Carlos and his crew are the best! They helped make my kitchen remodel dreams possible, and we could not be happier. I own a home bakery, and my whole kitchen vision was executed perfectly. They did the granite, sink, and whole bottom floor tile in our remodel. They gave us a lot of recommendations we had not even thought of that turned out great (farmhouse sink style, granite in windowsill). Carlos was easy to talk to, and very responsive. He helped us work through problems that came up on our project, and his crew was always respectful and on time. I am super picky about lines, and our tile job is perfect. Absolute perfect lines! These guys are exceptional. We did a complete remodel of our master bath – everything except the tile floor - and boy do we love the final result. This involved a demo of the shower, garden tub and cabinets and mirror. We turned the old shower into a closet and made the garden tub area into a zero threshold walk in shower. Before deciding to use Granite Radiance we talked with and went to see some of their completed work in the area. This gave us the confidence that we were making the right decision.Carlos was able to give us a bid almost immediately which was a step above the competitors we contacted. We were very pleased with all the professional workmen that Carlos sent (demo crew, plumbers, electrician, sheet rock tech, cabinet maker and most especially the carpenter and the tile guy). You could tell that these guys took pride in their work. Without a doubt, we would use them again for future projects.

Granite Radiance was awesome! They were very patient with us while we were trying to decide on the slab of granite. There are so many to choose from and we went back and forth several times. Marc showed us what they had at their yard and gave us great ideas. When it came time to measure, Carlos showed up on time and had great suggestions as to the corner radius and edging of the countertops. He has a lot of experience and an eye for what will look good. We trusted his opinion and we love how it turned out. The crew came as scheduled to install the countertops and were very professional. As an added bonus we were able to use a remnant from the kitchen slab in the hall bath - what a transformation of the vanity! My wife and I decided to make some updates to our kitchen last fall (2020). We got bids from two other businesses and chose Granite Radiance after speaking with Tony Chico, who we ended up working with throughout the project. Tony really made us feel comfortable about our initial choices and helped guide us. When it turned out the work was going to come in over budget Tony met us unscheduled and showed us around at a few warehouses until we found the exact countertop material we wanted (a beautiful soapstone). Once the project started the operations team (led by a different Tony) completed the work in timely and professional manner. I encourage you to view the before and after pictures (we simplified and added contrast with soapstone countertops, replaced a busy glass tile with subway tile and made the cooktop area consistent by replacing the glass tile that was on the sides with ledger.) We will continue to use Granite Radiance for any future projects.

Asked them to match granite put in by our builder and they totally nailed it! Very easy to deal with, super affordable and honest. Came back to them a couple years later to buy another small piece for a project. They had no problem helping me and treated me the same as if I where making a big purchase. Sounds like they are doing remodeling now as well. A great choice for granite for sure.

I was referred to Granite Radiance by a friend and I am so glad I was. We met with Carlos and he took care of us from the very start. We couldn’t afford to remodel our kitchen all at once, so we started with the counter tops, plumbing, sink and backsplash. A few months later we finished with the cabinets. They did a beautiful job of placing the 1,000+ lb. granite slab in our kitchen, making it an outstanding focal point in our home. We couldnt find any slabs we liked after going there multiple times. They offer remodels. Quote we received was way too expensive compared to others.

We cant say enough positive things about Carlos and Granite Radiance. Our kitchen and bathrooms are really showstoppers. Our kitchen project was the result of a dishwasher leak. The project included granite countertops, cabinets, new walls, paint, backsplash. Each of the specialists who came to our home to work were well qualified for the job and were of above-average character. They were polite and very pleasant while they were here and cleaned up any mess before they left. The bathrooms were smaller jobs, granite only, and both are beautiful. We are completely satisfied with the process, from beginning to end. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a really tough time matching a piece of quartz to my existing countertops. Carlos worked with me to get a contrasting piece but when it was installed, it was defective. I thought I was going to get shafted and would be stuck with this piece of quartz that not only doesnt match my other counters but had yellow streaks in the white quartz.But Carlos was unwilling to let that stand. He kept searching until he finally found a piece to match my existing counters. I am thrilled with how my kitchen extension looks. Great job, Carlos & team! I would recommend them to anyone- even if things arent perfect, Carlos insists on making it right! Great customer service!You cant even tell the difference between my original counter and the one Carlos installed (2nd is original, 1st is the new one- different light since new counter is by a picture window).

I had the pleasure of working with Sandy Ruiz initally during a walk if their site shopping for granite reminents for a small bathroom remodel. Sandy was super attentive and had plenty of positive guidance during my visit. Once I made the selection she gave me clear scheduling next steps and put in my intouch with Carlos who was great. First visit and I received an offer I could not resist. Without even seeing my kitchen and with only an approximation of the size, I was able to get every counter replaced with Quartz for under $2,000! The installers were prompt and when something didnt fit right, the owner, Carlos, sent people immediately to help including an electrician to reconnect our cooktop!The service is fast and if they have to shave somethng to make a better fit, they dont hesitate to do it at no charge. They did the entire kitchen backsplash with my materials in half a day. Its absolutely stunning and Im now ready to list my house again. Its no longer too much work. I highly recommend Granite Radiance, I dont think youll find a better deal for quality materials anywhere else. I give them five stars without hesitation.

We are very pleased with the installation our new granite countertops. Carlos (owner) & Marc went over & beyond to make this experience a pleasant one. From the moment of my 1st inquiry, Carlos was instantly texting me pictures of the granite we were looking for. His selection of granite from his suppliers is superb and stands out from the rest. The granite suppliers showroom was indoors and had an enormous selection of granite. The showroom was so professional and willing to move the slabs so we could select our pieces needed for our kitchen project. I spent weeks researching & looking for the right granite & fabricator until I found Granite Radiance. My salesman Marc even suggested to add granite to our wall niche in our great room to match the bar area. I am so pleased... it looks stunning. Demo was challenging but they overcame every obstacle with our travertine tile countertops. They even adapted to a last minute change to demo our backsplash too and left our home extremely clean. It was very impressed. I specially liked how they took care of my wood floor to prevent damage & took their shoes off every time even though I never asked them too. Plus, I love how when they were making the template they made suggestions of overhang dimensions my husband & I never thought of. Their suggestion was spot on and we are so glad we went with their larger overhang in a particular spot. We love the added counter space at no extra cost. Carlos also recommended our countertop edge based on the design of our cabinet doors. Excellent Choice Carlos!! The installation crew was also wonderful. We had some extremely large pieces with angles and the crew handled it all with grace. We have 1 seam in our granite slab and it looks almost seamless. Our property is located in Southwest Austin and I am so happy I found them in North Austin and I would highly recommend them for your countertop project. One last thing.....the price paid for demo, installation & product was fair & in our budget. Thank YOU Granite Radiance!!
