the throttle the whole time to keep it moving.I would highly recommend finding other rental places that take pride in their equipment.

This place was great! Just got back from a relaxed Independence Day cruise around the lake. Ive never rented from anywhere before but decided to give it a go because Rivieras prices were very competitive. It was a wonderful time. The boat was in great shape and the staff was efficient at getting us out on the water. I definitely will come back!

I had a great experience storing my boat at Riviera Marina for 3 years in the dry stacks. The staff was helpful and the boat was always launched on time when I asked for it. Then when it came time to sell my boat Riviera did all the work for me. Lance kept me informed along the way and has lots of experience selling boats. I would use Riviera again for any boating needs.

We hired Riviera Marinas party barge for a company party and were thrilled with the event! The planning was so easy just bringing our food and drinks and the captain and his mate did all the cooking. They were very helpful and friendly. The boat is a lot of fun with the slide! And there are also areas for those who like to lounge or be in the shade. It is reasonably priced too. We will definitely book with Riviera Marina again!

We have had our boat at Riviera for years. Great service and customer appreciation. I wish golf cart shuttles were available more consistently after 5pm, but everything else is awesome!

My girlfriends and I rented a boat for a bachelorette party! Unfortunately, our engine died while we were in the middle of the lake, and we had to be towed back. While this was unfortunately, Lance and his team did everything in their power to rectify the situation. Not only did we receive a full refund, but they were able to secure us a better boat later in the afternoon with a captain for free. This could have ruined our trip, but instead we walked away with a great story and happy hearts. I am so pleased with their service, and we will definitely rent from them again!

Imagine a high-end golf club, but for boats and youll have the Riviera Marina. This place keeps your boat in multi-level covered storage. Give them a call an hour ahead of your arrival and they promise to have it in the water, fueled up, and waiting for you. When you arrive, the concierge team awaits you in their ATVs, help you unload your vehicle, and whisk your family down to the lake to meet your watercraft. If you need assistance carrying the cooler or other items into your boat, the guys are excited to assist. This might sound like the script for their next commercial, but I was blown away by the service we receive from this marina. They are top notch. Highly recommended.

Nice Party Boats Very popular with college kids.A bit difficult to get in and out of as its in a curve and has steep driveway...Also easy to pass as sharp curve takes your attention..watch your GPS..Other than that the place is BEAUTIFUL and inviting...The boats are nice..

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY AND THE WELL-BEING OF THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!! On The Fourth of July several of my friends and I decided to rent a pontoon on lake Travis. As some one who has rented and driven a pontoon before I was not worried and I was confidence that I knew what I was doing. My first issue with this rental company started when I first arrived at their marina. So when I arrived they asked me to fill out all this paperwork because I was supposed to be the driver. Which is perfectly understandable. They then took a credit card for “incidentals.” Which is normal. But they never explained that! I had to so why do you need my card and then the lady raised her voice and went into a whole practiced and forced speech about how the card was for incidental damages and how the card is just to be held on file and I am fully responsible for any damage that occurs, etc. etc. I would have been fine with that if this lady didn’t speak with such disrespect and she was especially condescending. I was still trying to have a good day so I explained that I completely understand but you never explained why you were taking my card and what you needed it for. Especially because I couldn’t recall if the pontoon was paid for in full, especially because I was not the person who was financially responsible for making the reservation. I explained all this to the lady and she said oh no! We took your card just for incidentals; it won’t be charged for anything unless there are damages. I was like cool. No worries 2 minutes later. I am still signing paperwork and she tries to charge my card the remaining balance of the reservation. I said excuse me ma’am but that is not we discussed. After a back and forth, she insisted on using my card. And I explained to her there should be a card on file from when the registration was made, and that one should be used. She hesitated and then she did it. So we get the safety tutorial from their staff and since we aren’t familiar with the terrain in lake Travis we decide to ask them where we should go. They recommended Devil’s Cove. So we go to Devil’s cove. So we anchor in devil’s cove and we are trying to have a good time but as time goes on we realize that our pontoon isn’t anchoring. So we are trying to troubleshoot it and it is just not happened. It won’t anchor no matter what we do. We call riviera Marina and explain our problem and they just said if you can’t anchor it just bring it back and forfeit your time! I said you wanna take our money and not attempt to issue a refund because y’all’s “anchor” isn’t doing its job. She said it wasn’t their fault that the pontoon wasn’t “anchoring.” I had to get off the phone because she wasn’t helpful nor was she trying to help! After troubleshooting we were never able to “anchor” the pontoon. So for four hours we had to help moving our boat which means that the driver could not do anything but mind the boat. We went on to discover other areas of the lake besides Devil’s cove. And I eventually googled the “anchor” they gave us! And it wasn’t an anchor at all!!!! It was just a 20 lb weight that’s supposed to anchor a pontoon that weighs a couple thousand pounds!!!!!! I was extremely upset, because that is so reckless!!!! We were drifting very badly and we could have hurt kids and families and Individuals floating that were not paying attention! The weight they gave us had nothing to “anchor” on to so that is why it was making us drift the entire time. Just because weights are a lot cheaper than actual anchors!!! So after a busy afternoon when the pontoon was supposed to be returned I told them. That it is extremely irresponsible of them not to have actual anchors on their pontoons and how by not equipping us with the appropriate gear to be on the water. They put us in danger and all the people on the lake! She then asked where we were and explained that perhaps the place was too deep. I explained that we asked you guys where we should go and that’s where you recommended. They then just laughed in our face! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Had the best time on the lake until I had to deal with the manager during checkout. Most definitely the worst manager I had ever dealt anywhere. Extremely rude. All I did was ask for a ride to the parking and after waiting for 15 mins, i was told by the staff that “ it’s gonna be a while”. And when I went to complain to the manager I was literally kicked out. If it wasn’t to the incident I would given the place a 4-star. Definitely not coming back to spend money to be disrespected.

We rented a ski boat from 9-5 from this place and it was the worst boat weve ever rented! We spent $1,200.00. The trim didnt work. There was a sticky substance all over the boat. The steering had alot of slack in it. I asked one of the workers and he made a comment that other people have commented about these problems also! We rent a boat every yr from JUST FOR FUN and their boats are very nice but they were booked full so we went with this place! The guy in charge inside was very rude to start with and said you need to understand when you take the boat out we dont want you bringing it back until the times up. I said we we might have a few more people joining us. He said well youve spent a fair amount of money here I guess well allow that!! The boat was so bad we took it back around 2pm. We were all just sick of how bad of a boat it was. We all had a sticky substance all over us. Stained our cloth with that substance! Your wasting your time and money renting a ski boat from these people!!

Rented a pontoon boat for a couple of hours. Deck hands were courteous and professional and boat was clean and functional. Walk from parking lot to dock can be a bit long (about 10 min) especially if youve got little ones or are carrying stuff from your car to the boat.

This is where my best friend keeps his boat. I love this place. The employees are nice, and its the Perfect place for wake boarding and much more.

Everyone is great!! Manager seems a little rude but Im guessing thats how he is. Its a great place to rent a boat, just know that insurance is extra. 10 bucks an hour, I had fun!Boat ran good just that the radio used up the battery and we almost got stranded.

We have had our boat and trailer stored at Riviera Marina for the last 10 years....yes 10 years! They are absolutely top notch! We have kept our boat in dry stack storage for all these years. It is so easy to access the boat and the staff and management are so helpful and friendly. Even when Lake Travis was down to only 35% full, they still made it possible to launch the boat and mark the cove to enable you to get out to the lake safely and without damaging your boat. The service department is always honest and never tries to sell you any service that is not needed. The young staff employees are always courteous and helpful. They truly are a great group of people.....obviously why we havent moved the boat in so many years! Oh and one more thing.....they throw one heck of a 4th of July party for members of the marina!!

Rented party barge last week to kick off our summer. All 40 of us had awesome time on board Big Bird. Steve, Greg and the crew gave excellent service. Three hours went just like that-will definitely rent it again next summer and more hours!

Didnt plan on renting a boat, but turned out great!! Boat was in very good condition. The girl at the counter was a bit rude, almost ad if she didnt want our group there. She was short with her answers, not very friendly. The kid that took us to our boat was extremely friendly and helpful with going over the body with us. I was the driver so I spent a considerable amount of time speaking with him and discussing the boat operations. (Not sure if theres an etiquette here, we werent sure if tipping was customary, as no one in our party was prepared with cash. By this kid earned it) Regardless, the boat and the lake will bring us back more than likely. And well have that cash for that kid.

I am excited to get back into boating season at Riviera Marina. They are just such great people to work with and go above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns you may have. It is the best time of year.

I would have given this business 5/5 stars... However, I found most of the staff (not all) to be unprofessional when it came to returning our hour and a half jet ski rental. We booked from 3 - 4:30 PM and were told our time slot would begin when we got on the jet skis. The moment we got on them, I checked my watch and it said 3:15, therefore, we were due back at 4:45. We unfortunately on our part didnt return to the dock until 5 so we owed them an extra 15 minutes for the jet skis which we were willing to pay for. However, we had 3 staff members tell us we were a half hour late (excessive?), and we needed to go to the office to talk with the manager. The moment just felt extremely uncomfortable. One man in a truck started ranting to us about how someone else had booked the jet skis at 4:30 and now they were no where to be found. Honestly, I would never have promised another customer a time so close like that. At the office we explained the time situation to the office girl. She said the dock guy we did the paperwork with told her he got us on the water by 3:10. So.....3:15.....3:10......SAME THING... you just admitted we didnt start at 3. We agreed at that point that we owed them for 15 minutes, we payed, said thanks and left. It was just a very uncomfortable end to what overall was a great experience minutes before. If we rent watercraft again well visit another business...

My group booked a party barge with Riviera Marina this past weekend. The barge had a slide, grill (the captain grilled for us as well), bathroom, floaties, and an aux cable. We had an excellent time and everyone was impressed with the staffs service. I highly recommend them!

Rented a Party Barge from this Marina for a graduation celebration. Rental was reasonably priced, the captain was very nice and helped cook. Great experience with these guys, would definitely rent here again.

Nice speedboat rental with fair prices and friendly staff. A bit of a walk from the parking lot but they do have golf carts to shuttle folks.

This is the only Marina in the Laughlin/Bullhead area. Rusty is the owner and manager. He is super accommodating, friendly and an all around good guy. He went out of his way to help us out and only charges $15/day for a slip!

Booked everything a month in advance, ended up finding the day before the event that my time slot for that barge was never added to their booking system. Ended up getting an earlier time (9:30am) instead of the 3:30-7:30pm slot. Overall the office employees could be educated a little bit more on how to be a professional group when responding with clients over the phone, instead of laughing about their mistakes. The time at the lake was okay, ended up just staying in one spot the entire 4 hours of the reservation which got boring. The boat crew were really nice though, Ill give you that. At the end of the day I dont recommend this place if youre just wanting to stay on one location of the lake during your time slot and dealing with bad receptionist.

Bad service and unexplained horrible attitude towards customers, old ski boat, when we got back with the boat there was no one to tie the boat, when asked to give us a ride back to the offsite parking the employee was very unfriendly waited for 15 minutes and then when asked again said it will be a while. Tried to talk to the manager which was very dismissive and eventually asked us to just get out. Definitely not going back but if you are a white person you might have a better experience because I can’t find another explanation to the totally not necessary attitude other than being racist to our middle eastern background

I have had many years of good experiences with this outfit. Great for boat parties and usually helpful. Heads up if you want to schedule an event. Make sure they take a deposit and agree on a date. Our group recently had a scheduled event that was flooded out and we rebooked it for a date a month later. When we got to the boat we found out they had lost our reservation and we had to do a last minute hat trick for a party of 70 people. Just make sure you know you are for certain booked.

The crew they have a Riviera Marina always makes sure they go out of their way to make each boating experience outstanding. We wouldnt keep going back if they didnt provide us with such great service. They have everything you could need in a marina.

Awful, stay away!! 1st of all there is no water in the lake and its dangerous for your boat and more importantly for anyone skiing or swimming in that lake. We have received horrible service from Riviera. We pay hundreds of dollars every year to have our boat winterized and then made ready during the summer months. Our $40,000 was launched today by Riviera and it was never made ready for summertime!! After driving 2 hours to get to the lake then the boat is not ready!! No one told us anything until after the whole family arrived for fathers day. None of the staff or manager had an answer for us. Very very frustrating. Its over $300 per month for this awful service. STAY AWAY!!

The staff and customer service was great. The water level is very low. There isnt any beach sandy areas to set up.

We have used Riviera for over 15 years . They have always had my boat ready when I needed it and service perfectly.When it was time to move it to California - they delivered it on time and at a competitive price .They deserve all 5 stars

Used this rental service today for a pontoon boat for 12 people. As the reviewer below me mentioned, the anchor that was provided was laughable. We spent the same 4 hours drifting around all while getting yelled at by other boaters. We could not even enjoy ourselves. When we brought this up to management they admitted the anchors were not fit for the boat and we should have “tied up” with other boaters on the water. A horrible excuse. Why would knowing other boaters on the waterarasdy be prerequisite for using your service? The manager said no one else has ever complained about this but clearly the review from just earlier TODAY proves otherwise.

We rented a pontoon boat from Riviera Marina. It was my fiance and my first time on Lake Travis and the first time my parents were ever in Texas. We were so pleased with the friendly and positive staff we had the best time.

We rented a pontoon with 12 people and had lots a fun. The staffs at the deck were very helpful. The reason why I gave them only 4 stars is because there was a older guy in yellow shirt (one of the employees for sure) who repeatedly kept asking how many of us were there, even after I had told him we were 12 including 3 kids younger than 10. He went to the counter and asked the lady to ask me ( I heard him say that). Then later went to the dock and asked another employee the same question. I felt like he was being a racist. That kinda attitude would not bring you customers. Or, I am sorry of he is intellectually challenged.

Never disappoints. Never ever.

First boat broke down, took over an hour to get a replacement, which didnt even have an anchor. Cool.
